breakfast buffet and afternoon snack was much appreciated, a special thank to chef KOBI who spoiled us with fresh coffee every morning and on Valentine's day with a Sachertorte!
a restaurant and bar is missing!
Walk to best Jerusalem destinations, city center, Ben Yahuda and old Jewish city.
hard to drive to location
Didnt know they were still under construction, the rooms were not very attractive.
This hotel is truly beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms, and in between. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had, and the complimentary "happy hour" in the lounge was the perfect way to finish a day of sight-seeing. The Harmony was also the only hotel that offered this out of the 4 hotels we stayed at. The location is top notch, situated between a quaint area of artisan shops and the lively Ben Yehuda street. An easy walk to the Old City.
There is no easy access to the hotel so getting a taxi (and dealing with luggage) can be a bit tricky. You have to be buzzed in after a certain point at the evening and if no one is at the desk, you're stranded outside (yes, that happened). The night staff is thin and can't deal with certain problems, meaning you have to wait until the next morning when the right person is there.
- very friendly staff that will go out of their way to help - walking distance to main attractions - located in the heart of the restaurant / night life block - fantastic Israelian-style breakfast buffet - parking in the basement (ask for detailed instructions as navigating the narrow streets of the inner new town can be a pain)
- when we stayed, the ground floor was a construction area. Maybe it will be a nice restaurant soon - a couple of things could be fixed in the bathroom
The experience of staying in the hotel in an excellent location with friendly staff
nowhere to put cases
clean, good staff
Small hotel with garage in downtown. Good variety of food for breakfast.
Night life begins at 6 pm. Loud people walk the streets and loud music fills them. Do not expect to sleep with open windows.
Location excellent. Staff helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Had a very good stay.
Breakfast needed to be varied on a daily basis. Stayed at hotel for one week and breakfast same every day. Entrance to hotel whilst reception area being renovated not pleasant start to stay.
Location, staff was friendly and helpful, delicious Israeli breakfast, nice happy hour.
Basic room was a little small for 3 people.
Great staff, breakfast and happy hour.
The rooms were very small.
Lovely facility Great staff Amazing location
Well located Comfortable Clean Good breakfast
No pool which would have been great in summer Room comfortable but very small
Helpful staff. Great breakfast and happy hour every night between 5pm & 7pm to meet other guests.
The location was perfect for us to meet our friends. The staff was always available to assist us about anything we requested. And the breakfast was excellent; fresh fruits, freshly baked cakes, & cheeses! The afternoon wine & snacks were a delight! The room was kept clean & the bed so comfortable. Elaine & Eric (Boston USA)
All around good experience
suggest a clock and an iron in the room
Fabulous location, excellent Israeli breakfast, friendly & helpful staff. Free wi-fi! Recommend to those looking for boutique hotel in the heart of Jerusalem.
Room was very small.
Breakfast and location are great!
Rooms need an update
Excellent free happy hour and great breakfast selection--walking distance to many attractions
Strange entranceway on the ground floor which is rather forbidding and empty and gives a poor first impression
Coffee hour. Location
Staff not that friendly. Rooms small and not nicely decorated. Parking impossible for guide
Lovely small hotel, perfect location, beautiful terrasse and great happy hour. Staff at reception is very friendly and attentive. Nice little extras in the rooms. We would not stay anywhere else when in Jerusalem.
Some rooms need renovation.
Location was good, near Ben Yahudah and the shuk. Easy walk to the Jaffa gate. "Cool" appearance.
Small room and tight bathroom. Breakfast was fairly good, had better. Slightly more pricy for what you got. Free wifi only in lobby. Would not let us stay later in room on Shabbat.
Nice little hotel in a convenient area of Jerusalem. Afternoon snacks and patio area are nice
Downstairs entrance deceiving. Possible shops in future makes for unwelcoming arrival
Charming boutique hotel in great location. Fabulous breakfast. Rooftop bar with free drinks and canapés at happy hour was wonderful.
