Location, staff was friendly and helpful, delicious Israeli breakfast, nice happy hour.
Basic room was a little small for 3 people.
Great staff, breakfast and happy hour.
The rooms were very small.
Lovely facility Great staff Amazing location
Well located Comfortable Clean Good breakfast
No pool which would have been great in summer Room comfortable but very small
Helpful staff. Great breakfast and happy hour every night between 5pm & 7pm to meet other guests.
The location was perfect for us to meet our friends. The staff was always available to assist us about anything we requested. And the breakfast was excellent; fresh fruits, freshly baked cakes, & cheeses! The afternoon wine & snacks were a delight! The room was kept clean & the bed so comfortable. Elaine & Eric (Boston USA)
All around good experience
suggest a clock and an iron in the room
Fabulous location, excellent Israeli breakfast, friendly & helpful staff. Free wi-fi! Recommend to those looking for boutique hotel in the heart of Jerusalem.
Room was very small.
Breakfast and location are great!
Rooms need an update
Excellent free happy hour and great breakfast selection--walking distance to many attractions
Strange entranceway on the ground floor which is rather forbidding and empty and gives a poor first impression
Coffee hour. Location
Staff not that friendly. Rooms small and not nicely decorated. Parking impossible for guide
Lovely small hotel, perfect location, beautiful terrasse and great happy hour. Staff at reception is very friendly and attentive. Nice little extras in the rooms. We would not stay anywhere else when in Jerusalem.
Some rooms need renovation.
Location was good, near Ben Yahudah and the shuk. Easy walk to the Jaffa gate. "Cool" appearance.
Small room and tight bathroom. Breakfast was fairly good, had better. Slightly more pricy for what you got. Free wifi only in lobby. Would not let us stay later in room on Shabbat.
Nice little hotel in a convenient area of Jerusalem. Afternoon snacks and patio area are nice
Downstairs entrance deceiving. Possible shops in future makes for unwelcoming arrival
Charming boutique hotel in great location. Fabulous breakfast. Rooftop bar with free drinks and canapés at happy hour was wonderful.
The staff was very accommodating, whenever we asked for something like more towels or hangers it was supplied promptly and the location was practically in the middle of a busy boulevard with shops and restaurants. The free breakfast was extensive and delicious
Only the entrance, but this was still unfinished
Breakfast Happy hour Knowledgeable staff Help with booking tours/taxi's etc
Currently building work is going on and this woke me up early on a couple of occassions
Friendliness and hospitaity. Afternoon teas provided a casual opportunity to mix with other guests if wanted. Snacks and drinks were nice also.
Excellent location - 10mins. to Jaffa Gate. Hotel streets pedestrianized with many restaurants, shops etc. nice atmosphere. Outside balcony area great for an evening drink. Breakfast very good choice of dishes. Rooms a good size, modern décor, beds comfortable. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. An all- round good city hotel.
location and breakfast
very small rooms, not very clean, whole first floor under construction
Great location. 10 minute walk from the Old City. In the midst of great little shops, restaurants and pedestrian area. Buffet breakfasts were yummy, common areas were well maintained and relaxing.
In room internet access was tough. Please note that Israel is just plain expensive compared to anywhere else so even though this place is objectively worth 60% of what we paid, it's just that Israel is expensive.
Daily (except on shabbatt) afternoon happy hour, from 5 to 7, including drinks, wine and snacks.
The lower floor of the hotel, at street level, is in construction; the rest of the hotel, however, is in perfect condition
Location,friendly helpfull kind staff
Rooms not clean in general, dusty, sheets on the bed clean, carpet with hair on, spoted, old curtains, fridge empty, old bathroom, brown water coming from the tap (one morning for 1 hour),works made the floor under the lobby with concrete in view, entry door glass broken, wireless "jumping "on/off, happy hours made with savings( better not to do it rather than doing it poorly.
The location is absolutely fantastic. The staff is always available and very helpful.
breakfast was excellent the afternoon happy likewise the balcony and sitting area outside was very comfy and relaxing
around the entrance to the hotel was not clean
