Harmony Hotel - an Atlas Boutique Hotel    

Clean, efficient, fairly priced, good staff, great cocktail hour.

Rooms are a little cramped. Pool table is not level. Fridge in room was broken - in reality not too much to complain about. The twin beds wobble. I'd recommend that the entire hotel including the terrace be designated non-smaking.

Very little to fault, really

Loved the convenient location, the fact that there was free parking! The Happy Hour which is actually two was a great way to relax and meet other guests, loved the billiards table! The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend for a very central location.

Everyone was great except the young new girl needs to be More attentive when someone Asks a question. She needs to learn the restaurants and area. The rest of the staff were great and helpful especially Antonio Banderas :0) tomorrow staying at you other hotel in Haifa because of my experience at Harmony plus the Hapy Hour! :0)

The service was professional and the tone personal, warm, and welcoming . There was a generous complimentary happy hour on the balcony, sometimes in the breakfast area and in the lounge which was great as it gave us an opportunity to chat with fellow travellers and compare notes about what we had seen. The breakfasts were amazing with something to suit every taste cooked food, salads marinated fish (three kinds), fruit, yogurts, breads/cakes, halva and cereals. The hotel is modern and aesthetically well done without being cold. There's a flat screen tv on every landing facing the lifts where art movies play continually. Access to the hotel is reassuringly secure with access to room floors by room key only. The location is within walking distance of the old city and nearby many restaurants, clubs and bars. The area is very lively at night and there is a taxi rank just five minutes away in Zion Square.

Nothing not to like, perfectly suited for at least a week's stay.

Not too friendly staff, rooms are very small and shabby, bathroom small, dated and rough towells, linen not too clean even if changed. the feeling of staying at a delapidated place.

The staff, the location, the breakfast variety, free parking included and free wifi in the rooms!

The bed we stayed in the first night was kind of small for a couple (135cm). We decided to upgrade to a bigger room/larger bed.

We asked for the quiet room but we were given room with a window looking on the street full of bars.

Very clean and very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff made us a great breakfast box to go when we had to leave early one morning to catch a tour. But by far most of all is its location in the middle of it all in the Center city of Jerusalem.

Nothing... The stay exceeded our expectations

Harmony was all that we expected. It was clean, friendly, and affordable. The location cannot be beat and the afternoon wine and treats was nice after a day of touring. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location, modern clean styling and the Happy Hour from 17.00 to 18.30 where complimentory wine, coffee and snacks were served in the lounge

The fact that booking.com gave us ( and everyone else apparantly) the wrong address for parking. Please note that for sat Nav. Purposes the address is Shami 14. The other address reflects the postal address which is on a pedestrianised road, not the side with the car park.

I thought the hotel was very comfortable and well appointed, and the interior modern and fresh. The reception staff were friendly and happy to help with any request I had. The location was fantastic. Breakfast was really well done as well. The happy hour was a nice touch as well. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The entry downstairs due to all the empty shops was a bit bleak( not the harmony's fault but as far as impressions go). The breakfast staff were quite cold and unfriendly.

Excellent service. Very helpful staff. Nice perks, like a very full and plentiful breakfast and free happy hour wine and snacks. Great value.

The only thing that irritated was the noise from split system during the night even when the a/c was switched off.
