Great hostel. Fabulous location. I was the oldest traveler. No problem. Great food system. Nice breakfast. Wonderful help from the front desk.
Hated the top bunk. Only slept there one night.
This was one of the most popular hostels I found and tons of my birthright group friends stayed here as well. The location was really close to the beach and to some cute restaurants/bars.
Just a warning that there's no elevator so you have to carry your suitcase up the stairs! Also the private bathroom's shower is just a curtain so water gets everywhere!
Beautiful location and vibes from everyone. Friendliness was abundant. The rooftop was great!!
The price... But I guess that's an issue with most broke student travelers.
The location was excellent and being a solo traveller, the staff and other guests were extremely welcoming! I definitely loved the vibe of the place and it wasn't hard to find people to hang out with. The kitchen facilities were great and I appreciated the free breakfast and wi-fi. I'll definitely be back!
Staff was very rude. The room I booked (for 9 nights!) guaranteed A/C, but didn't have it. When I requested another room (after 3 nights of being assured the A/C DID in fact work, and it was just me), I was treated very rudely. The facility is clean, but I didn't appreciate the attitude of the staff.
great location, parties, very good atmosphere. It is definitely for young people who want to see the true side od Tel Aviv, no queues to shared bathrooms, cool people
one cockroach :( but he diseappeared quickly.
-Perfect location/close to beach & carmel market -Friendly staff -Comfortable lounge -Great rooftop for hanging out at night -Lots of showers/bathrooms -Good wifi
-Rooms/Beds could've been more comfortable.
Staff and other visitors
Possibly should have provided basic information to patrons when the conflict eg missile attacks. Just to give us some peace of mind as we are not use to this.
I got fleas from sleeping in the bed!!
*perfect location (2 min. walking from the beach, main boulevard and night life...spectacular view *Staff is wonderful - super-friendly and very helpful..some of them are volunter from all around the world...Girl from Italy was so kind..everyone are so nice *Facilities are very good,a big kitchen is also there where u can make your own food or share with someone grocieres..also two big fridge..everything is clean, there is a big TV *most guests are young so every day someone organize or a BBQ or some party at roof top *Breakfast is included. *Free Wi-fi
there is no thing that I didn`t like during my stay there because this place has a soul
I enjoyed the wifi, breakfast, and the roof-top patio. The murals on the wall also made the place look fun!
I didn't like how small some of the rooms were and sometimes there was water on the floors.
Included breakfast is much better than description on Booking.com, which says "Coffee and toast are served daily for breakfast ". They call it "Israeli Breakfast" and includes :- as well as bread and spreads, Eggs both Hardboiled & Fresh, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and/or capsicums. Eat up! Friday night they organised a communal dinner. About 12 of us joined in cooking and easting. Pasta, sauce, drinks for 25 NIS. Good way to make friends. I'm in mid 50's so a good deal older that the staff and most of the guests, but still felt very much at home.
Large pot did not have matching lid. One shower, light did not work. Seem to take days. Don't think it was fixed while I was there. (Nothing serious) Biggest problem was mattresses too thin, but I guess this might be common with dorm accom.
money for hostel blocked on my c.c.
you get what you pay for considering location and the season, we had a triple private room, good location, close to main roads and very close to beach, cafes, bars, restaurants, bus stop, taxi cheap to main locations, easy to find, rental car office almost next door
breakfast, small room for 3 persons, a bit humid, cockroach in the bathroom
Great location, clean place, nice bathroom, easy and safe to leave bags during the day.
The bed was too hard and it was pretty loud in the morning.
Smell from bathroom
private double room: dirty, smelly, noisy, dodgy. the windows opens straight into the hotel's main garbage bin. Wonderful ! I had to change after one night, it was unbearable.
The easy social life between the staff and the people staying there. It gave off a sense of community and was a great environment to get to know other travelers. This was a great place for a solo traveler such as myself. The roof was a great addition. People going up on the roof to drink and watch the world cup or just a place to hang out was very nice. The staff are from different places and are very friendly.
The staff are excellent and very helpful. 2 minutes from the beach and to buses, shops, restaurants. Very friendly atmosphere. 24 hour reception.
The TV is on the ceiling. You going to break your neck. The bathroom is tiny and the door on it is the other way round so really hard to get in. Cant hang anything up in wardrobe as there are only shelves.
I really liked the location, atmosphaere, also the really helpful and friendly stuff. It was a really busy weekend and the stuff did everythink to help and manage the fullybooked hostel. I felt just comfortable and I will come again.
The rooftop is a exellent place, but there is not enough place to sit,if there are a lot of people.
It was really close to the beach. Great location and I liked the balcony connected to the dorm rooms.
sufficient breakfast, free towels on beach, close to the beach, shared bathroom organised as many separated bathrooms on the hall.
only one electricity plug in double room
Location, Rooftop, wifi works everywhere
I loved the location and the events that took place at the hostel.
I was not happy with the service, I found that some of the staff were rude and I had to ask several times for something to be done.
Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, best place to stay in Tel Aviv for young people(it's not about age, it's about soul)
