I liked just about everything, arriving at the hotel we were greeted by security and guided into the reception area, staff was superb, everyone was friendly, most spoke excellent English, and if they didn't they found someone right away who did. Very fast check in, with again, very helpful staff (Nicole, you know who you are!!!). Elevators are fast and quiet, with a view as you rise or go down.
Now for the room, amazing, in every way, the view, stunning, the bed, amazing, the washroom massive with a great tub/shower. The room was also lightly scented, like fruit, and stayed that way the whole time. The balcony gave us an even better view of the Red Sea, which is just amazing.
Breakfast, incredible, massive selection of food that will suit anyone from anywhere. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere.
The spa was great as well, nice big pools as well as wet and dry saunas.
Parking was right in front of the hotel, and was multi level so easy to find parking near the stairs to the lobby.
My only complaints were, wifi, it was not good, I believe hotels like this should spend the money on providing free wifi of good quality instead of spending it on IT/equipment infrastructure for paid systems.
I would also have liked to have known more about Shabatt and what happens in the hotel on the Sabbath. Things like how one elevator is designated for this, how the food can be different etc. Once we asked we found out, but perhaps an information card, or similar for guests who might not know. That said, at no time did we feel out of place during Shabbat, everyone was friendly and helpful.
