The location is central to the every thing I wanted to see and do. Wasy walk to Old City and light rail. Around the corner from Ben Yedua St - what more do you need.
The WiFi needed to be reset daily. It would have been nice to have a mircowave - not a show stopper
Location was good. Walking distance to old Jerusalem. Front desk staff were helpful. Free calls & WIFI. Modern room that was large and had balcony as requested. Bathroom was good. Had hot hot water available - great! Bed was comfortable.
A bit noisy from top floor that is not part of hotel.
- Location - Price - Comfort of bed
- Poor wifi connection on top floor
Location Complimentary wine
Great location and very helpful staff. Highly recommend
The rooms are big and include everything we needed in an apt style hotel. The staff was very accommodating when anything was needed.
The bathrooms are really small
location was excellent living room was spacious
1-some staff had limited knowledge of restaurants and places nearby 2-The bed room had no window and was claustrphbic with the door closed
We spent only one day in Jerusalem. We enjoyed the kindfulness of the hotel personal and the comfort of the room.
Staff very friendly and accomodating
WiFi not working in rooms
Close walk to everything, staff were friendly
Poor wifi connection in room, dark rooms
Rooms were good Location
Amenities like extra towels and lack of hair dryers were not great.
It is small but very cute and nicely decorated.
Location and room size
we liked it a lot
It's a cool place but a kitchen without anything - cups, mugs, cutlery....seems odd. I turns out to be a wasted space.
We took this hotel because of its location so close to Ben Yehuda and king George st. The hotel is fairly new, clean, and the staff really nice and helpful. It was perfect for our needs at this time. Only stayed there one night.
This hotel is pretty bare bones on emenities. I would have liked to have tissues in the room. Maybe coffee creamer powder since there are coffee packets.
Very smart, comfortable hotel in a good location, 15 minutes walk to Old City, and close to lots of nice shops. Staff on reception were very helpful. Bed very comfortable, bathroom very smart, excellent shower. Hotel was always spotless. Very nice place to stay.
Wi-fi was poor. Room was cold.
Staying at Hillel was a super experience. Staff was always anxious to help and quick to fulfill any request. Location was outstanding. Close to major sites and tram for going to Yad Vashem. Would definitely stay again if in Jerusalem! Many thanks for helping to make my visit to Jerusalem a memorable experience!!!
Nothing. Everything was fine.
Location. helpful staff. Friendly. Nice rooms.
Rooms have only one large bed. If you want two beds, this needs to be requested in advance, and costs more. and they don't really give you two beds. One large bery nice double bed, and one pull-out that is extremely uncomfortable.
The location is perfect, not far from the center, there are some great places around to eat and relax (Grill Bar near the hotel is strongly recommended). Also it was pleasant to chat with guys at the hotel reception - they were very friendly and ready to help.
I have read many different reviews about the hotel, and chose it because most of them were positive. However when we arrived at the place the room turned out to be extraordinary small, it was sometimes even hard to pass the corridor because the bathroom door blocked the way. Also it was rather dirty - there were some stains on the bed, the windows had dust on them, the awful smell went out of the sink, and so on. I expected much more from this hotel.
Location. Size of room.
Many appliances were not operating (air- condition, t.v.). Bathroom was very small and inconvient. Repairs were needed (although a new hotel, cheap materials were used).
Location is superb. Refrigerator and kitchen sink in room.
Only one sheet provided. Does any hotel in Israel ever wash the blanket that is on top of the sheet?
Friendly guy working in the morning at the reception and very helpful. Clean, coffee, good wifi. I enjoyed very much.
No window in the room
Very friendly staff and excellent room.
It would be better if we would have a possibility to order breakfast in this hotel.
two bedrooms without windows makes you want to spend as little time as possible in the hotel. Too bad but that will not remain a great souvenir.
