A bit dirty at the swimming pool

Good hotel. Great location on the beach.

The hotel doesnt accept credit card number via phone. I bought a night stay at the hotel for a newly wed couple for the night of their wedding and because of this strange policy I had an awkward situation where the couple had to charge their credit card at checkout and I gave them the money back afterwards. I really dont understand where this comes from as this is very common in the rest of the world, but this is something that sould be considered if you are booking for someone else.

I like everything about the Hilton Tel Aviv Hotel. It is your booking that I hated!!!! We showed up on the expected date, BUT our confirmation was never received by them. There were NO confirmation from your Booking. I will never and trust your booking again. Tel Aviv Hilton were kind enough to take us anyways.

it is not a 5 star hotel, rooms are with old furniture, and even the ones which are renovated can be hardly rooms of the 5 star hotel, elevators got constant problems. they are trying to make extra cash on everything, like when there was holiday and breakfast was not served they made a rooms service breakfast, food was for free but they stilled charged for the delivery, it is not about 4 dollars, but about the feeling, it should not happen in 5 star hotel i think, plus the way they charged for the WiFi. Ok I understand that they charge , some hotels do it, but not per device

Comfort, staff, cleanness, location, services.

Although the services are perfect, the cost is very high. every single extra service is at cost: internet, parking etc. Moreover you have to pay because without the service you cannot enjoy your stay. Minibar cannot be used as a refrigerator because you cannot move the items.

I liked the location right at the beach' the staff was very friendly' the concierge was excellent' the executive floor offers free drinks'

The gym is not included' has been outsourced' too bad for the price' the hotel is kosher so all the food is kosher as well; we were on the executive floor and the food was kosher' this is not advertised/announced on website' fine to have a kosher lounge but a chain such as Hilton cannot afford to have an only kosher hotel when many of their clients are not eating kosher.

no place to relax over crowded areas swimming pool and area is far to small and congested expensive needs refurb looks tired booked 2 rooms both too small, bathroom could not move in them and poor view overlooking dirty grey flat roof

Breakfast with the view from the lounge on the 17th floor was exceptional!! Rooms were great, the balcony was a bonus. The towels in the bathroom large and luxurious. Staff very attentive and kind.

Only one thing... The shampoo and conditioner!! One of the worst I've ever used! In the world!

Ubication, beach, and confort.

We stayed for just one night but the hotel was perfect for us. We were upgraded to a better room than we'd paid for but I'm sure that even a lower grade room would have been fine.

The lovely swimming pool area could possibly have done with closer management. When guests had left the pool, the pool staff didn't remove towels from the seats. Also, we couldn't see any bins for guests to put their towels into when they left. This meant that the pool area looked a bit messy.
