Very helpful person responsible for this apartment ( Amir); Great localisation for many purposes

The standard of the flat is not so good ( not very clean, lack of electricity eg elevator did not work, the stairs were completely dark). Some of these circumstanses were extraordinary due to the weather.

For travelers with kids who are willing to do a little cooking, you get a lot for your money. Location in Tel Aviv is terrific. Lots of shopping, supermarkets, beach, parking nearby.

All apartments I've seen in Israeli cities are tight and this is no exception. But the apartment uses the space effectively.

Excellent location in the heart of Tel Aviv, yet the apartment we stayed in was very quiet. Nicely furnished and comfortable for family of 4. The decor was modern and the apartment had a lovely feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped. Good value for money. The bedding was new and fresh and the apartment was clean. The bathroom was small. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location as well as its modern feel. The managers of the apartment were responsive to requests for additional linen and towels and were helpful in extending our stay for an extra day when our plans changed.

No parking

Very good location, walking distance to the beach and Jaffa port, several nice breakfast places and restaurants. Public buses just outside so you can easily reach the bus/train station or go down to old Jaffa. Amir who lets the apartments are very friendly and gave us very good restaurant and recommendations! (We happened to visit Tel Aviv just as the rockets began to rain down on the city again after it beeing spared since 1991, that aside the trip to Tel Aviv was really good.)

Everything was OK, Amir is very helpful..... Perfect place for the trips in the TLV and the whole country. Not a luxury, but OK.

Great location. Apartment manager very friendly and extremely friendly. The apartment was well maintained and clean.

Location was excellent, and our suite had a balcony large enough for a table and two chairs, which made it easy to eat breakfast outside. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the flat as a whole was also well set up, although small (see next section).

Although the apartment was supposed to be serviced during our stay, this did not happen during the four days we were there, so no clean towels, garbage collection, etc. Shower had mould in it, and was very small. The unit was small by European or North American standards, but this is fairly typical for Tel Aviv. Parking is difficult, and only on-street, although again this is Tel Aviv, one of the most difficult cities on the planet to park in.

It is very conveniently located for beach, city centre, bus routes and our local family. By Tel Aviv standards the price is reasonable. Please note that this is NOT a hotel though. It is an apartment block, without a resident service staff. The owners are however, very accessible and helpful.

Towel service is a bit hit and miss. You may have to ask for a change, rather than it just happening, not really a big issue in the overall offering.There is no parking included, you have to pay a local public car park

The apartment is near the beach, with grocery in front of the bulding. The guy meeting us for the key delivery is really nice and helpfull. (tho you have to call him with your phone and you will pay a lot)

It was supposed to be with a sea view. I could see only 1 cm² of sea very far away from the balcony. It is not possible to see the sea from this bulding, from any apartment, don't expect to see it. Also the fridge is extremly noisy, it sounds like a truck. The bathroom is unbelievably small. Don't expect to be more than one person at the time inside.

The location of the apartment gave us the real feeling of life in the city of Tel Aviv. The apartment being at the back away from the street gave relief from the always bustling streets and traffic. The apartment is on a street of cafes, restaurants, hair salons, laundry, foreign exchange, supermarkets, and a string of other handy shops. The bus and taxi stops in front of the apartment block. Apartment clean.

If you rent a car there is no parking - our car got towed parking on the street. But there are parking lots close-by but negotiate a price because it is expensive.

The apartment was clean and well equiped. The owner arranged everything that was necessary and was friendly. The location of the apartment is very good. And that at a very reasonable price What did I want more?

Good Location, quiet, spacious, clean and the free wifi was important since I was on business. This was my second time that I have stayed at The City so I knew what to expect.

The wall above the shower could have used some paint as well as some other parts of the bathroom.

Good quiet location. The kitchen is very well equipped. (unlike the usual 2 bent forks and blunt knife found in other self catering...) The air conditioning worked well and the internet was very fast without any connection issues. Any questions were dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction.

The owners are not on site, although they respond to all phone calls and come over quickly to fix any problems

The entrance door to the building is of clear glass and very dangerous to get bumpt into it

Situated perfectly. Close to the beach and the main shopping streets with lots of restaurants. There was free wi-fi, and the rooms were furnished with light and modern furniture. They were also very flexible about check-in and check out times.

The bathroom was somewhat small, but held all the facilities needed...

Good location Quiet location despite proximity to a busy street. Good soundproofing used. Kitchen was OK. Wifi good.

Better tin opener. Extra saucepan would be useful

Great location on Ben Yehuda. Close to restaurants and a super market down the street. Very clean apartment, on the 2nd floor. Full kitchen and good size bedroom Had a balcony as well Good size bathroom, with a hanging rack to dry any clothes Had some questions about the hot water and internet wi-fi access. Amir was great! Came over to the apartment to explain a few things and give me extra towels . He also followed up the following day to ensure everything was OK

The main room was a bit small, but manageable Difficult to initially find apartment entrance as it is down a laneway beside the art gallery. I asked in the gallery and the girl was very helpful to show me where the apartment entrance was. Once we found it, and contacted the number on the booking form we were on the right track!
