The breakfast was excellent.

Very over priced for what it is.

To times charge for the room money from card!

Clean hotel in a very good location. The facility had a 'new" feel but was designed within the style of old Jerusalem. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and the service there was very good.

No one should get a room near the elevators (like I had). The problem is not the elevator (I never heard them). The problem is that the elevators are located facing a nine story atrium in which sounds echo constantly. If some sneezed in the lobby it sounds like they were doing so almost in one's own room. When large groups were in the lobby the din was considerable. Another big negative was waking up to the sounds of jackhammers doing construction min nearby rooms. Three days this was an issue. They credited my account for the room service I had order (only after I complained and asked for a rebate on the fees for those days. That came to less than I night's stay in the hotel. No notice was given. I was told I could switch rooms, but that would have involved moving everything I had which was quite a bit since it was a two week trip. It was very inconsiderate fore the management not to inform guests of this in advance. My wife was a Human Resources head at a major us hotel and she said that guests in adjacent rooms were always told of construction in advance and were very well compensated (n0 fees for the days during construction). This could be an excellent hotel with some concerted effort. Another negative (and this, of course, has nothing to do with management) was the loud noises and shouting of other guests--kids playing in hallways unsupervised late at night, families in adjacent rooms leaving their doors open so that could communicate (loudly) with one another and using the hallway as their private common area.

I loved the staff. The waiters were SO nice and SO polite and helpful. The food was amazing. Everything was just perfect. I have only superlatives for the hotel. You took great care of my father who needed medicine. I am grateful.

Classical, clean hotel with excellent location close to the old city. Calm, nice surrouindings. Pool, although far from new, was good size and appreciated. Free wi-fi also useful.

We reseved a three bed "suite" that turned out to be very crowded for 1 adult and two children of 11 and 16. The hotel requested 100 USD/night extra for upgrading to larger room. Although clean the rooms are run down and particularly bathrooms not up to US/European standards for this type of a hotel that was clearly overprized.

atmosphere central location (you can walk to Ben Yehuda, the Kotel, restaurants...)

I stayed at the hotel with my grandson and we were both extremely satisfied with the room, the service, and the food. Also, the food in the lobby restaurant was exceptional!

I loved everything! Next time if I need a hotel in Yerushalayim Inbal is the way to go.

the rooms are not updated. definitely not worth the price and not 5-star. our bedsheet was torn, the pillows were uncomfortable and they only changed the coffee mugs in our room when i asked them to be changed (we had coffee sitting in their for 2 days!). also for a hotel that caters to the orthodox jewish community, the staff (one person in particular) was very unaccomodating asking our orthodox family member to pay in order to sit with us at the pool (which we obviously could not do). very unaccomodating and disappointing.

I loved the hotel. The only thing that was not good the service at the lobby When I had some gust visiting me it took about 40 minits for then to seve. Other than that I am looking forwards my next trip to be there

everything was nice

We were so incredibly comfortable at the Inbal. That we upgraded to a 2 room suite on the 9th floor (room 909 is wonderful) and were able to use the executive lounge just across from us helped make our trip that much more special. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool large and inviting, the breakfasts varied and delicious. There are other hotels to choose from, yes, but we were pleased with our choice and when we return to Jerusalem, we will definitely return to the Inbal . . . and it is in a great location.

The location is good, with some rooms overlooking a park and the old city. Breakfast was outstanding. The front office manager was outstanding and really did her best to meet our needs.

The bedrooms are well maintained but dated and dull. This a problem that is common throughout most Israeli hotels, although there are some exceptions here and there. The dining room staff lacked direction. This, too, is not uncommon in Israeli hotels

Breakfasts were fresh and plentiful. We loved all of the Israeli salads, fresh fruits, vegetables, breads, cheeses, hot dishes, capuccinos and the attentiveness of the staff. The Executive Lounge had a beautiful rooftop terrace where we could enjoy snacks and drinks after our long days wandering in the City. The pool was a great spot to relax at on Saturday afternoon when Jerusalem rests!

We didn't like the fact that when we checked in they told us that they had upgraded us to a deluxe room when that is what we had paid for when we made our reservations. It wasn't an upgrade in our minds it is what we reserved.

We loved everything about the Inbal. The rooms, the beauty of the hotel, the food, the gift shops and the friendly service.

конечно, цена может быть меньше. единственный минус - заблокировали сумму в размере оплаты проживания на карте без предупреждения. номер был оплачен заранее, поэтому было неожиданно получить уведомление банка об еще одной операции. но вопрос быстро разрешили.

La terrasse intérieure et le petit déjeuner

L'hôtel est beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup trop cher pour sa qualité.

De uma forma geral o hotel é muito bom, pessoal amistoso, limpo e bem localizado.

Trata-se de uma onservaçāo que fiz Em outra avaloaçāo e que muito desagrada. Apesar de constar no Booking.com que o hotel tem ar condicionado, naqueles Dias nāo funcionava devido a regulagem do hotel. Apenas ventilaçāo. O pessoal foi hâbil e fizemos um upgrade para o andar executivo, onde o ar funcionava.

La chambre vraiment petite, our ce prix-là, c'est excessif

проснулся в 8.00 от звука перфоратора за стеной,предложили переехать в другой номер с большей площадью,через несколько часов там тоже было невозможно находится от ремонтных работ,но претензии уже не принимались,вам же дали номер лучше.....
