Location. Spacious. Breakfast. Pool. All excellent.

Service at breakfast was mediocre, especially trying to get a cup of coffee!
May 10, 2015
When we went for dinner the waiter assumed we could not afford the buffet dinner.

The friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was clean and well kept

No bad experience but the bathroom is a bit small for two people.
I've stayed here three or four times. It had comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast buffet and the best location. You can walk both to the old city and the German Colony.

Shower over bath, not in separate recess. Occasional loud mouth tourists.
It was bright, spacious and had every conceivable facility. Variety of food at breakfast was unbelievable. Settings were picturesque and set a tranquil mood.

Reconstruction was going on and so there was a lot of noise.

A wonderful welcome and great friendly service , food excellent

My stay was too short.
The friendly and thoughtful staff are eminently qualified to handle a truly diverse range of clientele. The food and facilities, especially the pool, are perfectly maintained. The views are breathtaking. All of the rest is commentary.

The "third bed" in our triple room was a camp bed which is not what we expected in a 5 star hotel
Great location. Great breakfast

The Inbal is a comfortable modern hotel right in the heart of Jerusalem, on a walking distance from the old city. Quiet, comfortable, friendly personnel, nothing more to be wished. Ah yes, the quality of the internet connection was painfully slow. And the hotel is a bit on the pricey side

Rooms a little small
Breakfast and location

Price .you should expect that at list they give you daily water and remake the room before the night.

The staff were a bit lax for a five star hotel. e.g. great that someone turned down my bed, not great that they didn't take away a used knife, plate and napkin.
Breakfast was awesome and the executive room was comfortable and user friendly. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Free WiFi everywhere. Great breakfast. Good location. Relaxed atmosphere. Good pool and lounges. What all hotels should be like.

Interior design is impressive, hotel located within walking distance to the old city.
August 17, 2014
not enough waiter hotel too full ( no spare anyware)
friendliness and competence of staff looking for the solution and not asking questions quality of food
July 22, 2014
This hotel is shocking. The carpets are dirty and full of dust. The bath towels, soaps and shower gels not replenished. Fridge does not work. Staff are rude and don't speak English. Wifi signal not strong. Serving warm beer. Staff not responsive, taking too long to serve guests.

The New City outlook rooms as advertised can be with outlook on the courtyard only
We know our way there for some years now

The Friday night dinner was unexpectedly poor compared with the breakfasts. The meat was tough, the cholent was soupy and the side dishes were only mediocre. The overhead shower was not what we were used to, coming from the US, but we learned to enjoy it by the time our stay was over.
The general ambience, the attentive staff, the nice looking and conveniently arranged rooms. The breakfasts were spectacular, among the very best we have experienced in Isreal over the past 20 years.

Light, open , clean, efficient

The property needs a major facelift. We have been staying there since it opened and named "Larone Hotel" . Very few of the rooms have walk in showers and during this stay(6 days) the breakfast dining room was understaffed
