The room was new and beautifully decorated. The roof pool was great with great view especially at night. The spa treatment I had was fantastic.
The room was very small and if I'm honest I felt a bit claustrophobic.
The rooftop pool with bar. Great food, music, friendly and professional staff and the best view of the city.
Had to ask for clean bedlinnen upon arrival.
Very helpful staff Nespresso Machine in Room
No refill of Nespresso capsules
King Bed in executive room. Brekfast. Design
Windows are opening in one position ( too little fresh air in room). Problems with water drain (sometimes i saw smbd hair in sink for example). kitchen smells on the 9 floor. Room wasnt clean after clearnes. Some stuff was not friendly. As to me its 4* not 5*.
Facilities only but organisation is rubbish. Can't recommend this hotel, be aware..
Never experienced low service like that: location is not Tela Aviv, rooms never cleaned for 3 days, reception is always make an excuses, disinformation throughout the staff. Our friend left his ring in the room but it took for staff 5 days to check if anyone found anything and nothing.. Moved to another hotel in few days which wasn't easy as well..
Loved the rooftop pool and restaurant. Great breakfast
New Nice design
Location is really bad for holliday travellers. Stuff is not friendly Dirty towels sometimes No cleaning if you leave hotel room later No transfer from the beach, as was promised If something is lost - nobody deal with thit and nobody care Teracce is closed at 7 pm You don't feel like in a 5 star hotel...
Modern hotel and good facilities.
When I came to do my checkout I first told that you can't split to payments, the manger start talking to me, he was telling me that I'm the only guest who ever asked this. He said that he can't help me and made me feel uncomfortable also left the conversation for talking with another person because he said that he doesn't want to talk with me and asked me to wait because he wants to talk with another person that i don't know, he screamed at me made me feel super ashamed. I was leaving the place after they made me pay all at once and with inconvenience feeling with no support, I had great time there till the end, he blamed my origins and calling me a kid since I can't pay, and told me I'm stupid. I was never felt like that embarrassed in front of my future wife.
For work - the access to the Ayalon freeway makes getting around very easy (not battling Tel Aviv traffic); The rooftop bar/pool is delightful; the staff very friendly; excellent internet connection
No suitable for tourists wanting a Tel Aviv holiday experience
Design of hotel.
Staff unhelpful and incompetent. we booked room with balcony , but when we arrived our room was busy. In our room was lost ring, but staff does not helped in finding the ring. Every time we had to explain the new employee to our problem, but no, it has not helped, though, and promised to contact in 2 days. One day not cleaned our 3 rooms and even when evening we asked at the reception to clean the rooms it still does not have cleaned. Pool are very small and always busy. Location very bad. This region are Ramat Gan, not Tel Aviv. Very sad, that in so nice hotel so bad attitude towards visitors.
Pool on the roof, with snack service and plenty of shade. Good breakfast. Powerful a/c.
Smallish room, with limited space for suitcases.
Kindness of staff
We booked the hotel due to a late flight change from Tel Aviv Airport. On arrival the check in was seamless. We arrived at 10.00am well before the 2.00pm check in time. Tgheir coffee and library were great and the view from their roof bar and pool equally as impressive. They gave us access to our room as quickly as possible and the wait was surprisingly enjoy able for the reasons stated. We will book here agin if in Tel Aviv.
-How clean the hotel was -The bathrooms -Breakfast and food in general
The rooms were a little small
Close to the train and bus station in an easy to live area The wifi is very reliable The breakfast is quite good
Rooms are confortable
pool too small not like in photos. Restaurant not available 24/7 Not efficient staff
wifi very good, view from the top, location, staff is very helpful
Very nice design, comfortable, just 5 minutes away from the exhibition, Excellent restaurant and breakfast
Rooms are quite small, too small for 2 and longer stays. Would not recommend this place for leisure stays as you need a taxi to go downtown or to the beach
Beautiful and cosy - small rooms are equipped with everything you need. Extremely clean and beautiful design scheme.
Opening times for the spa, pool and bar are rather limited if you are a tourist planning to be out during the day often.
We are from Hong Kong. It was a great experience in Hotel Indigo. Very helpful and nice staff. Very good breakfast. Clean and comfortable room.
Clean, modern, rooftop pool
New clean room. Polite personal on the reception.
So far away from the city center. Room wasn't ready when we had came at 14-45 although in confirmation from booking check in time is 14-00. Poor internet connection. So expensive and nothing special. Moreover they took deposit about 900$ for three nights and still not unlocked the money on my account until now.
Great accommodations, clean and trendy - meeting American standards. Staff was super friendly too and food in Bistro is delicious. A grocery store is conveniently located next door.
Location is convenient for Ramat Gan business district but not for nightlife. You'll often need to use the front desk to cal a cab.
The staff was very helpful. Room is clean.
Room is a bit small.
Decor / rooms / friendliness
The roof terrace and pool were not "yet open for the season" - unjustified and unannounced
