Score from 1178 reviews Wonderful
everything was ok, the only thing that was disappointing us was the swimming pool was closed
correct hotel nice staff
after 10 days none of the staff had called me by my name they should recognise theire customers
staff was helpful and very kind
when booking the room the option for a upper-storey room was not even considered and in the end I got checked in on the lowest floor.
Location, large rooms, comfy beds, free wine and fruits upon arrival
Front desk stuff couldn't order a taxi! Pool was unavailable, but we didn't get a discount because of that !
The view from our suite was fabulous. The suite was as spacious as a one bedroom apartment and having a kitchenette was very convenient. The staff was very helpful.
From the moment we walked in, the Manager of Guest Relations (Michal) welcomed us and told us to contact her if we had any questions or problems. We did contact her shortly afterwards, and she was so helpful and attentive, following up throughout the five days we were there to check up on how everything was. As well, the food was excellent, both the breakfasts and the light dinners served each day - creative, delicious and healthy choices, with extremely nice and helpful staff. Our room had a great view and a lovely balcony, overlooking the sea, which was a real bonus. Having a suite was also very convenient and made us feel more at home. Overall, a great hotel, in a great location, with incomparable service!
The location was good
The hitel charges extra money that does is not shown in adavance once you book. I ended up paying 200 shekels more. Not to recommend and defenitly not a 5 star hotel!
The suites and the accommodations were far superior than a regular room such as the Dan (having a bedroom and a living/dining room and kitchenette is indescribable). Additionally, the ability to close the window and block all the city noise was amazing. The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate is by far better than other hotels (especially the snobbish Dan down the block) ..
The entrance on Hyarkon needs some sprucing but is not a reflection of the beautiful inside by any means..
very bad clean service
Comfortable room and an enjoyable stay.
Wifi in room poor.
Great location, comfortable rooms, wonderful roof top pool and at a great rate.
Only complaint was that after staying at the hotel for over a week (and with a booking to return a week later), we asked to be allowed to use the pool and common change facilities on the day of our check-out (after checking out) and were denied. This was a small ask that would have been easy for the hotel to accommodate without any imposition to them. The decision to not allow us this small request was a mistake, short sighted and left a poor taste.
Staff was excellent, very beautiful view from the balcony, comfortable bed, good wi-fi. Beautiful pool on the roof. Small butwell equipped fitness
There is no room service and traditional lobby-bar in the hotel. By the way there are many nice restaurants and bars near, which work till the very late evening/
This hotel is more of a 'suites' hotel in that the rooms are bedroom lounge/kitchen/diner and separate bathroom. We stayed in room 1510 which has a magnificent view of the beach...the good things were the staff and location...the things I would comment that need improvement are the pool is fine but could do with a makeover...the breakfast area is in the basement...it would have been great had they placed this on a higher floor so you could see the view while dining. The worst part of this hotel is waiting for the lifts of which there are only 3 for 30 floors...some work was going on while we were there but it wanst disruptive-imaybe they are upgrading the lifts? Overall, the hotel could do with a bit of a makeover-it looks like it was built 20 years ago and parts are looking a bit tired...
Rooms very old musty. Ripoff Staff terrible Do not recommend.
View, fantastic roof pool, very good location. The hotel staff was nice, particularly Olga at the reception. She assisted us with a lot of information. My younger sun missed the plain and had to follow us late at night. She found out the best way to arrange this.
There are no enough number of elevators. You are just waiting and waiting ...
great location, hat an executive room with great view and balcony, one of the best hotels I've been to so far
internet did not always work properly and you have to pay seperately for it
Location is convinient, each suite consist of 2 separate rooms and kitchenette. Bed in the bedroom is comfortable, AC works well. The pool on the roof is great! Great view if you are on the seaview side. The staff is helpful and polite.
A lot of construction noise from within the hotel and from outside 24/7. There is no minimum facilities - even for manicure you need to look outside the hotel. The lounge is on the lowest floor, which makes it not attractive. The elevators are SUPER slow, wait time can be up to 5 min! The hotel is always overpriced.
Swimming pool, breakfast.
Under construction bad noise in the room all day. Elevator sometimes slow due to construction, air conditioning faulty, did not take out humidity. Elevator from fitness room out of order used the stairs. Too expensive for all these faults . Construction noise should have given a reduction in cost.
Supplies in the room were not replenished, the large pillows had a terrible smell and the room was not cleaned thoroughly.
The room was nice....
The fact I pay 300 dollars a night and need to pay for Internet not only that the Internet wasn't working and we came straight from our wedding to the hotel and had so many guess and couldn't communicate with them because of the poor internet !!!
The location, the roof top pool, good size rooms and helpful staff
Breakfast and WIFI not included
I had a great executive room with a great balcony and great room, very nice pool. on of the nicest hotels I have seen so far!! very close to the beach and to everything
internet is extra and it did not work really well
sometimes the lift does not work very well.
A fabulous hotel and experience, thoroughly recommend. The breakfasts were very enjoyable and it was worth paying for use of the business suite, as the food put out from 6 to 9pm was good, nourishing and quite enough for evening supper, The roof top pool was a great asset and a lovely pool to swim in. The rooms were excellent in every aspect and the view over the city and the sea was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and kind, you just had to ask and you got.
There were times when the card keys didn't operate, but a call from the 'phone near the lift got prompt action. There was nothing else to dislike.
Location is very close to the beach
We arrived on Saturday after Passover, may be that was the reason of not very clean lobby. Location is very close to the beach, but the district is not nice. Due to the price, expectations were high, but the reality did not meet them. Wi-fi is not free, elevators not fast, facilities are basic.
