I really enjoyed my spa service. The therapeutic massge was excellent. I enjoyed the pool and longe area and the variety of good food. Serving staff could have been a little more attentive. |

We used the trip to Eilat as a jump off point from which we could travel to Petra. For that purpose the hotel was excellent. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Box breakfasts were ready for us as we walked out for the day at 6:30 am. We regretted not having more time to enjoy the pool and facilities at the hotel. Our adult children had a problem with their room door resulting in their being locked in to their room. It took two requests and more than 18 hours to fix the problem and the management at the hotel was very unconcerned and made no effort to compensate us in any way. The fact that there was only buffet dining available at the hotel meant that we chose to leave the hotel for meals.. Something that was an inconvenience. |

Very friendly staff, amazing food and spacious facilities. Location just across the coral beach and well-connected to the centre. We got everything we asked for in the reservation. Best value for money, definitely recommendable! Room cleaning could be improved. |

Close to beach, lobby fod. Pool closed early. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms mediocre at best. Not to clean. horrible gym, that you have to pay for in addition. Too expensive, definitely not a good value for your money. Its rated as a 3.5-4 star hotel, I would give it 2.5 stars at most. |

Rich and diversified breakfast, spacious sea-view room, adequate pool and parking. 1. Reception personnel varies from very kind to rude. They demand payment for the entire stay up front at check-in: yielded after discussion. Price demanded for our booked stay differed from that on the booking confirmation (allegedly due to exchange rate difference between the dates of booking and arrival). A localização, considerando-se que conta com operadora de mergulho filiada a padi. O que não gostamos na verdade tem a ver com a operadora de mergulho, a qual tinha equipamentos para aluguel de baixa qualidade e sem bom estado de funcionamento e conservação. |

El hotel no es feo, es muy grande y depende de la suerte que tengas al llegar, podes tener una habitacion, mala, regular o muy buena.Nosatros pasamos por las tres, por supuesto quejandonos. La ubicacion, esta lejos del centro. Donde esta el hotel es zona de buceo, es muy lindo poder ver la fauna marina, apenas pizas el agua, La ubicacion, esta lejos del centro. |

Обычная гостиница. Понравилось качество завтраков. Понравилось расположение гостиницы. Неплохой дизайн гостиницы. В общем неплохо. Спасибо. Уборка комнаты оставляет желать лучшего. Для гостиницы с четырьмя звездами все должно блестеть, а в ванной смесители со следами кальция. Смеситель умывальника установлен неправильно в направлении горячей и холодной воды. Должен быть паркинг, найти место где поставить машину, было проблематично. |
