A complete dissater, not clean . No persianes .
poorly maintained both TVs and the stereo did not work and the manager refused to fix them there were no wine glasses and the toaster didn't work - manager bought glasses and toaster after a day the shower was blocked, it took 3-4 days to fix it the advertised photos showed a swimming pool, the manager said we couldn't use it - however we spoke to theme building manager, and it was easy to arrange to use the gym and pool for a small fee
Location, walking distance from Jaffa center
A nightmare to find the apartment, mainly when you arrive at 02:00 AM with small kids. Has not been cleaned before we enter to it.
This apartment was well located to both Jaffa port and Tel Aviv. Easy walk to both, cool breeze, bank and post office on the corner, great local grocery store, easy access and secure access both by foot and car. Reserved Parking! a huge plus if driving, bus stop within feet of the front door. Also if you are driving, easy access to hwy 20, 1 and others. Special thanks to ORI who met us, addressed any questions and facilitated a smooth stay.
The only challenges.....local or international news on cable...but who is really in Israel to watch tv?
The location, free parking.
I like Israel but unfortunately the Jaffa courts apartments was very big disappointment and I don´t suggest to use it in order not to ruin the amazing thing called Israel.
Nothing work´s after you pay!
Great apartment, all the amenities we needed. Upscale complex with secured entrance, dedicated parking, very good location close to Old Jaffa, beach, markets, restaurants, bus station steps away with many bus lines. Apartment was clean, had all the necessities, very quiet, all appliances worked perfectly, we were very happy with the arrangement. Good value for the price.
First time arrival was bumpy. Instructions to find the entrance were vague. This is a large complex with multiple entrances. Instructions to locate the parking spot were also incomplete, almost drove over tire spikes to enter resident parking. Make sure you know where to enter and park.
On my this trip I booked low budget accommodations. The other ones also felt low budget places but this Jaffa Court Apartments was such a great value for money, such a positive surprise. It was clean, spaceous and from my point of view well situated in the city. It is by a big road with good connections with public transport all around the town but the apartment itself is not on that side of the building but on the quiet side. "Land lord" was also polite and helpful. I will surely try to book this on my next journey also!
Flat was dirty, linen was not changed. Staff was not useful. Parking was far away. The flat did not have cleaning materials, coffee, tea, water, Noisy neighbours. Candle t.v. was unreliable
Great location to Maccabi Football stadion as well as Jaffa old town and city center. Easy to enter and depart to highways. Enough space for a family to stay. Well equepped kitchen and a washing macine. Private parking lot downstairs.
TV shows only local canels.
We had a really good time in Jaffa Courts Apartment. The Apartment was pretty well equipped, especially the kitchen and the technical facilities. The location couldn`t be better, Tel Aviv was a nice walk beside the sea and the busses stopped in front of the house. Last but not least: The staff was very nice and helpful! We would stay there again.
Two Things weren`t so nice: The bathroom wasn`t a Spa-Bath (as it was described) at all. Half of the week the floor was flooded because the toilet ran out of water and the shower cabin was really shabby. The second thing was the baby bed: It cost 5 $ per day, ok, but then it should come complete with a mattress. So we had to improve with the backrest of the sofa what meant that the sofa wasn`t comfortable any more.
Spacious, clean, quite and well furnished appartment. Very convenient parking capabilities. One of the best accomodations we had in Tel Aviv.
The location is great walking distance from many different things. Very comfortable place to stay.
Location and facilities were ok. Car park was good..
Had problems finding the place.
The location is great, close to all amenities, to beautiful old Jaffa and to trendy Shabazi street with its numerous boutiques and cafes. The complex where the building is located is quite safe compared to others in the neighborhood. The communication with property managers was easy and they were very helpful with answering my questions and providing the info.
The place has everything one might need but it's just dirty, seems the cleaning stuff don't do their work or the apt managers just don't care. Even after we pointed out on that and were promised that the apt would be cleaned - nothing was done. Another downside is the lack of such simple things as salt, oil, soap, dishwashing liquid etc. - be prepared to buy all of this yourself unless a previous guest has left those as a present. Also beware that there are extra costs for electricity that are not mentioned on Booking.com website (about $5 per day)!!
The apartment is well located and furnished. The kitchen is nicely stocked and has a nespresso coffee machine. Location is very good. Walking distance to main area in Jaffa and Neve Tzedek.
Instructions on how to get there were not clear. Hard to find door for garage. Parking space is not good. Even with a compact car, on most nights I was not able to get in the space and had to park on the street.
