The TVset is not user friendly

Good location, clear (realy clear) and good equipped apartment, friendly and helpful staff. Generally very good accomodation for people who need´s not hotel´s breakfest and dinner. We can fully seriously recommend for you.

During night noisy on the streets but in center city is it normal. So definitely nothing negative.

We stayed for 5 nights at one "Superior studio" of the City Center Appartments. The location was ideal : 5 minutes walk from the light train, adjacent to the pedestrian area with all shops, very close to a large supermarket and ... a MacDonald's restaurant if you want to try out an israeli hamburger ! Within walking distance from the Mahane Yehuda food market and the Jaffa gate of the old City. Next also to the Nesher taxi office if you need to go to the airport on a day of shabbat ... The appartement was very large, very comfortable. It was well equipped with all necessary accessories for doing your own cooking.It was fairly quiet despite the very heavy traffic on King George street. The young receptionnist was very friendly and helpful at all times. A great choice for a stay in Jérusalem !

A few minor details that will be corrected I am sure and that we mentionned to the reception desk : - we could not get the TV to work but since it was not critical to us we did not even bother to ask for help ... - we could not shut the small sound-proof bathroom window which could have stopped some noise from the street. But it was not a major issue. So here again we did not complain

Nothing about this place is like able

This is closest to a Motel 6. Dreary old building. Absolutely grim entry. Grimy street.

The location was great for our visit to Jerusalem. The hotel is in the middle of everything. We especially liked the kitchenette so we cooked many of our meals. The beds were also good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Difficult to change reservations once they had been made. The website did not follow up and respond within the two days before we were to leave, and we had to pay an extra night because of that.

Helpful front desk. Comfortable accommodation. Good bathroom. Position unbeatable for centrality. Good sound insulation.

Terrible reception area. Poor cleanliness and room service that pitched up late afternoon. Shower head leaking. Passages cluttered with dirty linen and towels. No instructions re: tv operation or communication with reception. We waited for over an hour to be attended to on arrival.

Wonderful hotel! We slept so well, a really silent hotel. The staff is very nice and polite and know many languages. Clean and everything Ok. I recommed for everybody. Really good place! And the situation - you can walk in couple of minutes to the old towwn. Excellent hotel.

Water in the bathroom was a bit cool but you can wash yourself.

Close to major places, accessible anywhere, we have a back room and did not hear the street noise, jaccuzzi

One of the nights was a "happy" room that not sleep until 3 in the morning

Everything! The staff was super helpful and the room was very clean and modern. Comfortable and clean beds and bedding. The mini kitchen was useful and well appointed (we brought our own kosher stuff for Pesach). If you need help the staff is super friendly and speak different languages. CityCenter is like one of those boutique hotels in nyc, in the street it's just a regular door, the entrance lobby is functional but minimal and the. You get to your room and its good sized, beautiful details and even a nice balcony overlooking King Geroge St. Unlike nyc, the prie and value were awesome! Will definitely come back here. And big kudos to Chagai who was super helpful with luggage and knowledgeable about different sites, locations and everything really!

Well, this isn't about the hotel exactly but parking in that area is pretty expensive and there's no clear cut option for how to pull up and unload baggage. Still, tho, Chagai was the answer, he helped us both loading in and out. No complaints!

We had difficulty with many things during our trip (Obama visited the city at the same time and our day trips were delayed and/or canceled), and the staff made many, many phone calls for us to sort things out. When our car was locked in a parking garage for all of Sabbath (our fault, the staff told us to park in the garage on the LEFT and we parked in the one on the RIGHT), they opened a room for us to allow us to shower and relax until the garage opened. Basically, they made a stressful stay in Jerusalem better. The room was spacious, the location was amazing, and I have to say that I am fortunate to have stayed at this hotel as it was fantastic!

It was very expensive for a poor quality room, with very uncomfortable beds and a bathroom that was moderately clean. It was extremely noisy

The gentlemen at the desk were extremely helpful, approachable and kind. They went beyond the call of duty to assist me, even arranging my taxi to the airport. I was greatly impressed by the hotel's facilities.

Great location. Friendly Staff.

No dish towel to dry dishes. Twin beds and very hard and uncomfortable.

duplex worked very well with us downstairs and 22 year old daughter upstairs.

No breakfast and kitchen was not that well equipped.

Friendly english speaking staff, Nice location in a lively area full with bars, restaurants and shops and only 15-20 minute walk to old centre. Clean room, hot water but not for a long time, fine beds, quiet room (ask for it) Good value, would book again
