In central Jerusalem, just a 5-minute walk from the Mahane Yehuda Market, the newly-opened Agripas Hotel offers spacious rooms with hardwood floors and city views.
Score from 849 reviews Very good
In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

Value for money Good breakfast selection Large rooms Helpful staff
Have to constantly re-apply for wifi and "pay" for either 2 or 24 hours. It is refunded on hotel bill but why the palaver?
room was nice
Reception staff seemed like they didnt want to be there
Breakfast was nice
Paid wifi (how tight-fisted) Uninterested Staff Long wait at reception
Good connection with public transportation. Friendly staff. Nice facility.
Close to a light railway station; free parking; good wifi access
Rather chaotic breakfast; no restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel
good breakfast Good pool but limited hours
staff indifferent except chef who was great a lot of noise in corridor
The great breakfast and thats it
Location. Breakfast. Staff. The all Atmosphere in the hotel. Hospitality.
The maintenance of the rooms should improve a little bit.
good value, great breakfast
no bad points!
Pesonnel helpful, pleasant; accommodations comfortable and inviting
Inaequate shady areas around the pool
The breakfast The pools (but note other comment ) Spacious foyer and bar service there
an event that went until midnight midweek with thumping base music and prevented a restful sleep Changing room at pool was in poor condition and generally rundown. Many areas in need of upgrade/maintenance
This is a hotel like many other hotels on the non Arab side of Jerusalem. You don't get the best of treatment if suspected of being an Arab; even though every thing about me speaks CANADIAN. When was the last time you were awaken in the mid days hours to the slamming of doors of doors and the urban wargames of milatary in the hallway of the 3rd floor of a hotel. Anywhere! Fully out fitted with machine guns. This happened to me without any offers of compensation when mentioned to the desk staff. Sad reflection on the hotel and Jerusalem.
Balcony off room Fridge in room Good breakfast, freshly made eggs
I loved my room which overlooked a bustling Jerusalem, full of life. It was not too far to walk to transport and the shops.
The residents were a bit too noisy at times but this is probably a cultural thing.
Great staff, food and pools
Need more staff at front desk to answer phone requests from staff
The best part was the breakfast
staff were helpful buffet on shabbat was nice
problems with internet pools got very crowded at certain times
The Friendly staff and the flexibility of their approach eg to extra beds being added.
The groups who attend the swimming pool area and play loud music disturbing the guests. The pool is quite small. The weddings that can disturb guests as they play music outside on the terrace
The room did not feel clean and nice although nothing to directly complain about
Air-con did not work so had to change room.
The food was not good. Also the staff in the kitchen and dining room were not helpful at all.
Close ti light train Good breakfast
Room too little for 4 persons. There were 2 additional beds and there was no space to move. due to anavailable space a little frigidere was put on floor just in front of a furniture.
Stuff was very helpful and kind. Location is great.
very close to the old city. Very good connection with the tram. Hotel has all amenities needed for a relaxed stay. Wonderful Swimmingpool. Excellent breakfast. The Central Bus Station is in walking distance as well, which is very good for traveling around.
The hotel is large and may serve as location for parties. We had during our stay a wedding there which was a little disturbing. Dinner is very expensive in the hotel; it is better to choose from an outside restaurant. We went to the just the restaurant IMA (5minn with car) and enjoyed and superb evening!
