Score from 217 reviews Very good
The Jerusalem Tower Hotel is in the city center, in easy walking distance from the major historic and holy sites of the city, as well as shopping and entertainment areas.
Score from 159 reviews Good
In the heart of Jerusalem, just 65 ft from Ben Yehuda Street, the City Center Jerusalem offers air-conditioned accommodations with a kitchenette. The Old City is a 15 minute walk away.
Score from 788 reviews Very good
Providing free parking and offering views of the mountains, the Hotel Yehuda provides rooms with free Wi-Fi and a pool area with a semi-Olympic sized pool. An Israeli buffet breakfast is included.
Score from 594 reviews Excellent
Poor cleanliness, inattentive staff. Too many tourists that has taken the focus of staff of the business client. No business centre, poor english at reception
Just the location
- Israel is known for free WiFi - Charging for WiFi at these days is non acceptable - No Access from Parking Area to Hotel... walk by foot...
- Rooms are nice
The cleaning staff did a lot of noise during the mornings in the aisle, so was a bit hard to sleep, but is just to ask that they can talk not so loud. The localisation is not the best (Old City), but just behind the Hotel there is superficial train that brings you to the Old City in 10 minutes.
It is a nice hotel to stay. "Cheap", with free parking. A regular good hotel!
Excellent service and food, great location.
Where to start? There was a hair in the bathroom that wasn't mine for 4 days. The phone did not work the entire time. The internet only had about 1mbps download speed when it worked. I had to sit in the corner of the room to check my email because if slow internet. It smelled like they just sprayed chemicals to cover up an underlying smell.
The bed is really comfortable and the location is literally smack in the middle of JerusalemS hustle. easily accessible to all forms of transportation
I have a samsung cell phone and could not get connected to wi-fi at all. However, when I walked into the Prima hotel right next door, I could pick up Wi-fi. Also no problem at the Notre Dame Hotel.
Shopping and visiting the historical places in Jerusalem.
Parking lot too small (had to park in the next hotel's area); rather noisy rooms; rooms need some refurbishing.
Conveniently located; good buffet breakfast; friendly staff; reasonable rates; tram stop just nearby.
Spa facilities are outdoor adjacent, buffet style meals, parking is difficult, location is noisey, interior hallways are gloomy.
The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. It was also lovely to have an outside space to sit so close to the busyness of the city. Great location, convenient to train and bus.
room is fair
to access spa, have to walk outside of hotel. was there for the January snow days...
I got to room and there was no towels and soap wanted to take a shower I called the staff they said they would send someone to bring towels but I waited for an hour after the hour I called again and they said that they will send someone now after a few minutes someone knocked on my door and brings me 5 small towels so I said where is the soap again they apologized and said that he will bring it right away I waited for another half hour finally he came back and brings me soap and after another 20 minutes he came back with 2 towels
Have to constantly re-apply for wifi and "pay" for either 2 or 24 hours. It is refunded on hotel bill but why the palaver?
Value for money Good breakfast selection Large rooms Helpful staff
Reception staff seemed like they didnt want to be there
room was nice
Paid wifi (how tight-fisted) Uninterested Staff Long wait at reception
Breakfast was nice
Good connection with public transportation. Friendly staff. Nice facility.
Rather chaotic breakfast; no restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel
Close to a light railway station; free parking; good wifi access
staff indifferent except chef who was great a lot of noise in corridor
good breakfast Good pool but limited hours
The great breakfast and thats it
The maintenance of the rooms should improve a little bit.
Location. Breakfast. Staff. The all Atmosphere in the hotel. Hospitality.
no bad points!
good value, great breakfast
Inaequate shady areas around the pool
Pesonnel helpful, pleasant; accommodations comfortable and inviting
an event that went until midnight midweek with thumping base music and prevented a restful sleep Changing room at pool was in poor condition and generally rundown. Many areas in need of upgrade/maintenance
The breakfast The pools (but note other comment ) Spacious foyer and bar service there
This is a hotel like many other hotels on the non Arab side of Jerusalem. You don't get the best of treatment if suspected of being an Arab; even though every thing about me speaks CANADIAN. When was the last time you were awaken in the mid days hours to the slamming of doors of doors and the urban wargames of milatary in the hallway of the 3rd floor of a hotel. Anywhere! Fully out fitted with machine guns. This happened to me without any offers of compensation when mentioned to the desk staff. Sad reflection on the hotel and Jerusalem.
