Free parking, easy to find is you come by car, clean. There is a mall beneath the hotel with a food court. Easy and cheap access to the city center by public transportation

Unfriendly staff, bad breakfast, noisy, expensive.

I like the local mall just directly beneath the hotel. The day shift manager when I checked in I remember from my previous staff and was very helpful and nice

Carpet in rooms are bit shabby and the bed was very low to the floor. However, over all, it is a good place to stay especially being just up form bus station and the tram just outside to take you sround

אחזקה לקויה. הביוב באמבטיה היה סתום. מעט מאוד ערוצים בטלוויזיה. אין אינטרנט אלחוטי מהיר חופשי. ארוחת בוקר-לא משהוא. ממול יש מרכז רפואי, צפירות אמבולנסים הפריעו הרבה פעמים. החלונות לא מבודדים רעש. זכוכית עם בידוד כפול הייתה מקטינה את הבעיה לנסבלת.

The location and the staff

The first floor outside our room smelled of urine. The soap container in our room was empty so we bought soe soap.

Lobby is beautiful. Desk staff are friendly.

Rooms are inconsistently cleaned. Meals are nicely displayed in the buffet, but are lacking regional flavor. Rather overcooked.

Central and convenient location. Reasonable cost.

Decor is not modern up to date.

I loved the price! I loved the location of the hotel.

The view from the room was not good but as I paid so little it didnt bother me as the room itself was very good.

Great place for last night in Jerusalem, slightly far from the Old Town but close to exit from the city. Very nice stuff.

Room was small. Very few bath amenities I.E. no shampoo, washcloth/sponge, etc. We had to request air conditioning in room, and there was no a/c in dining room at breakfast.

The staff are always available and friendly, very good in every way and that's why I keep coming back to you. Thank you.

Although passports and valuables are kept safe at reception, a small private one in the rooms would be a big help. Plus, a small electric kettle would be greatly appreciated. Thank you - hope to see you next year in Jerusalem !!!

As a Jew I was surprised that ii found the Hotels Jewish staff totally rude and unfriendly and unhelpful.Stained Bedding and filthy bed bases that were very old. The Arab staff we got to know were so friendly and helpful.

The internet service was terrible and expensive

Needs updating throughout. Noisy rooms. Like a large dormitory with teenage children.

I didnt like that my block-out curtain was hanging off the rail and didn't cover the window. I was on the 3rd floor and the traffic from outside bothered me a lot. I also didnt like that there was no fridge in the room.
