We stayed only one night, and enjoyed the comfort of our room, and the breakfast was OK the next day, though warm food could have been warmer, and we had no bathroom plug to enable a bath. Nothing major. |

The address is wrong. The entrance is not on Yafo St. but in a back street. If one does not know, it is hard to find. |

The staff were knowledgeable about Jerusalem attractions and helpful in contacting them for opening hours etc No hair dryer in rooms. Most rooms offered are adjoining rooms and there is poor soundproofing between the room doors. |

My door lock was broken for my entire stay; my key card never worked. A hotel employee had to accompany to my room to open the door every time I needed to get in. |

the location was fantastic.. right next to the central bus station which has an internet cafe and nearby to general shopping ..the inclusive breakfast was very good and the staff was helpful. The coffee bar was a nice place to relax. the noise of the ongoing construction across the street was very loud all day long..but nothing the hotel has any control over. |

Сonvenient location in city. International staff. Reasonable price. A few days in the hotel lived Israeli teenagers who rustled on the floor (and not in the lobby), prevented sleep until 4 am. |

The location near the busstation and the roads to Tel Aviv and the Dead Sea is great. There is not enough parking space in front of the hotel for guests. I left my hired car for few hours on the side of the square in front of the Hotel and the parking police fined me for 250 NIS. |

The location was great, right next to the central bus station, which makes it easy to travel around the country by bus. The room was very clean and very decent and the beds were nice. The food was quite a drama. We're generally satisfied about hotel food, but not this time. Breakfast was very simple and the coffee was disgusting. On Saturday, the breakfast was even worse. Also the hotel staff wasn't very polite. The hotel is located a bit far from the city center and the old city, so remember that you need to walk a lot or take the bus. |

The staff is attentive and ready to help you. The hotel itself needs renovation. Excellent food, very abundant breakfast and tasty dinner, although, expensive). Excellent location, not far from the old city and market (some 20 minutes walk), bus station and supermarket around the corner, adjaceent to the hotel is central bus station with buses going throughout Israel. The furniture, carpets and so on are shabby. |

Close approach to the central bus station. Group of tourists (kids and then from Nigeria) both making terrible noise in the corridors. Not clean dishes and cups for breakfast. |

The location is very convenient, both close to the old city of Jerusalem as well as the commercial centre. All indoor spaces are non-smoking. Generally, you should note when a hotel is totally non-smoking. |

convenient. excellent location. good, clean, comfortable rooms. fair in service. decent front desk english speakers. i left my insulin in the fridge in the hotel room and travelled to my next destination in israel. i contacted the front desk to recover it. i did not get much help. my next 15 days of the trip was spent without insulin that resulted in some hardship. i realize that the mistake is mine but the point is there was no help. |

The room was basic but comfortable and clean. The staff were not welcoming nor friendly. Whenever I had to ask them something they behaved as though I was interupting or bothering them. Every time I went to reception there was a guest complaining about something or another which indicated to me that there were several dissatisfied guests. When I needed a hair dryer they required me to go down and fetch it and did not offer to bring it up. (I had just come out of the shower.) When I asked about trendy neighborhoods with places to eat they repeatedly told me to eat at their restaurant which I was least inclined to do after the bad tasting breakfast of french toast. They were most unhelpful about tourist information. My sense was that they are tired of tourists. |
