Reasonably priced and conveniently located. Comfort was OK and staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was not as good as I had hoped. |

Location next to the central bus station (but you have to walk approximately 30 min to the old city). Breakfast. We were charged twice for the room due to a mistake. The hotel corrected this immediately Could not make tea or coffee in the room. |

Good value for money, although the room was quite small. Excellent breakfast, however limited facilities for diner and cocktails. The Internet was not for free, whereas the rate mentioned on the booking.com said it would be. |

The reception staff were very helpful. Towels were not replaced automatically. The air conditioning in the room turned off automatically after a period of time. The car park was small and difficult to manoeuvre in. |

It's in a good location, was able to walk to the Central Bus Station really easily and go shopping. The walls are thin so you can hear people walking through the hallway and the conversations in the other rooms. |

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location is great, right next to the central bus station, 15-20 min walk (down jaffa street) to the old city . Also a good location for making trips in the area, for instance to the dead sea. Rooms were very clean and tidy, free and easy to use safe available in every room. Breakfast was good too. |

The staff was rude and unhelpful. A complete lack of hospitality as you would expect in a so-called "four star hotel". The breakfast was mediocre. The rooms are extremely small, and need some serious fresh coat of paint. |

The food was good. The staff was poor and we were not happy with the way we were treated when we checked out. We had cancelled our third night and they insisted we still had to pay. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude and insulting. |

Our stay at Jerusalem Gold was very very disappointing. Firstly having arrived at 10 AM, they were not ready to give our rooms as the check in time is at 3 PM. Intially said, there was no room ready for check in. And after 5 minutes, the guy at the reception was ready to give us a room if we paid an extra $70! Initially he was not ready to include the breakfast in it, but on further persuasion he included the breakfast. Being very exhausted, we agreed on the deal. Only to realise, the breakfast was stale and non-appetising. Being very hungry, decided to ask for a toast and coffee. The bread was again stale, and the coffee was tasteless. The plates, glasses and cutlery had so many stains, it seemed it had never been cleaned. So left the breakfast, and ventured outside. Did not go to the dining room (which was in the basement in any case) again!! Everything, apart from the fact, that the hotel staff at the reception did try to be helpful, once we had paid the money. But the condition of the hotel was so bad, there was not much they could do about it!! |

Good location On the website it named a pool and spa as facilities. These are closed now however and I was disappointed to find that out on arrival. This needs to be updated on hotel information and facilities. |

The location was good for us. The hotel was nice, but our a/c did not work in our room and we didn't try to use it until 11pm. There was no one to fix it at that hour...they told us they would 3 times during the following hour...later told us no one could. Would not give us another room. |

On a great location in the city centre, the Montefiore Hotel offers excellent value for money. Enjoy the closeness to the city’s attractions and the free wireless internet and Israeli breakfast. |
In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is just minutes from the old city. |
Boasting a central position in the heart of New Jerusalem, the Palatin Hotel is the perfect accommodation choice for guests looking for a small, family-run hotel in a great location. |
The modern Jerusalem Gate Hotel is conveniently located at the entrance of the Holy City, within easy walking distance of the central bus station. |
