It is impossible to sleep at night between 24H00 and 4H00 due to the pubs below the hotel. The windows are not sound proof and the noise is terrible.
The location is ok, but the neighbourhood is not ok. The buildings next door looks terrible.
It is very near the train & bus stations & other places of interest.
The staff were exceptionally helpful. They were eager to assist in every way possible. They will print out bus timetables & advise you of the best way to travel to all areas of Jerusalem, make suggestions for sightseeing & restaurants.
It's the best place to stay around Jaffa street: modern stylish rooms, quiet enough for a good nights sleep but still in a lively neighborhood. The staff is super nice and forthcoming even allowing for a very late breakfast (11:30) after a late night out. We come here again and again!
I had a request which took 18 hours before it was done.
It was walking distance to places I needed to go to.
Great location and helpful (if not always knowledgeable) staff. Arranged a car and driver for us and provided extra towels on request.
There was a bar next to the hotel and we could hear everything throughout the night right up to the dawn hours. Hardly slept that night.
Most everything was good
Bit noisy at night
Ease to tram stop and main attractions
Can be a bit noisy at night -- both noise from outside and from the hallways.
We had a lovely time at the Jerusalem Inn. It's close to everything and the staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was also excellent.
A little bit nozy outside
Great location. Spacious room
TV wouldn't turn on, the heat was not working properly and the WiFi didn't work at night but was fine the next day.
Location was excellent and staff were all very nice and accommodating.
Although I could connect to the WiFi, the hotel's Internet connection itself went down the last night of my stay. It was unfortunate, but inconvenient. During the time that the Internet was available, though, it was absolutely fine.
Great location. Loved having the little balcony off my room. Very new and modern hotel. Great breakfast selection. Overall enjoyable stay that really complimented my trip to Jerusalem.
A bit noisy
Very helpful staff
Very good location - downtown Simple but clean room. Very helpful with English and Hebrew speakers staff at 24h reception. Good breakfast.
unstable wifi connection
location service room breakfast
there are bars from on the each side on the hotel on the first floor and music is blasting until 2-3AM . First we thought to change to another room but staff explained that "it is the center of the city and every in room you going to get the noise " .
Perfect location in the center of the city .
being sooo close to Ben Yehuda Street ~ the outside noise at night could have been an issue... we ALWAYS travel with ear plugs and were able to sleep...
well, we actually were upgraded to the Eyal Hotel... which we found to be perfectly located to Ben Yehuda street and many resturants and shops... we were very pleased with our stay at the Eyal... the staff went above and beyond meeting our needs and were very helpful... the breakfast was outstanding... and the selection of foods was amazing... exceptional eggs... our room was very comfortable and was cleaned beyond our expections...
Very cramped bedroom for two people and the bathroom was leaky with a very small sink. Loud late night bars just outside the hotel rooms on most nights
Breakfast was good and the location excellent. Friendly staff.
First room not good, noisy and leaky shower leaked on carpet. Lots of stairs, no elevator.
Breakfast excellent. Second room much better. Help taking luggage upstairs. Staff tried to be accomodating.
- all 3 nights there were not enough towels for two persons, we had to ask them at the reception - one day they couldn't prepare coffee because the coffee beans were finished
-10 minutes by foot from old town, 5 minutes by foot from main street with shops and cafes - nice traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs, salads and yoghurt - clean room - very quiet place - pleasant staff, we were given at the request of a corkscrew and a hairdryer
One block from the tram. Clean, modern, good breakfast, 24 hour desk service.
Breakfast very expensive
There was a construction going on across the street - was pretty loud all the way through late nite hours. While some bread is very fresh and good, croissants were cold and tasteless - super disappointing. My husband got upset observing how one of the servers cleaned the tables by just moving supposedly clean utensils around and spraying the table at the same time - was not very appetizing
We were upgraded to Eyal Hotel instead of Jerusalem Inn. Very modern spacious room with very contemporary bathroom. Everything is very clean. Small refrigerator and safe are handy. Comfortable big bed. Breakfast is included - big selection of Israeli cheeses, vegetables. Friendly, accommodating staff
Some noise at night from clubs that are near by.
Great value for the money. Staff was helpful and a good breakfast.
Not clean, and rooms not cleaned while I was there.
