Perfect location in the center of the city .
there are bars from on the each side on the hotel on the first floor and music is blasting until 2-3AM . First we thought to change to another room but staff explained that "it is the center of the city and every in room you going to get the noise " .
well, we actually were upgraded to the Eyal Hotel... which we found to be perfectly located to Ben Yehuda street and many resturants and shops... we were very pleased with our stay at the Eyal... the staff went above and beyond meeting our needs and were very helpful... the breakfast was outstanding... and the selection of foods was amazing... exceptional eggs... our room was very comfortable and was cleaned beyond our expections...
being sooo close to Ben Yehuda Street ~ the outside noise at night could have been an issue... we ALWAYS travel with ear plugs and were able to sleep...
Breakfast was good and the location excellent. Friendly staff.
Very cramped bedroom for two people and the bathroom was leaky with a very small sink. Loud late night bars just outside the hotel rooms on most nights
Breakfast excellent. Second room much better. Help taking luggage upstairs. Staff tried to be accomodating.
First room not good, noisy and leaky shower leaked on carpet. Lots of stairs, no elevator.
-10 minutes by foot from old town, 5 minutes by foot from main street with shops and cafes - nice traditional breakfast with scrambled eggs, salads and yoghurt - clean room - very quiet place - pleasant staff, we were given at the request of a corkscrew and a hairdryer
- all 3 nights there were not enough towels for two persons, we had to ask them at the reception - one day they couldn't prepare coffee because the coffee beans were finished
One block from the tram. Clean, modern, good breakfast, 24 hour desk service.
Breakfast very expensive
We were upgraded to Eyal Hotel instead of Jerusalem Inn. Very modern spacious room with very contemporary bathroom. Everything is very clean. Small refrigerator and safe are handy. Comfortable big bed. Breakfast is included - big selection of Israeli cheeses, vegetables. Friendly, accommodating staff
There was a construction going on across the street - was pretty loud all the way through late nite hours. While some bread is very fresh and good, croissants were cold and tasteless - super disappointing. My husband got upset observing how one of the servers cleaned the tables by just moving supposedly clean utensils around and spraying the table at the same time - was not very appetizing
Great value for the money. Staff was helpful and a good breakfast.
Some noise at night from clubs that are near by.
Not clean, and rooms not cleaned while I was there.
Cost vs. - Comfort poor/fair - Staff (1 out of 2) not partcularly interested / helpful. For ex. Tv not working and no one to help.
The staff are very friendly and willing to help you. The room in which I stayed was clean with hot and cold water. The place is well located with good accesibilty to major transportation services and interesting locations. It provides good breakfast.
The hotel was ready to be closed for reparation at the time I was there. It will not be fair for me to share my comments. Everyone has the right for a second chance.
Great location, delicious breakfast . We will stay again
Needs an update but they r working on it.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Rooms were not cleaned during our stay carpets were dirty. No hair drier or safe deposit box. Air conditioning very noisy.
the staff was very helpful.
breakfast had food leftovers from privies days!
Some of the staff
Location prima, friendly and serviceminded staff
Very clean, excellent location
Staff Location Breakfast
Bathroom finish, cleanliness and streetnoise which might be too loud for a non good sleeper. (there were worldcup games going on)
The breakfast and the helpful desk staff.
The facility was undergoing repairs. The staff at the breakfast room were disinterested and had no idea as to what service meant.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated right in the centre of town with close proximity to the Old City. The breakfast was really good, with different choices every day.
Not a fault of the hotel, but outside our window there were two bars which closed at 4.00 a.m. and building works that started at 7.00 a.m. so sleep wasn't easily come by. Nevertheless there wasn't anything about the hotel that we disliked.
The breakfast was simply super. There was plenty of variety and good food. The location is excellent. There is very easy access both to the old city and newer sections of Jerusalem both on foot and by public transportation. I stayed six nights at the hotel. Excellent.
The bar located about three floors below me on a square behind the hotel was sometimes a bit noisy up to about 1:30 to 3:00 AM. However, my air conditioning unit covered most of the noise.
The location towards the main sites specially to the old Jerusalem is perfect and all walking distance. The staff was very helpful and willing to help at all time.
The General Manager. There was no wiliness to help and he was even disrespectful
Great position, friendly personnel, open terrace on the roof, decent israeli breakfast
Some rooms are small, most rooms are noisy at night due to a couple of bars in the surroundings
The location/ The air conditioning. Staff were very helpful. Location is brilliant.
Need double glazing to counter traffic noise. Breakfast used to be gooD, but now it is very minimal and disappointing. The guests staying near me were very noisy with kids banging on parents doors all night. Also loud conversations in the corridor were unhelpful for sleep. THERE OUGHT TO BE NOTICES IN EACH BEDROOM AND IN THE CORRIDORS TELLING GUESTS TO BE AS QUIET AS POSSIBLE FOR THE SAKE OF THEIR NEIGHBOURS.
