the beds and room were really nice. the price is a bit expensive.Odu,one of the guys by the reception was very nice.
the receptionist who checked us in was very not nice.
Friendy and attentive staff. Great food. Very generous.
Rooms wet not cleaned very well.
great location, great food, clean and comfortable. most of the staff were very nice.
attitude of some of the staff. please thank you and a smile go a long way. the Israeli attitude needs to be dropped.
Service was great personal was great
Very centrally located.
One of the front desk employees
trustworthiness i forgot a ring and they found it and returned to me
would not give me a cup of coffee before lunch and when i wanted a drink from room service all they had was one brand of scotch.
Staff was very welcoming and helpful!!! Helped to arrange the trips in Jerusalem and to Bethlehem. Breakfast buffet is absolutely fantastic. Room was nice, with view to old city. Wouldn't book next time view to old city, as the view was only from the side. The location is absolutely great, just minutes away from the City centre and very close to old city. And when you go on a tour and walk through Jerusalem, you never get lost because the Leonarda Plaza is the one building you see from everywhere.... all in all, I can definitely recommend this hotel.
Gym could be a little bit better equipped. But it had treadmills and only few other items.
The only criticism I have is that there is no free parking at the hotel for guests.
Great location. Overall good buy. Received room upgrade. Staff was pleasant. Nice restaurant and fantastic breakfast.
Maintenance was not performed upon multiple requests for non working item in room - fixed by end of stay. Cleanliness issue upon arrival although staff rectified.
Staff was very courteous and even accommodated my request for late checkout
Staff content to watch a guest check in and carry their own bags. Crad key for room failed on several occasions and was NOT carried near to mobile phone
The upgrade to a club room & the location made this worthwhile. The room was very big with a refurbished bathroom.
the bedroom had no balcony
we brought 13 other people with us and using the Shabbat elevator was toooo slow .

the person who was in reception when i checked in was good, not only because he offer me a free wifi - but he was helpful with many things and directions and had a helping attitude
tried contact the reception, most of the times no one pick up phone, twice i had to go down and no one is there and you need to look around for someone. room service took long time to contact back - breakfast was not up to the standard of a 5* hotel
Some staff really went out of their way to help with all sorts of things. Rooms had absolutely stunning views. The pool area was quite good - only shame is that it is in the shade in late afternoon.
Rooms (and the lobby areas) are quite dated. That said everything is well maintained etc.
Great location, clean rooms
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a special need for a late checkout. The manager approved us for a very late checkout to accommodate our need
That I had to leave
The Person who work in the hotel are very friendly. I feel like I am in a family
As an international traveler I have never met such a wise & professional & caring Manger like Alex
The pool has been redone very nicely and is clean now. Nice and helpful staff at the entrence and at the reception, comparing with last time's visit.
I miss more international, spec. european channels on TV. There are no german channels and only one French.
Not worth the money. Extremely old and dated. Worn out rooms. We were charged for every little thing. There are much nicer places to stay in close by for much less money.
Lovely hotel. Reception staff excellent. Very comfortable room. Breakfast selection amazing. Enjoyable Shabbat dinner
The staff were very helpful and the location superb .
