Facilities of the staff

Staff were friendly. We requested a site inspection on check-in and they were very happy to accommodate. We were in Jerusalem on a very Holy day and welcomed the hotel being able to furnish refreshments and advise that sirens would be sounded in the City the following day. As travellers, that could have been alarming. The hotel is close to the Old City which is an advantage to tourists.

A big thankyou to Elloit at the reception and Gilad from the security. Elloit - has been most helpful & resourceful when I checked in alone on the first day of my arrival. He is able to answer all my queries and I had a wonderful time in Jerusalem. Gilad & team - many thanks to you guys for lending me your Samsung charger for overnite use. I have forgotten to bring an adapter and there's nowhere to get one. I would have not be able to take beautiful pictures without my phone camera have not been for them. Greatly appreciated. The lobby looks very good, the location is great and the rooms seemed to be recently renovated, thus very clean and with a "new" air to it.

Maybe the lack of a good restaurant inside the hotel. If there was one, it's not well advertised, because I didn't even notice.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast were outstanding, as was the family meal we had in the dining room. The location is terrific---walking distance from the Old City and from downtown Jerusalem landmarks.

Clean rooms, close to western wall, the Jerusalem marathon, and the great synagogue.

Internet service is NOT free. It costs a lot. Breakfast buffet expensive. Didn't even bother with other meals except room service which was ok but not great. Bed was not a king but two twins pushed together with separate sheets and blankets. Too crowded with very religious people on weekend

I did get a nice room a great view of the old city. Front desk at check in helpful. Very pleased when I saw my room. Amenities in the room were excellent. Room attendants were pleasant and courteous. Excellent location.

I requested a single bed, at check in it was double bed. Staff especially front services were not as friendly as I expected to be. No eye contact what so ever. Parking structure was horrible, though I paid $10/day; wasn't accessible to for check in or out especially carrying multiple luggage. Pavement of the parking structure was old; nonexistent. I asked for valet service, I was told there is a charge for the service as well. WI-fi too expensive; $24/day. Room charges/day was already high enough, parking, Wi-Fi and valet should've been comp.

Excellent view of Old City, Jerusalem from room (18th floor). Superb breakfast with many gourmet cheeses, salads and dishes. Express elevators that go right to your floor. Comfortable lobby lounge serving food and drinks. Very close to Mamilla mall, Old City, Ben Yehuda St., etc. The hotel also has good parking lot and a large grocery store next door (under an adjacent apartment building).

Great location. Walking distance to Old City, Mamilla, Ben Yehuda, Yafo as well as to Shaarei Chesed, Rechavia. Rooms were a nice size with American (not small Israeli standard) beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Steep charges for Wi-Fi service which is generally free in most high end hotels in other cities these days.

This hotel used to be a good 5 star hotel. However, it is VERY run down, poor maintenance and unfriendly serviced. It is aimed at the ultra-orthodox community and is not suitable for other audiences.

Shabbat meals are far too expensive. In fact the price is a tip off. I will not buy another shabbay meal T hotel. I will go across street to the kings where full is gpod and mich more reasonable price

how friendly the young men working at the door were. the room was very comfortable and large and the food was varied and delicious. it was also pretty close to the old city and the market place.

The location was great and the breakfast was good too - anything you can imagine was there.

Not as clean as I would have liked. When I first went to the room the toilet seat was not clean. On subsequent days the cleaner did not clean very well.
