Function hall on rooftop. Noisy guests. Noisy street.
-Free wifi was stable and bandwith was good. -Bed was comfortable -AC was excellent -Room was clean
-Pipe noises constantly in backgropund -Bathroom door was clear and you could not lock it -Not enough towels.
Cute boutique hotel with good rooms and great staff. Facilities are modern, well kept and clean
"Private parking" has only 4 spots, so there is a very big chance of not getting a spot there. Have to look for parking in the area and sometimes it is difficult.
Fast WiFi. Good cocktail after 4.30 pm.
Bad smell. Noisy.
wine included in junior suite
breakfast in other hotel, across the street. breakfast wasn't that good
Location, staffs, clean, good facility.
sound isolation is not sufficient, you hear the streets. also the curtain was not able to shade in the morning.
It is about everything that I had experienced at this hotel are good.
The more with Agripas the more you love this hotel.
The location was very good, with restaurants nearby and the old city in striking distance. The free happy hour on the first night was welcome.
With a couple of exceptions, the staff at the main desk were unhelpful. The wifi was episodic. The hotel was rather overpriced given the lack of facilities.
Best position in new city with very helpful and friendly and handsome/pretty young staff. Roof lounge is very big and comfortable with city view while the 1st floor lounge is very stylish and cute. Always upgrade rooms for us. Complimentary wine is also good...
Nothing is not good.
I really enjoyed everything in the hotel, Really good location, rooms are really god, everything new. Good value for the money, and the staff was really helpfull.
Pretty good location between Old City and Market. Jaffa street with tram line in 3-5 min walking distance. Rooms are new and comfortable. Breakfast served in the another hotel's lobby, but it worth $10 which it is priced.
Reseption could be closed during Shabat (that is Booking.com says, but it's better to double check), rest of the days working 24 hours. Be careful. It is not a claim, just for your information.
Bed was two singles together rather than one twin.
The people working in the hotel were a pleasure to deal with. Everything was done to make our stay pleasurable. All questions and requests were met with helpful enthusiasm. I highly recommend Agripas for a Jerusalem holiday.
The bathroom could have been cleaner.
Good location, reliable wi-fi
Walk to other hotel for breakfast
did NOT like having a room on the street side -- too much outside noise that kept us awake
Location, convenience, parking and Internet included. Staff was eager to please. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Couldn't be in a more perfect location. The interiors were beautiful and comfortable. The rest was nothing to rave about.
Poor check in. staff below par. Bathroom flooded several times when letting water out of,the bathtub. Showers don't even have a soap holder. In the handicapped bathroom the railings are rusty. Poor room wifi. Needed to go to reception or the roof to use Internet. Rooms not done on a daily basis.
3 out of 4 nights no room clearing/ cleaning! No shelfs in bathroom. Blocked sink, fludded bathroom . And that all in a "suite". Employees mostly unprofessional.
The position is good although you need to know that the hotel is on a roundabout. Took us a while to find it. We upgraded to a larger room because a standard room is just too small for anyone but backpackers.
Beds are narrow and standard rooms tiny. Don't pay 50nis for breakfast. Find a local cafe. Much better and lots around. If your priority is location then this is a good place to be. If you want comfort then go somewhere like the Dan Boutique but it's a longer walk to town.
The breakfast was varied and generous although it was to be taken in another hotel.
1) Unfriendly staff & manager 2) Very poor cleanliness: - Furniture damaged - Walls and bathroom stained - rooms not cleaned, did not get better even though we complained 3 times. 3) Linens replaced only 3 times in 7 days (after complaining). 4) Unacceptable dirty baby bed. 5) Noisy: Rock music at 3.45 AM inside the hotel. 6) Noisy A-C which broke down several times.
Location and staff were great. Clean facilities.
No view from the room
breakfast not very exciting, Wifi unstable
