Bathroom was dirty - someone's hair were present on the floor and in the bathtub. The closet was looking pretty dirty, so I have clean it with a wet clout first. You guess - it was a little bit yellow afterwards ;-(. Really disgusting.
The breakfast could have been better concerning the number of rooms in the hotel (do not expect to taste israeli food there (except the salty cheese), just regular "european"), but still tasty.
I was a little bit cold in the room, as the outside air was not so hot and heating was blocked.
The view is not so good even in the higher floor as the window is small and in the corner (which aplies to most of the room as the hotel is build up in such a way).
There was a bathtube stopper missing. So picking the hotel because of having it a bathtube is a non-sense. They gave me the stopper after the second request (not the first!). That makes me feel like they pretend to have a service (a bathtube) but try to make their best not let you to use it. Quite dishonesty I would say.
In general - you may find much better services for a similar price around.
It is placed in a very good location, within a walking distance to the Old City and Central bus station. Not so far from the tram 1 stop which takes you to most of the relevant places (Mount Herzl, Central bus station, Damascus Gate (Old City), Mount Scopus etc.).
Good internet connection in the room and dining room as well.
Some of the staff very kind (some on them not at all).
