In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.

Walking distance to Old Jerusalem. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, though small, compared to US std. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Bed was too short and narrow. Blanket was not long enough. Bath room too small and crammed.
We loved staying at the hotel it was comfortable had all the amenities we needed the location was excellent staff was friendly and helpful, Great view, air conditioning and heating works great bathroom is very comfortable we were very happy, eli and mina
very helpful staff
Bath towels are to small.
Nice room, great shower, good location. Good breakfast.
Staff, location to where I needed to be, comfortable.
It lacked several critical amenities like coffee in your room. It did not seem clean to me. Dryer, not in bathroom was not moveable and not near a mirror. Dining room was not always open when it was supposed to be. Very loud.
Good breakfast, Parking, good location, comfortable room, Friendly staff
Small social area, maybe could reach out to the sidewalk
Poor breakfast choices, especially for Israel.
Location, room design was nice
Old and slow elevator, over priced parking, the staff was not very helpfull
situation near the old city
a little bit noisy
closeness ton the old city was able to walk there rooms were clean
Bed was very uncomfortable a bit bumpy and very soft, food was just ok not a good value for the money. Breakfast was ok
Room is too small No thea/coffee facilities in the room. Pour insonorisation. Pour Breakfast, instant coffee Shuttle service: the hotel did a reservation and asked to pay it in cash. On the way to airport the shuttle has had a problem and we have to take a taxi, but the driver of shuttle didn't wont to give us back the vaucher!
Good location, nice furnished rooms and ok facilities (hair dryer, safety box, flat tv, free wifi in the room etc ...), friendly staff.
Nice open buffet breakfast but there were the same kinds of food every morning. Twin rooms are much smallest than 1 double bed rooms.
Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Nice location not too busy street and near jaffa road.
Only two small elevators. Sometimes we had to wait a long time to get to the 12th floor.
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, reliable free WiFi
Overrun with coach parties so meal times could be a bit of a scrum. NOT the place to be for Shabbat: No Shabbat lift (although there was the facility, but it was not set); Friday night dinner was very meagre in that the soup wasn't brought out until after I had finished the meal, there was no choice of main course or vegetables, only a bowl of apples for dessert (not even a bit of cake!); no Shabbat lunch. No feeling of Shabbat at all :(
Perfect location for a short trip to Jerusalem. Easy access to rhe OLd City (walking 20 min or Light Train stop less than 5 min). Our room was not too big, but well designed offering all needed facilities. Good breakfasts.
Great location near Ben Yehudah St and the Old City, and great staff!
Rooms were a little small, but not bad for such a great location.
Excellent staff ! Always helpful and friendly;))) The breakfast buffet is rich and in a very pleasant atmosphere/ambience! The location couldn't be better ... would book the Jerusalem Tower again anytime!!!
15 minutes by foot from the Old city. Good restaurants close to the hotel. Dublin, Irish pub, quite close, highly recommended (lot of different types of draft beer, smoking inside allowed, open even on Shabbat)!
Poor breakfast. Hotel partially renovated.
Worst breakfast we've ever had. Broken reading lamp, non-functioning air conditioning and small beds
Good location, modern
The staff should learn to smile
Staff was very helpful. Location is great, it's in the center of the modern part of the city and just a 10-15min walk to the old part of the city. Breakfast was nice.
Although recently renovated, still looks a bit rusty here and there. Cleanliness was not at a high level, but my impression is that it's a general phenomenon, comparing to the Europe standards.
Good location and reasonable facilities in terms of grading and good service. No disoarity between what was offered and what was paid.
Noise suppression in the hotel is very poor and affects the exoerience of your stay negatively.
Location, friendly staff, value for money
1. Poor sound isolation between rooms and corridor; 2. Insufficient lift capacity; 3. No toilet brush in the room.
the location is great, lots of bars and pubs on the street and the hotel is close to every places you want to see in Jerusalem
it was not so clean and pretty .small compered to the price I pay
I stayed there twice, location was good, nice restaurants around the area. The staff were really good to all of my requests. Breakfast was ok.
The hotel rate was overvalued for what they offered. I guess we are paying for location. In the night you can hear the people in the street and the traffic. Also if the room is close to the elevator you can hear that too. I needed background noise in rider to sleep. The coffee offered during breakfast was not good (instant).
