the location of this hotel is wonderful -- close to Jaffa street and the old city

the rooms are small but ok. I would apprciate additional egg choices on the breakfast buffet

Decent hotel. Car park 10 dollars a day. Everything in walking distance. Dinner locally from 50 shekels.

Great location with good access to transportation. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean,Dining area immaculate. Breakfast ample and many choices. Recently remodeled. A good experience. Would definetly return to this hotel.

Very convenient location, clean rooms.

Counter help was good and helpful since I did not book any tours ahead of time. Breakfast was nice! The location was perfect. Near to Jaffa street and the wonderful Kadosh restaurant!

It did not have a blow drier which is a necessary item when traveling. I saw 2 cockroaches in the lobby. They advertise Wi-fi in the rooms but that was not available as you can only connect in the lobby.

Cleanliness of hotel. Comfortable room with amazing views over the city. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Reception staff especially helpful.

A little difficult to get to the parking lot. If you miss the turn-off, you're going to be driving around for quite a long time!

Construction/renovation going on at time - intrusive/noisy. No carpeting in room-cold floor tiles very annoying! Rooms very small. Flimsy & small bath towels Poorly designed sink & shower head Same exact items for breakfast daily, no variations--gets boring; no brewed coffee, only instant, watery-thin juice ('tang'), no fruits offered besides oranges & grapefruits, bad cold cereal (Israeli corn flakes or choc. Flakes), herring selection too fishy & salty. Bed too low near floor. Tv remote not working. Cheap soap. No hair dryer! No reading material or siteseeing brochures/newspapers available in lobby Waste baskets too small. Wouldn't bring my wife here. Better to spend a few $$ more & get more for your money elsewhere.

This is a new building and was half finished.

The location was brilliant. The room was comfy and breakfast was included in the rate.

The hotel could use a bit of decor.

the amenities - 24 hour coffee, tea, juice and water in the lobby. A fantastic staff that is always available and very accommodating.

Location is fantastic, right by Ben Yehuda street and a short walk to the Jaffa Gate and the Old City, right through Mamila Mall. Breakfast was decent, room was very clean (albeit small), bathroom was good and clean.

It is undergoing huge renovations and the lobby is a hot mess of breakfast, desk, and renovation work. Elevators are in the middle of all this, and made up of wood (to be fair, I think the systems are new, but it's a bit of a scary ride!). Internet is free in the lobby, but since the lobby is the restaurant, staff might throw you out of the tables, with no other options but smelly old sofas in the middle of the renovation. Should be ok after this is finished, but it wasn't clear on the website that this was how it was right now.

Location is excellent; hub from which you can radiate to everyplace either by bus or walking. New renovation going on and hotel will be beatiful when completed.
