The Jerusalem Tower Hotel is located in the city centre, in easy walking distance from the major historical and holy sites of the city, as well as shopping and entertainment areas. The rooms all have private bathroom, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, and cable TV. From the higher floors the rooms have a view of the Old City. Wireless internet is free of charge in public areas of the Jerusalem Tower, and guests can also use the computer station at the lobby area. the location of this hotel is wonderful -- close to Jaffa street and the old city the rooms are small but ok. I would apprciate additional egg choices on the breakfast buffet

Great location with good access to transportation. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean,Dining area immaculate. Breakfast ample and many choices. Recently remodeled. A good experience. Would definetly return to this hotel.

Counter help was good and helpful since I did not book any tours ahead of time. Breakfast was nice! The location was perfect. Near to Jaffa street and the wonderful Kadosh restaurant! It did not have a blow drier which is a necessary item when traveling. I saw 2 cockroaches in the lobby. They advertise Wi-fi in the rooms but that was not available as you can only connect in the lobby.

Cleanliness of hotel. Comfortable room with amazing views over the city. Helpful staff and good breakfast. Reception staff especially helpful. Lovely room but quite small though comfortable and adequate.

Kosher hotel. Very nice hotel. Good staff. Clean rooms. Great location. Good breakfast. Highly recommend! A little difficult to get to the parking lot. If you miss the turn-off, you're going to be driving around for quite a long time!

The staff, particularlyOren,Lena & Israel were all very friendly.I had need of a doctor & they immediately put me in touch with an English speaking one.The room,with views to the Old City, was clean,modern & comfortable.The inclusive breakfast was excellent.I had a great stay there & am happy to include my e-mail address.Geoffrey Blick,Ripponlea,Australia There was nothing not to like.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff Good location & clean Decent basic Israeli breakfast Comfortable bed & good flatscreen tv Room safe available & decent closet Good for very budget-concious travellers Construction/renovation going on at time - intrusive/noisy. No carpeting in room-cold floor tiles very annoying! Rooms very small. Flimsy & small bath towels Poorly designed sink & shower head Same exact items for breakfast daily, no variations--gets boring; no brewed coffee, only instant, watery-thin juice ('tang'), no fruits offered besides oranges & grapefruits, bad cold cereal (Israeli corn flakes or choc. Flakes), herring selection too fishy & salty. Bed too low near floor. Tv remote not working. Cheap soap. No hair dryer! No reading material or siteseeing brochures/newspapers available in lobby Waste baskets too small. Wouldn't bring my wife here. Better to spend a few $$ more & get more for your money elsewhere.

Location is fantastic, right by Ben Yehuda street and a short walk to the Jaffa Gate and the Old City, right through Mamila Mall. Breakfast was decent, room was very clean (albeit small), bathroom was good and clean. It is undergoing huge renovations and the lobby is a hot mess of breakfast, desk, and renovation work. Elevators are in the middle of all this, and made up of wood (to be fair, I think the systems are new, but it's a bit of a scary ride!). Internet is free in the lobby, but since the lobby is the restaurant, staff might throw you out of the tables, with no other options but smelly old sofas in the middle of the renovation. Should be ok after this is finished, but it wasn't clear on the website that this was how it was right now.

The renovated rooms The noise-level in and around the hotel - especially at night. The rooms have no mini-bar to store food and/or drinks, which is important for guests, especially on Shabbat.
