The staff was patient and professional. The room was lovely.

priced a little high. Also some of the furnishings in the room showed some age. parking was a little bit of a hassle because they have conferences and conventions taking up hotel guests parking.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful breakfast. Clean and well-equipped. Over-all I was very impressed, and would recommend this hotel.

I was traveling with my senior mother. 5 staff members saw her trying to pull a heavy bag out of the car (my hands were already full) and not one offered to help her. Then, she got trapped in the elevator for nearly a half-hour. These are isolated incidents, however - we will both recommend the hotel.

The location is good. Everything you need is around like parking, sports club, children yards, swimming pool, safari, beautiful park. Also, very good food either on breakfast and in the hotel restaurant. A nice and peaceful place to stay.

Everything. We had a wonderful stay. The food was superb and every aspect was excellent.

Free Internet access on hotel computers. Food in the dining room. Breakfast included in room rate. Fast elevators.

The TV sets (2 of them) in our suite were whacky. The remote controls wouldn't work if you tried to enter a specific channel number. We had to press the UP-DOWN channel controls to get where we wanted to go. Also one TV set would get us the channel we wanted to watch most of the time (Fox News) and the other TV wouldn't????

The highlight of this stay was its buffet breakfast in the morning (there were a lot of varieties and staff were very friendly).

The left side of hotel was a bit run down (this is where we stayed!) while the other side we were told that it was newly refurbished. The hotel generally was ok but the night staff who checked us in was a bit rude and generally not that friendly!

The rooms were very nice, with lovely furniture and linens. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. We had an excellent stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

Our complaints were minor: no tennis rackets to borrow or rent, and we did not get adjoining or even neighboring rooms, although we requested them. Otherwise, the place is lovely and the staff were very nice and helpful.

One of the staffmembers in the bar (lobby) was behaving unprofessional. Absolutely not client-friendly. Did not feel like a client there while paying 70 shekel for a beer, and staying 5 nights. His colleagues though were very good. MY colleague made a seperate booking and sassumed that the use of the WIFI was included which was not. This is not clear and misleading, plse make offering via websites uniform.

It is set in a large enclosed park with lovely gardens to sit in the shade and the country club, which is a park within the park, is extensive and very well kept.

I like that there are many facilities on the hotel area and a comftobul bed after an active day.

The cleaning could be better on the room...and forexampel the morningbuffet there was some small problems with missing things on the table..small things to point fingers at...but if i can be a help, i think that most people prefer those small things to always be in order.

Did not like the fact that I was kept awake most of the night with a clicking sound in the ceiling and that there was marginal warm water to shower with in the morning. I also did not like the way the clerk responded to me at the desk in the morning when I told him what happened.

muy lindo el hotel, la ubicación y el desayuno excelente.

Отель расположен в 5-7 минутах на машине от Шебы, но в 30- 50 минутах на машине от центра Тель Авива.

приветливый персонал и большой выбор на завтраке. отель охраняется. по сути - здесь останавливаться хорошо тем, кому нужно в ближайшие городки.

я выбрала это место потому, что близко от аэропорта и от нужной мне трассы. а так - до тельавива и пляжей далеко. рядом только зоопарк. возможно, для тех, кто в больницу неподалеку едет было бы удобно, но в больнице есть своя неплохая гостиница. а для бюджетного отдыха - дорого. на фото все кажется новее. в жизни - колхоз, конечно. но чисто.
