Shefayim Kibbutz Hotel  

The room was spartan, but acceptable. Breakfast was very good.

The staff at the reception desk were not particularly friendly. My main complaint is that there is no pool for the hotel guests. You are expected to go to the water-park pool where there were literally many hundreds if not thousands of people fighting for space on the lawn and the pool. That is misrepresentation in my book. I would not recommend the hotel.

heerlijk ontbijt.mooie tuin. voor gezinnen met jonge kinderen is er een heerlijk waterpark. sommige personeelsleden waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam

geen zwembad, zee via een moeilijk klimpad te bereiken, rotsachtig zonder voorzieningen. verder geen of minimale voorzieningen. geen koffie of thee op de kamer. de besproken 'deluxe ruime vierpersoons kamer' bleek een piepkleine tweepersoonskamer met bijgeplaatst bed, pas met ruzie vervangen door een ruimere maar absoluut niet luxieuze kamer. geen toeristische of andere informatie. verlaten van het terrein was moeilijk door enorme files van pretpark bezoekers (...) belachelijke prijs voor dit hotel en deze kamer.

la proximité avec le lieu de réception, dans les jardins du kibbutz, à l'occasion du mariage auquel nous étions invités; c'était pratique de pouvoir loger sur place après la fête.

1)l'accueil des 2 hôtesses à la réception, très peu avenantes et qui nous faisaient clairement comprendre qu'on les ennuyait..Elles nous ont d'emblée dit que l'hôtel était complet avant que nous leur montrions la réservation effectuée sur booking.com; aucun mot d'accueil.. 2)des piles de matelas étaient entreposées sur le sol sale des communs, à côté de la cage d'escalier, peu avenante... 3)propreté insuffisante, chambre malodorante et j'en passe.. qualité vraiment médiocre, le seul intérêt comme dit plus haut était l'aspect pratique pour la soirée du mariage; sinon absolument aucun intérêt

e I chose this particular kibbutz for its famous water park which was meant to be a great experience for kids overall it is a great park with lots of options for various water slides and pools however their early closing time forcing people out of pools by 4pm is ridiculous especially as between 4pm to 6.30pm is still very hot and there is no outdoir or indoor pool at the hotel .There is also no activities room for little kids only a small room with a pool table or table tennis in another area. When you first arrive you need to choose which day you forgo entrance to park on day you arrive or day you leave cannot have both. Also you do not have a special entrance for guests but need to wait in long lines same as the public who purchase tickets.

For the price paid one would have expected better service and facilities and better care of guests -like having a jug to boil water and coffee and tea provided each day which was missing but overall the place is certainly a great place - vast green areas for kids to run around ..and water park is very good but definately ridiculous closing it so early.
