we liked the hospitality of the tenant, her homemade good food and her generosity. the zimmer is nice, spacious, comfortable, cute and romantic ! the view on the lake is amazing and we feel like at home!
She was nice, accessible, and provided everything we needed! Made our trip a wonderful time. It was so clean and a great atmosphere
the familty have fitted this out very nicley
the photographs ofteh view are misleading - the view is a 2 football field size dirt building site - pity, as this makes the venue overpriced
It's a family hotel. The chambers are wonderful. The breakfast is good also.
The hotel must be difficult to find for non hebrew speaking people. The AC is quite loud.
The location is amazing with a view of the Sea of Galilee. Ilana was so helpful and pleasant, she took the time to make sure that there was milk, water and fruit in the fridge. There was a nespresso machine in the room with a huge jacuzzi. The pool was small but very refreshing in the heat. It's easy to find with sat nav too. The wifi didn't work, but it wasn't an issue - but Ilana tried to fix it a few times. She doesn't speak much English, but made an effort to conversate nonetheless. We would certianly go back there.
They’re 3 parts that make up a great holiday, location, weather and accommodation. Well, Kinneret is the perfect location for a base to explore northern Israel. The weather as you would expect is beautifully warm. That leaves only the accommodation. We stayed at the “Kinneret Zimmers” for 14 days. We picked this accommodation because we wanted somewhere that was lavished with beautiful scenery and free of children. We were not disappointed. It is true the signs are in Hebrew from the main road but if you like me familiarise yourself using the street scene from Google Earth, finding the Kinneret Zimmers is not that difficult. On arrival Ilana and her son Niv greeted us. They showed us the room, which we thought was magnificent. It was spotlessly clean and included every conceivable device you would want ensuring complete luxury. The view through the window and the balcony outside was breathtaking. Ilana also took the time to ensure there was milk in the fridge, wine, fruit, flowers and pastries when we arrived. The swimming pool although small was inviting and invigorating. It’s surrounded by a Lime tree and Date palm. Ample sun loungers and chairs are available I have never in my life ever come across a host that eats, sleeps and breathes hospitality. Ilana, and her family could not do enough for us. If we wanted some extra towels or needed something it was done with the speed of an express train. Nothing but nothing was too much trouble for them. When we asked about restaurants or a place to see, at the speed of sound they offered to take us there. They gave us complimentary breakfast, snacks, drinks every few days. On our last night they even invited us into their home for a Sabbath dinner. Its this kind of hospitality that leaves you feeling numb. If I could give 25 out of 10 I would, if I could give 10 stars I would.
We had to leave and return home.
Wine and selfmade cookies :) We rented a car in Tiberias and the owner took us there without charging anything! Very nice!
This is a wonderful corner of the Galilee with a peace and beauty that is almost unmatched anywhere else I've been in Israel. The owner is absolutely lovely, and the place is super clean and quiet.
This is a lovely Zimmer that is well situated in the hills above the Sea of Galilee with breathtaking views from windows that are thoughtfully one way so you can have the blinds open but no one can see in. We had our choice of two rooms both spacious with jacuzzi tubs in the room, a comfortable bed and wireless Internet. As a gift in our room was a half bottle of Merlot, water, milk and fresh-made pastries. Our hostess was lovely and because we did not have a car drove us into Tiberias where we had a delicious dinner at the Little Tiberias Restaurant. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast of eggs on top of cooked onions and tomatoes, bread, salads, cheeses and yogurt with date honey and granola. All in all a delightful spot with a small refreshing pool and a welcoming attitude.
It would be great to have a closet to hang clothes in.
It's a great place to stay with breathtaking views of Kineret! Ilana is very friendly and helpful, her son and husband took us to Tiberias, since we were without car. Also she allowed us to stay a little longer than booked. Hopefully, will come back there in future!
We liked everything and the breakfast was "the icing on the cake"! The welcome was great. A quiet getaway with a superb view over the Sea of Galiliee and an ideal spot from where to visit the area (provided you have a car). A highly recommended place to stay.
Great service by the owners of the Zimmer. Fantastic view of the Sea of Galilee!!!! The room was absolutely fabulous!!!
The Zimmer is beautiful and the owner is a gem of a person , she went out of her way and helped us. In Acre at the museum the guide lost our driving license so the next day the owner sent her husband from Kinneret to Acre and got our driving license for us. They gave us complimentary sweets, wine and breakfast. The view from the Zimmer is breathtaking!
very friendy owner spacious room beautifully decorated, very clean good location , outstanding views very central close to historical attractions.
our jacuzi bath in our room did not function, the outdoor jacuzi didnt work on the fist day even though they made effort to fix it the electric and lights did not work,so it could not be used, the swimming pool was dirty, ond we feel if you are going to charge top prices it should be top standard.
