La beauty spa buona, le terme interne ottime il personale terme qualificato, Per la categoria e il prezo negativa al massimo la mancanza di internet free, e anche a pagamento scarsa. Sconsigliata per lavoro.

The Spa Aerea and the Pool Very poor Beach standard; Reuse of towels, transportation to and from the hotel too saldom, you should have 2 cars 1 going and 1 coming back; long chair attached to a chain as in prison. No safety for baggage storage: if you ask a guest who arrives in the eving to leave the room by 11 am you should garantee a safety stoeage with a ticket to pick up ea luggage. Food: big quantity, poor quality wifi: too expensive, many other Hotels offer it free I do not think I will come back to this Hotel

This was the first time that we visited Le Meridien Dead Sea Hotel. The hotel was lovely, rooms were a nice size for my family to stay in. However the staff was slow (30 minutes to check us in when at the counter), not knowledgeable of the hotel services (could not share info on restaurants available...), nor spoke English well. We didn't find out till the last night that there was a nicer restaurant to eat in since on floor 13. On a side note, i got a virus on my computer while on the booking.com website that wiped out my computer. This was the first time that we visited Le Meridien Dead Sea Hotel. This is the most poorly maintained and dirty hotel I have ever stayed in. I know what I am talking about as I travel 150 days a year.It is not befitting ahat the hotel is part of the Le Meridien chain. Management should take serious note as all guests we spoke to share this opinion.

Spa and location 1. Service terrible. 2. 5 stars has bad internet and it is not free. Cleaning of the room is very bad.. 3. Transfer from airport to hotel is free but back - to be paid!!! Pesonal of hotels blames booking.com for transfer - I think that hotel is guilty. So the first visit and the last

Hotel design--rooms and lobby, spaciousness, availability of amenities. Room keys stopping to work was the biggest annoyance--we had to replace keys several times a day almost every day. A lot of other things did not work or needed service--toilet, safe, elevator knobs, the heater in a room. Hotel staff did not manage lines at all--either at the dining facility or the hotel reception counter.

The Spa had very nice fish pedicure treatments Elevators were packed with people and sometimes didn't work - we had to walk to/from 6th floor. Hotel residents were polluting everywhere, placing dirty dishes in the room halls, mattresses were lying around and blocking our entrance to the hotel room - we had to ask the reception to handle it as their house keepers "didn't notice" the mess in the morning when they cleaned there (yes, the mess was there at that time). Minibar at the room was empty, according to the hotel this is because of "bad experiences" when it's full with certain guests.... Stay away from this hotel.

Room facilities need attention. Had to get fridge replaced, Tv not working upon arrival, light in bathroom flashing(on way out) had to request shampoo and face washers as room service forgot to provide, safe had to be replaced. It seemed that I was in constant repair mode for the two days there, which should have been carried out by room service before occupancy. Apart from that great stay.

The worst hotel I have ever been in my life. We have booked a room with breakfest and dinner. During the breakfest, the restaurant was always dirty, with food under the table, in the hole floor. There was no cleaning person and staff was very very reduced. In the dinner, it was impossible to get in the restaurant: the staff was all the time crying and fighting among them and even with the clients. We hás to wait 1 hour and a hald to have a sit, waht is never expected in a resort with such "quality" and price. At the end, our car was blocked by another one in the hotel parking!!! We tried to talk in the reception, and than with the security manager, and also with the general manager... Their answer? "We can not control what our guests do. We don't have what to do". We lost our plane back to Brazil and had to buy new tickets, costing 1000 euros each. Do not recomend this hotel to anyone. Ceirtanly there are other good hotels near them, with good conditions and a acceptable service.

Beautiful location on the Dead Sea, and salt water pools in the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The pool area has very noisy activities with loudspeakers for families with children. The restaurant was very disorganised: no plates, no spoons at the buffet and no-one came to take our wine order so we didn't have wine with our dinner. Worst: you can't drink the water but no bottled water is provided in the room. You have to get water down the hall in a plastic jug which is "hidden" in the clothes cupboard. Not a good system.

The food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic with a wide and generous varity of delicious options.The Spa was tremendous . The staff are friendly helpful and quick to respond to requests. I believe that an inprovment could be an in house movie option or channels which could be paid for on request by the guests as the tv options are very limited.

No care or attention from staff. Staff had no local knowledge and had little interest in answering typical tourist enquiries. Food served of low standard compared to other 4 or 5 star Israeli hotels.

It's not far from Jerusalem and it's handy for Masada and a swim in the Sea The reception staff at 4pm on 17th June '11 were disgraceful. First, I queued up and the woman receptionist says "No English," and just waved me away. When I queued up again I got a rude young man with a goatie beard. He insisted I pay tax even though my 2 sons who stayed with me and I all have British passports. When I when back to complain that the extra bed I had paid 40% extra for my 18 yr old son was not there the woman could suddenly speak English and she wanted me to pay for 2 rooms. Then the guy with the goatie joined in saying the room will be ready later but couldn't say when. I could tell by his attitude and facial expressions he was being rude to me in front of the Hebrew speaking guests behind me. Basically you know how to be rude, collect 40% and tax foreign passport holders but you don't know how to prepare room 1042

Decent quality of food - for a buffet meal. Large rooms. There was no water in the shower at the hotel's private beach - simply ridiculous for an hotel of such class at the Dead Sea! Long queues at the reception at the check-out time (11 am). Sanitary equipment bears the traces of a cheap repair.
