Questo hotel a 5 stelle è circondato da montagne e dal Mar Morto, ed offre strutture termali uniche tra cui una grande piscina esterna e una piscina sulfurea al coperto. Tutto il giorno sono disponibili attività di animazione, e tutte le camere sono eleganti e spaziose. Tutti gli alloggi offrono balconi che si affacciano sul Mar Morto e sono dotati di ampi bagni con vasca da bagno e doccia. Altri servizi includono un centro medico, 4 ristoranti colorati a tema che servono cucina gourmet, ottime strutture per conferenze, ed il centro turistico che propone eccitanti escursioni nel deserto. La beauty spa buona, le terme interne ottime il personale terme qualificato, Per la categoria e il prezo negativa al massimo la mancanza di internet free, e anche a pagamento scarsa. Sconsigliata per lavoro.

E' un albergo molto grande con delle bellissime e comode piscine, collegato al mare abbastanza bene. Circa 30 anni fa doveva essere un bellissimo albergo, ma ora, per considerarlo un 5 stelle, andrebbe completamente rimodernato. Inoltre, un'invasione di bambini scorrazzanti ovunque. Buono per famiglie. La pulizia lascia a desiderare.

la camera e le piscine esterne troppo grande e caotico. Qualità cibo scarsa. Non si capisce perché nella spa non possano entrare ragazzi sotto i 16 anni. Scarsa capacità di informazioni alla reception. Non adeguato il rapporto qualità prezzo

Mud treatment and massage at the spa were excellent. The room spacious and clean, nice looking bathroom... But Air conditioning was not working properly and the room was very hot, the water was leaking through a shower door while we took shower and balcony door was very hard to open and to close, we called front desk for help, after an hour and a half wait we went down ourself to ask - nobody knew we called... No other room were available at the moment and they promised to send us technician to fix our problems...We checked with them after dinner - nothing was done by that time and it was getting late, we were tired and wanted to rest. Talked to manager and he finally send us technician who didn't speak english, but was able to fix air... But he was working at the time we much prefer to be resting, so as you can imagine overall experience was disappointing

The location was good, rooms large but in need of some upgrading someone broke into our room during the night, security did not answer the phone, a small inadequate discount was given, food mediocre, needs new carpeting. pool area needs cleaning

The spa, the food buffet, the bed and the view. Some staff only speak russian, no english. reception desk not helpful for excursion to masada

The food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic with a wide and generous varity of delicious options.The Spa was tremendous . The staff are friendly helpful and quick to respond to requests. I believe that an inprovment could be an in house movie option or channels which could be paid for on request by the guests as the tv options are very limited.

It's not far from Jerusalem and it's handy for Masada and a swim in the Sea The reception staff at 4pm on 17th June '11 were disgraceful. First, I queued up and the woman receptionist says "No English," and just waved me away. When I queued up again I got a rude young man with a goatie beard. He insisted I pay tax even though my 2 sons who stayed with me and I all have British passports. When I when back to complain that the extra bed I had paid 40% extra for my 18 yr old son was not there the woman could suddenly speak English and she wanted me to pay for 2 rooms. Then the guy with the goatie joined in saying the room will be ready later but couldn't say when. I could tell by his attitude and facial expressions he was being rude to me in front of the Hebrew speaking guests behind me. Basically you know how to be rude, collect 40% and tax foreign passport holders but you don't know how to prepare room 1042

This is the first review were I can't say anything positive about the hotel. Except the price of USD 360 a night via booking .com. everything else was far from the standad of a five star hotel! Do they sell stars at auctions in Israel? Specifics: Checkin / out: Spend 25 minutes queining. Our hope that somebody would look after our luggage was in vain and we had to lobb it around ourselves to the 16th floor. Room: Seems spacious, mainly because there isn't anything in it. We got one (1!) chair plus a tiny sidetable. Bathrobes and slippers are charged as extras! Meals: Dinner was dispensed at two fixed time 'sittings'. No a la carte facilities or restaurant. Breakfast was an apocalyptic event with hordes of budget tourists clogging the hall searching for tables free of food leftovers or trying to find a coffee or tea. Internet not working in the hall (it is a stand up screen!!). The business center can only be rented on a per day basis for USD 60 extra. Thus is hotel is 100% substandard

The dead sea experience. The hotel hot pool. The rich buffee breakfast and dinner. This hotel is well orgenized and provides all the needs for the location. Some stuff members could be more polite to guests.

Food was excellent overall. Spa and gym were very good. Pleasant and pretty environment. Bedsheets were not fitted and kept coming off the bed. The mattress covered by flat sheet. Also, the floor lamp in room was broken.

Location Air conditioning was basically non-existent. The room was not clean. Hated the food. The buffets were awful and the people eating the food were disgusting and disrespectful. There was not enough staff.

The Spa had very nice fish pedicure treatments Elevators were packed with people and sometimes didn't work - we had to walk to/from 6th floor. Hotel residents were polluting everywhere, placing dirty dishes in the room halls, mattresses were lying around and blocking our entrance to the hotel room - we had to ask the reception to handle it as their house keepers "didn't notice" the mess in the morning when they cleaned there (yes, the mess was there at that time). Minibar at the room was empty, according to the hotel this is because of "bad experiences" when it's full with certain guests.... Stay away from this hotel.

hotel design and lobby, restaurant, and public areas interiot design maintenance was below minimum standard of acceptance, some lights didnt work, room needed paint and new carpeting, floor lamp rusty, dirty

Room facilities need attention. Had to get fridge replaced, Tv not working upon arrival, light in bathroom flashing(on way out) had to request shampoo and face washers as room service forgot to provide, safe had to be replaced. It seemed that I was in constant repair mode for the two days there, which should have been carried out by room service before occupancy. Apart from that great stay.

The worst hotel I have ever been in my life. We have booked a room with breakfest and dinner. During the breakfest, the restaurant was always dirty, with food under the table, in the hole floor. There was no cleaning person and staff was very very reduced. In the dinner, it was impossible to get in the restaurant: the staff was all the time crying and fighting among them and even with the clients. We hás to wait 1 hour and a hald to have a sit, waht is never expected in a resort with such "quality" and price. At the end, our car was blocked by another one in the hotel parking!!! We tried to talk in the reception, and than with the security manager, and also with the general manager... Their answer? "We can not control what our guests do. We don't have what to do". We lost our plane back to Brazil and had to buy new tickets, costing 1000 euros each. Do not recomend this hotel to anyone. Ceirtanly there are other good hotels near them, with good conditions and a acceptable service.

Beautiful location on the Dead Sea, and salt water pools in the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The pool area has very noisy activities with loudspeakers for families with children. The restaurant was very disorganised: no plates, no spoons at the buffet and no-one came to take our wine order so we didn't have wine with our dinner. Worst: you can't drink the water but no bottled water is provided in the room. You have to get water down the hall in a plastic jug which is "hidden" in the clothes cupboard. Not a good system.
