the hotel appears attractive at first, however the rooms were dirty, the spa pools were closed (and we were not notified they would be, the electric outlets were faulty and one came out entirely causing sparks to fly, the carpets were not clean and were in need of changing or vacumning at the very least. The restaurant was overcrowded serving buffet only and for a resort hotel it should have been opened past 10amn for breakfast |

Great view from room; lovely balcony to enjoy view; comfortable room with luxurious bathroom,shower, tub; Extraordinary food! Versatile spa facilities with excellent massage practitioner. Very convenient kosher food availability. Rooms are a little shabby for the price, but not willing to pay more for facelift! Very limited activities for ages 12-16. |

Very expensive hotel and not justified on expenses. The hotel assumes stay with children, but before arrival you do not know, that to 16 children it should is authorized to bathe in “Spa with Dead Sea water” of hotel, and even to be there. Though for children from 2 years take 25 % from cost of one visitor for one night. On a rack of registration of lodgers the girl rather sharply responded about our reservation made on the world resource booking.com and broadcast, that such prices are not present and has accidentally counted in 1,5 times more expensively as to Israelis and taking the base tariff. With question statement "I do not know who and that promised to you..." And very strong discontent. If we have not prepaid stay, I would be developed. The pool fresh water is hammered by tourists, animation shouts, and hills for children do not work. Very much not the affable personnel, all these the Slogan "we work for you" - bosh. The declared transportation to the Dead Sea goes not as is told each 20 minutes as it will turn out. A beach of the dead sea of 30 m max on 5 m max for hotel in 17 floors. Breakfasts covered in different halls not completely repeat assortment each other, simply to someone has carried less and he will look at stale meal warmed up some hours. Even reception of towels not an easy problem, us tried to develop and send in other place without the reason, here it is simple so has solved the personnel. The hotel is executed as an oasis, but water in fountains is not present also flowers hardly live stand. Dressing gowns only under blocking of money on a card and if you do not return them independently in Spa, money at you will be removed. Don't go there with small children. |

The position was great and the view from the room was spectacular. The pool area was the best I have seen - great with life savers. The food was very good for the last few days - sftr we complained The room is a bit tired. The service was poor and the cleanliness very bad - the shower had old cottonwool and ear buds left from the previous people. whe we complained it fell on deaf ears. The food for the 1st 2 meals was not edible. the crockery and cutlery were filthy - unhygeinic. The food was old- looked lik it had beem stting there for days. It had insects floating in it. We complained and fought and they refunded us the cost of the meals (dinner and breakfast) sfter a big fight. For a 5 star hotel they have a lot to learn. We had to carry our own bags to and from our room. Fro the price it was expensive and not worth it. |

we like the staff in the lobby& breakfast, we like the music & singer men & dance in the lobby (on friday evening). Cleanliness of us room is poor, the public beach of the hotel is not confortable (we can't entrance to the water because is derthy). The staff of the hotel tell as that we need to pay for spa because we comes on weekend is unaccepted because is not written when we booked the hotel. |

View from the room was amazing. The Dead Sea was right outside and we were on the top floor. Spa and pool facilities were not maintained. There were many missing tiles in the pool, and corrosion in many places. I was shocked that this was a Meridien |

I could have liked everything but the hotel is very badly run down and neading a major refit. The spa section was the best part of the hotel but revamp is needed. The hotel is in serious nead of a refit, badly run down. Staff nead to go on a PR course. If required I have taken photos of the general state of the hotel and spar areas showing the disrepair, if you want these I can forward them onto you. |

I got extremely upset as when I went to bed and opened the blanket there was a blood stain from another guest and the shower had a cap for the shampoo from a previous guest, the rooms did not have all the towels and in the morning when I went to eat I had to wait over 30 mins for a cup of coffee. Then the spa would not give you a robe unless you paid for it. I never saw a 5 star hotel that acted like a one star with the employees not helpful on the contrary arrogent. ......... if you are going to relax dont go here |

Cleanliness of the room, cleaning staff.We liked the location very much.The food was excelent, variety of local and international dishes.Very nice entertainment most of the evenings. Did not like much the spa facilities and the beach.There were too many people not staying at the hotel but using those facilities. |

The staff is friendly but I would expect much more from this kind of a hotel You pay at entrance. WHen you ask for a Grape juice at the restaurant, you have to pay for it before the order is taken into consideration. When I went away to take an other dish, my table was cleaned and I have to reclaim my grape juice. The hotel beach is the louziest of all beaches of the resort. Toilets on the hotel beach just stink. I tried to buy the internet. It did not work... |

Nice Hotel with a big swimming pool and a small private beach on the dead sea. There is no mud here, but only fine-grained salt cristals! Crowded in August, altough its expensive. |

La piscine était très spacieuse, choix de plusieurs piscine (eau normale et eau de la mer morte). La chambre est superbe, la salle de bain était la plus belle que nous avons vu durant notre séjour dans plusieurs hôtels(douche et baignoire). Le balcon donnant en plein sur la mer morte. L'hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, très classe. - La télévision était un peu vieillote et faisait tâche dans ce superbe décor. |

Solo cabe destacar el entorno del Mar Muerto ya que el hotel es lujoso en apariencia pero malo en servicio, calidad de las habitaciones, malo el spa y muy mal atendido. Habitaciones sencillas, comedor sucio, spa muy sucio y el personal francamente poco amable. La única gracia del hotel es el entorno donde se ubica. |

Правильно было бы наладить: 1.четкую согласованность в действиях между ресепшен Отеля и ресепшен СПА (т.е. между местом оплаты услуг и местом окаазания услуг); 2.работу менеджмента СПА (в данный момент это больше диспетчеры) |

кухня и простор номеров усовершенствовать квалиффикацию обслуживающего персонала: выучить английский язык ( офицантов),научить убирать номера ( горничных). сделать пляж на уровне 5 звезд, а не содержать его на уровне 2 звезд!!! |
