Very dirty hotel. I'm strongly not recommend you to stay there. The service is bad.

It's close to the office, and the commute is a 20min walk along the beach.

They charge an arm and a leg for (quite slow) internet access.

Close to the beaches and close to where I was spending my vacation.

The royale suite was wonderful, spacious and had a knock out view of the Mediterranean. We staying two different times during our week stay in Israel. Initially, we were on the 16th floor and that was great and then we stayed on the 14th floor, whose balcony was even bigger. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The room service was quick. The staff was nice. They were eager to please. When I checked in the second time, the suite I had did not have two beds in the second bedroom, so they quickly changed it to one that had one. The breakfast at this hotel is unmatched anywhere in Israel and probably any where in the world. It is fabulous!

The beach is across the street and has no chairs to lie on. It is a public beach and although great, I would have liked chairs. There are chairs at the pool which is partly inside and partly outside, but the chairs are inside and no sun bathing can occur at the pool. Room service does not start until 7 am and therefore we missed our breakfast on the last morning because I was taking the train to Tel Aviv to the airport. There is no shuttle to the bus and train station, which would be easy enough for them to do. There is no gift shop.

Location was good for our needs. Mother and adult son from the USA traveling The Western Gallilee. Good accommodation for a two bedroom suite. Incredible breakfast. No hassle, convenient underground free parking.

I called from the US before booking to be certain each bedroom had one large bed and was assured they did. Arrived to find one king bed and two small singles. Would have been nice if the air conditioning had been running as it was 99 degrees Fahrenheit with humidity around 80%. It took over 45 minutes before the bedroom air kicked in. Everything else was very good.

Location was great,right on the beach with its fabulous boardwalk and value restaurants. The hotel staff were all very friendly helpful and spoke English. The room on the eighteenth floor was large and airy overlooking the sea. The breakfast was fantastic, with so much to choose from. All of northern Israel is easily accessible from here by car,bus or train,which is only a 5 minute walk away. We intend to return soon and will definitely stay here again

Prima kamer, 3 persoonsuite, mooi uitzicht. Grote parkeergarage onder het hotel, gratis.

Ruimte om het hotel, geen leuke terrasjes om wat te drinken of eten. Het zwembad en de ruimte eromheen buiten was niet aantrekkelijk.

את השירות בקבלה, על ידי פקידת הקבלה שירן יחס אדיב ונעים. את השירות בחדר האוכל של סוזי, את האווירה הנינוחה והרגועה. שירות הניקוי חדרים. באתי מאילת והיה שווה לנוח ולתרווח .

אין סופר קרוב או אפשרות לקנות דברים בסיסים, גם לא במלון. אין מוסיקה בבריכה או בחדר הכושר. אף לא מוזיקה רגועה.

אהבנו מאוד את החדר, מעוצב בטוב טעם היה נקי מאוד והתרשמנו מהנוף המדהים, הינו כבר בעבר והחלטנו לחזור, בסך הכל מאוד נהננו ונחזור לאותו חדר אם זה יהיה אפשרי.

עמדת הקפה בחדר האוכל גרועה ולא נוחה, צריך שינוי, והכלים היו מלוכלכים( לא כולם )הספציפית חייבים ניקיון יסודי.

חדר גדול, אוכל טוב, מועדון ילדים סביר

החדר סבל מריח מסריח בגלל כיור מטבחון מקולקל. האסלה לא הורידה מים בצורה תקינה. הייתה נורה אחת שרופה. סהכ הבריכה הייתה מיושנת וחלודה. המלון סובל מהזנחה קלה

אהבנו את מיקום המלון את הנוף הנשקף מהחדר. אהבנו את החדר המרווח אהבנו את אדיבות הצוות אהבנו מאד את הטיול שאורגן על ידי עירית חיפה ואת המדריכה בעלת הידע הרב אשר הדריכה אותנו .

השילוט המוביל למלון איננו בולט מספיק ואיננו ניראה משני הכיוונים גם מתל אביב וגם כשחוזרים מחיפה למלון אינני יודעת למי שייכות המדרגות שיורדים מהמלון לשפת הים, אבל ניראה לי שכדאי לדאוג לקצת יותר נקיון באזור הזה. לדעתי היו צריכים להיות ביום שלאחר פסח קרייקרים ופתית לאנשים שאינם אוכלים לחם הדבר שהפריע לי במיוחד הוא עניין הקפה בארוחת הבקר, בו אני אמורה להכין לעצמי את השתיה החמה במכונת האספרסו. יש אנשים מבוגרים ואני ביניהם שמפחדת ולא נעים לי להפעיל מכשירים שאינם מוכרים.

קרוב לים, בריכה נחמדה

מיטה לא נוחה, מזגן בעייתי, התקשרו מלא פעמים כדי שנפנה את החדר למרות שקיבלנו אישור לשעה נוספת.

הארוחת בוקר מאוד דלה , אין מים בגקוזי!!!! בתמונות מופיע גקוזי ולא הוגן שלא מיידעים מראש שאין בו מים!!! המעליות לא נוחות שצריך להחליף מעלית

את החדר הגדול, המרחב בחדר הי גדול מידי

המיקום של החדר לא היה מול הים למרות שהבטיחו לנו. אפשר להרחיב את המקלחת על חשבון הכניסה לחדר.

ניקיון החדר...יתושים...היה יין לא היה פותחן..לא היה מספיק שמפו סבון ולא היה כלל קצף אמבטיה..לא היה יותר משקית קפה וסכרזית..מגבות היו קרועות!!! חסרה מגבת מטבח ולא היה סבון לכלים בקיצור היה אכזבה גדולה למחיר יקר עבור סוויטה!!! אנחנו מאוד מאוכזבים והיינו כבר מעל 5 פעמים במלונות ליאונרדו!!! חבל...פיספסו אותנו בגדול ושילמנו יקר מאוד !
