I enjoyed the breakfast at the Le Meridien Eilat. It was up to the Starwood standards and was worth the money spent. From the very first day I had to face a very low level of service and guest experience was practically non-existent. Specifically, I would like to point out the following deficiencies of this hotel: 1. Housekeeping needed to be reminded at least twice to get the room cleaned (that happened on a daily basis), 2. The furniture was not simply old - it frankly made me feel that we we in the early 1950's: worn out, old and unattractive, 3. Little to no amenities were provided in the room - this is a 5 star Starwood Resort, where are company's mystery shoppers - anyone would notice that; for $250 USD a day I could not even have a regular-quality set of amenities, 4.Wifi set up is a complicated and time-consuming procedure. Do not book this hotel.

Food is great. Nice private beache, I did not miss the sand. The swiming pool is quite good. The blond girl at the reception desk is great. She works really hard and try everything to make your stay enjoyable. People at the restaruant are not that friendly and the plates/glasses/cups were not too clean.

The location,far from the turmoil of the beach walk It is a hotel for families.I Have never seen a place with so many children runing around.My wife and I stayed one nite only upon our return from Petra Jordan.We thought after an exausting trip to spend a day at the beach relaxing,and this was a failed attempt as Eilat is an ugly place .There were no problems with the hotel other than we had different expectations.

Wonderful location and beautiful view. Excellent service, very professional and polite staff on all levels. Very clean beach. Room service is very good. Breakfast is delicious with various choice of meal.This has been my second stay in the hotel, would love to come back again. Special thanks to receptionist Tom for his kind and very professional assistance. Some constant noise from general air-conditioner in the corridor.

The evening Buffet was exceptional We were staying on business and internet was not free. I needed a shirt ironing and house keeping was unable to help. I was directed to two "ironing rooms" were I could iron my shirt. One of the rooms had broken washing machines in and no iron, the other had a broken ironing board and a broken iron in. I thought this was disgraceful considering the calibre of hotel we were staying at.

за отелем находиться аэропорт, то самолеты заходят на посадку над самой крышей отеля и т.к. наш номер был на последнем этаже, то до фезюляжа самолета было метров 10...довольно экстримальные ощущения.

расположен на берегу моря самый ужасный отель из всех,раннее посещяемых,никакими звездами там и не пахнет!!!старый,грязный,с дизайном прошлого века,над которым проходит трасса самолетов.При эаселении,кроме оплаты за номер сняли еще 500шек.,которые обещали вернуть через 2дня и не вернули.

Le buffet petit dejeuner Le bruit, la musique exterieure d' ambiance forte mal choisie, permanente, Le passage des avions a l 'atterrissage quelques dizaines de metres au dessus de l'hotel a prtir de 09h00 du matin, l'absence de plage l'acces a la mer se faisant a partir d'un poton et d'une echelle, le cout totalement prohibitif de l'internet, la qualification moyenne du personnel. Geniales Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Schöner Blick auf das Mehr. Zentrale Lage. Keine lästigen Animationsprogramme und überlaute Musik. Grosszügiger Balkon. Flugzeuge fliegen direkt über das Hotel. Fluglärm ist in Eilat so oder so ein Problem, da der Flughafen direkt neben den Hotelanlagen im Zentrum der Stadt ist.

Camera a avut o vedere extraordinara spre Eilat, iar seara pe balcon este o adevarata placere sa poti sta la un pahar de vin si sa admiri privelistea. Pista de aterizare a aeroportului este foarte aproape drept care zgomotul este destul de puternic - noroc ca nu era sezon...

“Everything was grate! From the first moment at the reception very helpful personal, Alex gave us a beautiful room at 6 floor and Nadia and Rajna helped us with information. It is a very big hotel for family and groups and 5 min to the beach, which is grate in winter. The breakfast was extremely varied and good. It is the perfect place to stay if you want just to relax and go to the beach. Good value for money, the hotels around are more expensive and have the same view.
