Unique, luxurious, and impressive are just a few of the words describing the 5-star Hilton Eilat Queen of Sheba Hotel.

sea and location
down steps to the sea. They were broken.
WiFi didn't work.
The staff was accommodating and made sure we were greatly taken care of. The breakfast was amazing. The pools and bar were kept clean and nice.
Great breakfast ! Great rooms and good location!
I did not like that the rooms were serviced only after 2-4 pm. We and the kids could not rest in the afternoon. The quality of the tissue and the unsquisable cosmetics bottles!
Breakfast was very nice with a huge offering
Swimming pool opening hours are very bad - closing at 18:00 is a joke. Should be at least 19:00 - common sense for Eilat
Very good location, access to the sea
Paid internet, very loud air condition, dirty pool, rooms need renovation, very crowded restarurant during breakfast.
First class location and generous size rooms
Free wifi for only 1 appliance. Extra charges for extra appliances. Unreasonable today when most people have I phone and additional I pad etc.
Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were excellent . Accommodation was also good--spacious and nice balcony.
If not a Starwood member had to pay for wifi and then could only use for one device !! This is a bit backwards for this day and age .!
Very few things I can mention from what I liked about hotel, which is helpful staff on the reception, parking and big rooms. But overall, this is really outdated hotel with outdated approach to the customers, it left behind and other hotels in the area look much more modern.
What I disliked the most is the fact that you need to pay 20$ per day per each device!!! That means if you travel with family and each of you have iPhones, iPads, etc you can imagine the cost or another alternative to stay disconnected. There is very old and neglected buildings around the hotel, pool towels are extremely small, bathroom in the room looks very old, no fresh juice for breakfast. I would not give this hotel 5*
very dirty rooms, floor
The food at the restaurant was good. Location is right on the beach.
This was the low point of a wonderful 11 day trip to Israel. It is such a shame that this hotel still is flagged Le Meridien. It totally discredits the brand. We stayed at this supposedly 5 star, worn out hotel that is badly in need of refurbishment. Despite repeated complaints and one attempt to resolve, I slept on the floor on a worn out carpet because the mattress was outrageously bad. Seem all their mattresses are sagging and in dire need of replacement because their replacement mattress was also really bad. The Manager pretty much told us this is the way it is. He told us that he gave us Dinner coupons because we complained as if to say "Yeah we give you dinner coupons so now shut up and sleep in your lousy bed and complain no more". They had a very grumpy attitude. This place is really a very shabby place and brings disrepute to Starwood whose hotels I generally love!
