Le Meridien Eilat All-Suite Hotel  

I enjoyed the breakfast at the Le Meridien Eilat. It was up to the Starwood standards and was worth the money spent.

From the very first day I had to face a very low level of service and guest experience was practically non-existent. Specifically, I would like to point out the following deficiencies of this hotel: 1. Housekeeping needed to be reminded at least twice to get the room cleaned (that happened on a daily basis), 2. The furniture was not simply old - it frankly made me feel that we we in the early 1950's: worn out, old and unattractive, 3. Little to no amenities were provided in the room - this is a 5 star Starwood Resort, where are company's mystery shoppers - anyone would notice that; for $250 USD a day I could not even have a regular-quality set of amenities, 4.Wifi set up is a complicated and time-consuming procedure. Do not book this hotel.

The location,far from the turmoil of the beach walk

It is a hotel for families.I Have never seen a place with so many children runing around.My wife and I stayed one nite only upon our return from Petra Jordan.We thought after an exausting trip to spend a day at the beach relaxing,and this was a failed attempt as Eilat is an ugly place .There were no problems with the hotel other than we had different expectations.

Staff,they do not speak english and being very rude without any reason. And check all your bills!

The evening Buffet was exceptional

We were staying on business and internet was not free. I needed a shirt ironing and house keeping was unable to help. I was directed to two "ironing rooms" were I could iron my shirt. One of the rooms had broken washing machines in and no iron, the other had a broken ironing board and a broken iron in. I thought this was disgraceful considering the calibre of hotel we were staying at.

The location was great.

Hotel services run by young adults who have no experience in providing services to clients making simple requests frustating.

I liked the all suite accomadation

самый ужасный отель из всех,раннее посещяемых,никакими звездами там и не пахнет!!!старый,грязный,с дизайном прошлого века,над которым проходит трасса самолетов.При эаселении,кроме оплаты за номер сняли еще 500шек.,которые обещали вернуть через 2дня и не вернули.

Geniales Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter. Schöner Blick auf das Mehr. Zentrale Lage. Keine lästigen Animationsprogramme und überlaute Musik. Grosszügiger Balkon.

Flugzeuge fliegen direkt über das Hotel. Fluglärm ist in Eilat so oder so ein Problem, da der Flughafen direkt neben den Hotelanlagen im Zentrum der Stadt ist.
