It is near to Assuta hospital.

Durty. Staff is very incompetent. Ask 5 times for one thing and it's hapen again and again. If there is another hotel near to hospital I never stay in this hotel.

There is no Spa, swimming pool, Sauna etc etc Saturday the tv in the Business Lounge is closed as well as the coffee machine

The whole environment was great, and a very "arty" environment. Facilities are great, and the service too.

Only problem is that the hotel is difficult to find by car without a GPS. Parking is OK in the car park behind, but you wouldn't know until you go inside the hotel and get directions

It is not 5 star hotel. 4 is a maximum: plastics glasses; no hot water in the sink; room cleaning was done only after reminding

The room has a very good design and the hotel is well locatef for business trip. (Near all the high tech industries)

The black floor on the room was not clean. The black and white carpet was grey and disgusting. The bathroom as well was not clean neither. The staff of the hotel for check in and check out was really poor. No special attention, no details and so slow. We have been waiting for 25 min to check in! I will never go back to this hotel.

The 9th floor business center was a great place to sit, relax and get something to drink while looking at the city skyline.

Walking into the hotel you were immediately over powered by a perfume or scent that was too strong. The scent was found throughout the hotel and hallways. If you have allergy problems this is not the hotel for you. Parking was a bit of an issue. Unsure why the hotel was built with no underground parking. Parking in this part of Tel Aviv is hard to find.

The hotel has a high standard. Rooms are modern and designed. The business lounge is very nice.

I've been in this hotel for two times, but this time is a very bad experience, my money was stolen from my wallet in my bag in the room! And the staff's respond to my report is very unsatisfactory. In some floors they don't have video camera. The security guy is not very professional. The response of the reception to my report was phlegmatic. I will not recommend anyone who is serious to their money to take this hotel again.

Noisy neighbours with the Giraffe Restaurant tipping glass bottles into their rubbish skip in the early hours!

This boutique hotel is a real treat for the eyes, and for those designe geeks, it will be an experience, you may even get some decor tips. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are local shops and restaurants, if you decide to venture out. Breakfast is an Israeli diary one, very nice and plenty of variety

Friendly staff, value for money hotel

This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. It is a good 3 star hotel.

I would think that the 4 star hotel can provide A free internet

We liked the complimentary business center on the 9th floor, with the computers and the hours dourves. It was just the meal we needed; excellent quality. The room itself was lovely - exceptionally clean and arranged. Most of all was the price. You were easily $50 USD lower than other hotels and we enjoyed a god savings.

We preferred to use our own computers and are used to free WiFi. Also the very dark black-on-white colors of the hallways is not our style, but it is after all decorated to be a modern hotel. This is minor.

Staff was plentiful and extremely attentive. Business Center was perfect for our needs and was well accomodated. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and worth the extra money. Great place for a business trip. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of very good restaurants nearby.

Location is good for business trips but not ideal for vacationers as its in a large business center on a busy street. You need to take a taxi to get anywhere.

ארוחת בוקר לא משהו, מיניבר בחדר 20 ש"ח לפחית.

את קומה 9.

הרצפה השחורה בחדר, נתנה תחושה של רטוב ולא היתה נקייה. המצעים היו משופשפים ואף קרועים בפינה. לא היה מייבש שיער. המזגן תיקתק בלילה. צ'ק אין וצ'ק אאוט מסורבלים, לקח זמן ולא זרם.

הרעיון של הטרקלין בקומה 9 נחמד מאד. הישיבה שם נעימה והכיבוד מספק....

מחיר עבור בקבוק מים ממש מוגזם!!!! 28 ש"ח???? מה גם שהמים לא מתוצרת הארץ וחבל!!!! הסדינים שהיו במיטה שלנו, ישנים ולא נעים לשכב עליהם(יש עליהם כדורי בד..... והם ללא חלקים)
