I liked the staff:they were very polite and very friendly, helpful. The room was comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was fantastic!!
After 15 hours flight I would like the room to be cool, fresh . To have at list at first day a cool bottle of water. The cooler from the room did not work and nobody came to fix it,after I complained.
A big bravo to the management that finally decided to provide free wifi. I have also felt safe as there were clear instructions to go to secure places when sirens went off
Was clean and staff friendly
Showers were headache, Internet very expensive, no fridge in room, even drinking water need to pay
bed linnen shower towels
the air conditioner beeped all night and i couldnt sleep also tobacco smoke somehow kept getting to our room..maybe the ducts?
The morning breakfast and room interior is amazing
The free shuttle pick ups
Close to Assuta Hospital. Good business center/lounge. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Having a free mini buffet available for when you did not feel like going to a restaurant is a great idea. Breakfast choices were very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Everything was to my expectations
Internet and Breakfast costs money, should be "free" in the price of the room.
Courteous staff, nice lounge. very nicely maintained
the rooms are not set up for business: no desk, few electrical outlets for computers etc. Should include internet in the price.
The location is fair, north of tel Aviv but far from the center by cab
WiFi cost 45 shekels for each device for each day. I have used the WiFi through my phone and my computer, they charge me twice
nothing. this hotel is out of the city and good for 3, but not for 5 stars....
too far from the city, almost 30 minutes drive from the city, expencive wi-fi, no shuttle bus...
We went out for breakfast, i left my phone on charge. When we came back a woman is cleaning the room and a security was there. I didnt understand whats going on, i asked them whats going on? The security did not pay attention instead continuing to talk on the radio that says someone left a phone, i told him its mine it seems that he doesnt hear me talking until my partner came and told him that it was my phone. A lil bit disgusting, we didnt check out yet and we took just an overnight, why they need to enter the room when in fact they know that the check out time is 12:00. Isnt it waste of time and energy to clean the room at 9:30 a.m.?
Nice, friendly staff Good location Business lounge
No free WiFi in any room and you pay per device
The hotel staff are great and helpful. I had the conference room booked for a day as well on their business centre on the 9th floor and it was perfect. The area is great with lots of parking places for your visitors and a great range of restaurants and bars nearby, so you do need to use a taxi. If you need to go at Central Tel Aviv or the port then you need to take a taxi on your return as the hotel provides bus service.
Comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Internet was not free and when purchased it was only valid for one device. The toilet smelled of urine at checkin. The hotel is opposite a huge construction site and you can hear noise up until midnight. Not enough electricity outlets not already being used in the room.
The staff was outstandingly helpful and kind
Parking is an issue and not much to do in the area.
The staff members were cooperative and kind The location of the hotel was very good for my needs The room satisfied my needs
There is no parking for the hotel clients' so this was a waste of time and money I really appreciate if there is an arabic TV channels in the room
9th floor. Comfy beds. Great showers. Staff. Cleanliness.
You no longer do Friday night dinners. Could do with bigger bath towels. Breakfast is way too expensive for what it is.
Comfy beds, close to Assuta hospital, great restaurants close by, staff try very hard
There was some confusion about access to the business lounge, it is worth checking what you are entitled to and then check again!!
Carpets already showing wear. Black and white decor mostly black a nightmare.
Clean, well-designed rooms, rich breakfast.
1) repair works in the neighbouring room in the middle of the night (11 p.m. to 1 a.m.) - we asked the staff three times to discontinue the works, but no actions were taken, no apologies expressed, neither were we relocated to another room - this is not what you could expect from a five star hotel! 2) the cleaning service - used to disturb us several times while we were still sleeping; 3) small breakfast room - hotel guests had to wait at the entrance a couple of mornings; 4) huge wi-fi charges.
Good location, comfortable rooms
