The hotel Didn't had Parking
Our stay was a short one, as I had to be in the hospital opposite the hotel at one am at night for a test, so it is difficult to give a balanced opinion. Suffice to say that we were made to feel welcome by the young and intelligent hotel staff. We also had to make an early departure so did not order breakfast
Although the bed was comfortable enough, we did not like the layout of the room. The bed is on one side of the room and we found ourselves opposite an open space containing a sink, a toilet and a shower room . with absolutely no kind of closure.(the shower room was very good) We, as a mature couple, had cause to use the toilet several times, so that we never got proper sleep while one disturbed the other with lighting and I myself was unable to sleep properly before my 1am examination. Secondly, the hotel entrance hall and corridors can have a pleasant scent in the background, but it becomes very uncomfortable if the scent is extremely strong as was the case.
Business lounge- nothing there to eat or drink. Empty water bottles, no sweets, just vegetables to eat, very week. Breakfast- all 3 days I need to ask to re-fill fruits, always empty and the many "cleaning people" there just ignored to re fill it. Impossible to get fresh done food as the cook were always inside and not outside. If something was empty eated, nobody did care to refill it for 1 hour. After the 5 time be there this time it was terrible service for the highest price ever I paid 250$ plus taxes,...
I have been returning to this place as it provides me the ideal conference room for my business and also provides to my guests waiting for their appointment the excellent business centre facilities on the 9th floor.
location-just in front of the Assuta hospital Free Internet-totaly new for me, last time was paid Check in staff was very good I arrived at 3 a.m. and they give me hot bretcel-it was very nice
next building is under construction the restaurant doesn't work in the evenings check out staff- she couldn't make my bill and i had to wait a lot
This is not bad hotel with closest location for Assuta Medical complex. Many cafes and shops were closest located.
So many construction sites are around Hotel. The main street hotel's located with 80%-times traffic jams.
I liked the staff:they were very polite and very friendly, helpful. The room was comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was fantastic!!
After 15 hours flight I would like the room to be cool, fresh . To have at list at first day a cool bottle of water. The cooler from the room did not work and nobody came to fix it,after I complained.
A big bravo to the management that finally decided to provide free wifi. I have also felt safe as there were clear instructions to go to secure places when sirens went off
Was clean and staff friendly
Showers were headache, Internet very expensive, no fridge in room, even drinking water need to pay
bed linnen shower towels
the air conditioner beeped all night and i couldnt sleep also tobacco smoke somehow kept getting to our room..maybe the ducts?
The morning breakfast and room interior is amazing
The free shuttle pick ups
Close to Assuta Hospital. Good business center/lounge. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Having a free mini buffet available for when you did not feel like going to a restaurant is a great idea. Breakfast choices were very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Everything was to my expectations
Internet and Breakfast costs money, should be "free" in the price of the room.
Courteous staff, nice lounge. very nicely maintained
the rooms are not set up for business: no desk, few electrical outlets for computers etc. Should include internet in the price.
The location is fair, north of tel Aviv but far from the center by cab
WiFi cost 45 shekels for each device for each day. I have used the WiFi through my phone and my computer, they charge me twice
nothing. this hotel is out of the city and good for 3, but not for 5 stars....
too far from the city, almost 30 minutes drive from the city, expencive wi-fi, no shuttle bus...
We went out for breakfast, i left my phone on charge. When we came back a woman is cleaning the room and a security was there. I didnt understand whats going on, i asked them whats going on? The security did not pay attention instead continuing to talk on the radio that says someone left a phone, i told him its mine it seems that he doesnt hear me talking until my partner came and told him that it was my phone. A lil bit disgusting, we didnt check out yet and we took just an overnight, why they need to enter the room when in fact they know that the check out time is 12:00. Isnt it waste of time and energy to clean the room at 9:30 a.m.?
Nice, friendly staff Good location Business lounge
No free WiFi in any room and you pay per device
The hotel staff are great and helpful. I had the conference room booked for a day as well on their business centre on the 9th floor and it was perfect. The area is great with lots of parking places for your visitors and a great range of restaurants and bars nearby, so you do need to use a taxi. If you need to go at Central Tel Aviv or the port then you need to take a taxi on your return as the hotel provides bus service.
Comfortable bed, good breakfast.
Internet was not free and when purchased it was only valid for one device. The toilet smelled of urine at checkin. The hotel is opposite a huge construction site and you can hear noise up until midnight. Not enough electricity outlets not already being used in the room.
The staff was outstandingly helpful and kind
Parking is an issue and not much to do in the area.
