The all inclusive while the alcohol was cheap brands it was unlimited and you could drink all you wanted. the Beer was flowing on Tap. There were unlimited ice pops at the pool all day. The Staff was very nice. We had to change rooms 2 times. the first room had a puddle of water on the floor. The second room stunk from smoke the 3rd room was much better. The girls at the front desk accommodated us till we had an acceptable room. The food while not high end was plentiful. I gained 10 lbs over the weekend with the all you can eat buffet style 3 meals a day.

The hotel needs renovation. Rooms are not very luxurious. When we finally got an acceptable room after 2 tries it was clean but nothing to write home about. The hotel was extremely crowded. I have never seen so many people in a pool at one time in my life. The exercise room was pathetic for anyone who is serious about fitness. The weight lifting machine was from easily 30 yrs ago. They had some dumbbells. All in all not a bad Hotel but by no means is it a luxury experience. I rate it 3 stars.

Much better choice than hotels in Ein Bokek - same comfort (or eaven better), but much more quite place, no buses with "one day" turists, better beach, very calm. And prices not so hot for same rooms and services.

Hotel and food, everything was excellent

The fact that we had to walk to a public beach as the hotel does not have it's own beach

The hotel is old and very dated. The carpets in the hallways are filthy. The fittings in the rooms are decrepit.

Excellent facilities, good location and helpfull stuff.

Even though they made the beds everyday the overall level of cleaning was really bad. We found a credit card receipt that was printed for one of the guests several weeks prior to our visit laying behind the night stand.

    food was good

bad wi-fi, only in the crowded and noisy lobby; horrible wine and beer, no decent drinks even for money; the music near the pool is too loud and there are too many kids jumping in the water, impossible to relax; staff never smiles and sometimes rude; hotel needs renovation, too expensive for this quality

We had a nice suite and a great balcony. The food was very abundant and tasty.

The place was a bit shabby. The curtains were ripped. The carpet and sofa and lounge chair outside were stained. No help with luggage. Parking was bad. Check in was disorganized.

The fitness activity walks with Shimi, great food, great spa facilities, only thing is I got bitten by some bug or bugs, not sure where or when, I believe I woke up with them. Check bed in 703 - bedbugs????

The driver to the mall was rude, never showed back up for us, had to take a taxi back to the hotel. Crazy driver, did not speak English and didn't care about the guests.

Horrible check in process, no access to a private beach, my room didn't have towels and the phone was broken to call down, we weren't given any map of information on food during check in and were given incorrect information about the hotel's relationship with the Leonardo Beach Club - furthermore, I was wrongly charged and it was the hotel's fault. What a disaster!

The room we had was very, very large. the bed was very comfortable. the view over the dead sea was stunning. food was good and you had a lot of different dishes. so you will find something for any taste. the garden is very nice with all the sun lounger.

the staff is very unfriendly. we paid right after arrival and at the check out they wanted to charge us again. you have to be carful. also during the meals the your waiters stare at the women. you have to pay extra for anything in the spa. even the indoor pool. for the price you pay I would expect more to be included.

Ms.Tattjana Dvornik was extremely helpful. Without her the hotel would loose 50 % of its attractiveness. Food and Spa facilities were very good. Entertiment as well. I would recommend this hotel to my friends

Some other staff members (except Ms.Tatjana, were not so willing to help or asisst. Location is not extremely convenient as it is not right on the Daed sea.
