The staff, the rooms, and the facility were all great. It was well worth the money . Location is excellent.
The wait to check in to our room.
All was very good. Special thanks to Guest Relation Manager Tatiana who was very kind and helpfull. Reach choice and very tasty food.
Food and all other facilities were excellent. Staff was overall very good. Location to Dead Sea was convenient
Room was not clean. Paint chips on the floor. Staff simply took a "mop" with a towel wrapped around it and swept the room. WIFI was difficult. Had to pay in room, but difficult to even manage that. Free wifi in lobby, but only for half and hour at a time, then had to sign in again.
For the price this hotel had amazing food, great access to dead sea , right across separate beach for men and women and courteous staff!
food facilities staff room with a really nice view
a bit far from the beach & an uphill climb when you go back to the hotel & they should put a sign were people can see where's the hotel's entrance
Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Room of Junior Suite very comfortable with beautiful view of Dead Sea . Rooms are dated but have everything we needed. Clean quality white linen, towels and toiletries . Comfortable bed and pillows. All inclusive made everything so simple and no complaints at all about food. Salads were amazing with huge variety. Something for everyone. Even received a packed lunch enough for 2 . I would definitely recommend as a good honest hotel 4 mins walk from floating in the Dead Sea.
I liked the pool and spa. The food was good.
The shower holder was broken. The staff should improve their service.
The food was great, their facilities were well maintained and comfortable.the entertainment crew did a wonderfull job all around.
The room did not have a sofa like we were told,no sitting arrangment at all like promised.my other room had a sofa that was all tore up and filthy.we had to wait three hours for our room that was booked a week before.not enough beds around or next to the pool
Bed was comfortable
Staff did nothing about requests. Paid for a room with large balcony, it had filthy chairs with no cushions.asked the staff for help..no response. Staff didnt realize I understood what they were saying. This is not a tourist hotel...locals only. Food was ok. Chicken was raw 1 time.
We were for three days in a trash pile. The place was very very very dirty
The all inclusive while the alcohol was cheap brands it was unlimited and you could drink all you wanted. the Beer was flowing on Tap. There were unlimited ice pops at the pool all day. The Staff was very nice. We had to change rooms 2 times. the first room had a puddle of water on the floor. The second room stunk from smoke the 3rd room was much better. The girls at the front desk accommodated us till we had an acceptable room. The food while not high end was plentiful. I gained 10 lbs over the weekend with the all you can eat buffet style 3 meals a day.
The hotel needs renovation. Rooms are not very luxurious. When we finally got an acceptable room after 2 tries it was clean but nothing to write home about. The hotel was extremely crowded. I have never seen so many people in a pool at one time in my life. The exercise room was pathetic for anyone who is serious about fitness. The weight lifting machine was from easily 30 yrs ago. They had some dumbbells. All in all not a bad Hotel but by no means is it a luxury experience. I rate it 3 stars.
Much better choice than hotels in Ein Bokek - same comfort (or eaven better), but much more quite place, no buses with "one day" turists, better beach, very calm. And prices not so hot for same rooms and services.
The food was plentiful
One of the rooms we booked was not very clean
Location and the food
Air conditiobning never worked very well. It was very hot in the desert in the summer.
Hotel and food, everything was excellent
The fact that we had to walk to a public beach as the hotel does not have it's own beach
The hotel is old and very dated. The carpets in the hallways are filthy. The fittings in the rooms are decrepit.
The service was exceptional. The food was delicious. Great activities for the kids. Spa was incredible
Food, pool, spa section, coffee
Wifi not in room, aircon in our room malfunction
Excellent service. Was too short, waiting for the next time. Delicious food. Free wireless Internet in the lobby
Large selection of delicious food, breathtaking views from the balcony of the room, outstanding service
Excellent facilities, good location and helpfull stuff.
Even though they made the beds everyday the overall level of cleaning was really bad. We found a credit card receipt that was printed for one of the guests several weeks prior to our visit laying behind the night stand.
Lovely hotel. Good facilities.
Some of the staff were not very friendly
food was good
bad wi-fi, only in the crowded and noisy lobby; horrible wine and beer, no decent drinks even for money; the music near the pool is too loud and there are too many kids jumping in the water, impossible to relax; staff never smiles and sometimes rude; hotel needs renovation, too expensive for this quality
It was close to the Dead Sea
Dirty throughout. Rude people. Holes in walls and furniture. Poor service
