I don't like this hotel

communication to centre of city was good

room was tired and tatty and not very clean

The staff was rude. It took them forever to answer our questions and there was a substantial delay to check out. They didn't even ask if we enjoyed our stay...as if they knew we didn't

Easy access, close to the Old City, terrific breakfast, and a reasonable price.

No unlimited free Wi-Fi. Occasional dusting and cleaner rooms would make this an even better place.

Leonardo is perfect situated, close to the old city.

The staff didn`t do what they should do. They didn`t clean the room. The personal at the reception lied about many things. We have never been in a hotel with so stupid staff. Maniana, maniana.

Although we got a very low price for this room, unlike the Meridian Dead Sea which we stayed in a luxurious room and got half board, the features in this room were extremely basic and there was no breakfast. Also the room was the furthest from the elevators. The parking situation there is extremely confusing and inconvenient. This site reported a flat fee of $7 per day, and I was charged twice as I had to leave the hotel during my stay. Fortunately the staff reimbursed me for the second charge. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay.

Hygiene not high, I found long hairs on the bed, in the shower, on the toilet, after they had allegedly cleaned. It's more of a 3 star hotel priced at 5 star prices. Staff were rude too. Too pricey for what it is. No wifi in the room. No breakfast. And I paid £100 a night. Shocking.

Quality and Quantity of food was excellent. All the staff were slick and efficient and friendly. Comfortable beds etc.

No Free WiFi

Clean and comfortable rooms, variable breakfast. Walking to the city center (Yafa street with restaurants and bars) is about 20 minutes.

During Shabbath (Saturday) the breakfast and restaurant options are limited to only cold food. Free wi-fi only at the lobby.

Hotel staff were extremely unhelpful...even rude..bad experience on checking with room lock ie key..handled unprofessionally took 2 hours...asked for some directions and tour opportunities got none...so many tours arriving inadequate staff ... Guests shoved right in front of us and staff stopped helping us to attend to them...overall sour taste from our stay..hard pressed to recommend this hotel to others or to return to it

i asked for a low floor & i got it. beautiful spacious room. excellent value.

while on vacation i shouldn't have to wake up @ 7:am to the drilling noise in basement right under my room. " i survived "

The special price, service & close to train station

Wish we had booked here on our first visit. Sincerely hope you will give us the same price when we next visit.

Location was great, room was good size, clean & comfortable.

Staff in the cafe in same floor as the reception, especially the leader there gave us excellent service always and in all ways! Also the waiters at breakfast were charming and excellent

The request for Parking Payment is basically NOT ACCEPTABLE!

The breakfast was incredible. Nice hotel. tram close by, which saves one a lot of walking, if you cannot afford to take taxis.

We were put into a room which had an ant nest under the handbasin of the bathroom and were moved to another room. Because of some problem with the aircon system, there was a lot of work taking place outside of our room with wires and broken off paint everywhere. Work proceded into the night which caused a lot of noise for us.

The service for handicapped is terible I had to go up three times to call someone to help me take out my wheelchair from the car but they said sure we are sending someone right now like that it went on for half hour untill someone came was very unpleasant stay

The hotel was very nice, and the customer service was quick to help us.

The wifi was very expensive, and for the price of the hotel, we felt that it should have been included.

Parquet floor in the rooms, separate toilet & bathroom. Very helpful staff. Some of the staff speaks Russian.

Some rooms are very noisy because of traffic. Ask for the rooms with windows to the court. Wi-fi is NOT free & very expensive.

1.Buffet assortment quite good, accept shabbat day. 2.Location of the hotel is in 5 minutes walk from "old town" 3.Very friendly personnel.

1.No vacuum or wet cleaning of floor in the room during the week of stay there. 2.Internet access isn't free of charge. 5 USD per hour from moment of connection and without of an interruption. 3.No slot-ventilation in windows (window open or closed at all).
