location, private sea beach, food
cleaning, very poor and poor & missing guiding instructions and signs, poor/old towels (turn...),staff seems not to have training...
cigarette butts outside on terrace room 102 which they call one of the better rooms. better off staying on higher floor view is better. bits of food and cigarette butts obviously thrown from balconies above landing on our outdoor terrace and area in front of terrace, complaint to mngr admiited not pleasant sent someone to half clean...our parasol on terrace collapsed and broke barely missing my head..staff unpleasant like doing u a favor to help you outside of sweet young woman in vip lounge, which was basically left over foods from breakfast, pool had cig butts on cement in several spots, staff walked right by them...not clean hotel, carpets dirty in hallway, glass entranceways doors etc never cleaned...
- I got my room earlier, around 1 pm - No wall-to-wall carpet - The dining room looked real nice on erev shabbat, and the food was very good.
- First impression: walking from the elevator to my room, I noticed that the corridor hadn't been vacuumed, and it wasn't during my two nights/three days stay. As I entered my room I was wondering whether the floors had been washed and especially the shower and bathroom floors. - No robe or slippers in the room - The staff in general seemed to be hard working, but not happy. Maybe a decent salary would put a smile on their faces? Their feel-good factor would probably result in better service to the customers and raise the ambiance of the hotel in general.
Despite of what I wrote in bad review window... the spa area is decent and close proximity of dead sea, so you can approach it in just seconds.
If you're in your 60s or 70s, go for it! You've got a deal! Don't miss it. Otherwise... find smth else that's not so overcrowded by oldies =) We could only survive just one night, if you're brave enough just get it a chance to stay a little longer.
-room is clean and nice -excellent sea view -breakfast is rich and big variety - i love the dead sea!
the quality of the bed can be improved
Loved the private beach and amazing breakfast.
room and beach and food
3pm check in which was 4pm and an 11am check out giving me 1 day to relax out of 2 nights 3 days very expensive
the beach is fine although exactly the same one is surrounding the hotels
The room smlled like cold cigarette, then we changed and the second room was dirty, I called the reception to send someone to clean. The wall are very thin so you hear even a sneaze from the other room. The towel they left was still having sea salt, indicating they had already been used. The restaurant people at the gate asked us to pay more than what was agreed on before (we could fix that by talking to the manager but the girl trying to rub us was extremely rude). bed quality left a lot to be desire and the staff at the beach were asking us (in a more shouting way) that we should get the chairs back from the water to the sand. Given we didn't touch these chairs in the first place it was outrageous to be treated like cleaning staff. For the price we paid for that place, we had the worst experience in this hotel and do not recommend it.
Location, amenities, cleanliness.
Restaurant was closed, wasn't hungry enough for the buffet. Room service was the only other option and didn't have any meat dishes at all. Main lobby bar staff service was very slow and seemed bothered to be there. Not the friendliest, but everyone else was very friendly and accommodating.
Location of hotel is perfect! Food was very good
Hotel is dirty, my room was very dirty & the only cleaning before my arrival was changed bed clothes!!! Cleaning personnel know nothing about cleaning! No minibar in the room(
Excellent beach food and view
Not qualified for the star rating you gave it.
Staff arrogant and indifferent. In addition I was vastly overcharged
food is very good staff is friendly, want to help sea is amasing pool area is fun location is by the sea, so do not need to cross the road like in majority of othe hotels on the dead sea
generaly hotel is clean but not for 5 start level. gym is a bit small
The garden room with private pool at any time
Beautiful beach, best I've ever seen at the dead sea and great food.
Constant dreadful music inside and out. Why????
Almost everything was excellent
No WiFi - smart network - reached bedroom 429 although when you left the bedroom and walked towards lift it connected. The WiFi provider could not help!
Kindness of the staff, good cuisine and appreciated a lot the fruits and sandwiches given to us after the opera at Massada. Thanks.
Garden rooms were very nice and the situation and of the hotel was excellent
To much Koshrut...for 95% non Kosher guests.
Location service views room sea
Location directly at the beach and the entrance to the dead sea are the only good points about this place. All else is terrible. Jordan is far much better in all sences (pricing/service/sendy beach/mudd)
Old rooms and old exterrior. Beach stuff are lazy and useless. Beach and pool area like in soviet times in 1993 in Yalta *))) Spa area is like a hospital. Escaped from there next day...
The location. It's one of the few hotels at the Dead Sea that has immediate access to the beach. The spa was good.
The staff was cleaning rooms at 0700 in the morning, shouting between each other, and moved furnitures. The first course came in after the main course at the restaurant, and the food was of poor quality. There seemed to be a shortage of beverages; heard "we have run out of that" multiple times.
