The staff was very welcoming. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was excellent. The buffet was huge. Some of the buffet dishes did not have spoons availble to scoop food out. So I saw some other clients grab food with thier hands. The maid did not replenish our sugar, creamer, coffee, and tea in our room.

Good location near Sea of Galilee and day trips. On promenade along water. Near shops and restaurants. Passover breakfast. Crowds on Shabbat.

Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good jumping off point for Golan and Galilee Payment required at arrival. Per device internet charge. Restricted fitness center hours- not available before 9 am or after 9 pm. Additional charge for fitness center. No english newspapers available. We paid alot for hotel because of internet but were unable to access it despite staff attempts.

The location is amazing. Beautiful views and nice swimming pool. The hotel is a 4 star - but a very old 4 star. Needs an upgrade. Very expensive hotel - not really getting what you paid for. Have to pay additional for the hot tub. Breakfast was the exact same food 2 days in a row - ok selection of food. Ac didn't work in the room.

האירוח היה מושלם,אווירה נהדרת,שירות של הצוות היה מעולה,אוכל ברמה גבוהה,החדרים היו יפים ונקיים והנוף מרהיב. לא לפספס את המופע של הטיבריום!

הכל היה מצוין , חדרים נקיים , בית מלון מפואר יחס חם ואישי ,אווירה נעימה ושקטה, והאוכל מעולה וטעים . מיקום בית המלון במרכז אנחנו ממליצים לכל החברים להגיע לבית מלון לאונרדו פלאזה בית מלון 5 כוכבים לא היה משהו כזה

Das Hotel ist einzigartig gelegen: Auf einer Seite ist der See Genezareth und die Strandpromenade, auf der anderen führt der Weg unmittelbar in das Zentrum von Tiberias. Vom Zimmer mit Balkon und Seesicht hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Hinsichtlich des Personals machte es einen sehr guten Eindruck, insbesondere auch, weil sich der Hoteldirektor persönlich um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert.

We had a seaside view of the Kinneret which was absolutely magnificent! The elevators were extremely slow, we had to wait a few minutes untill one was available.
