Excellent choice for those who prefer short distance from train/bus stations or busyness center to proximity to the sea. Very comfortable with nice gym and swimming pool. The exaggerated price for Wi-Fi shouldn't scare you as for those who book via the Booking.com it's free. The booking.com often has special offers for the Leonardo chain. If you're looking for the sea and the beach, it's not your choice, it's in the busyness center and far from the beach.

A hotel that offers great value particularly for the Business Traveller. I could have stayed in any hotel in the city but chose to return to the Leonardo City Tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and offer everything I look for when away from home. Staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is execellent, as is the Friday night (Shabbat) buffet. In the heart of the business district its location ensures you can beat the Tel Aviv traffic. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you. The price of a small bottle of water taken from the room fridge

The staff were pleasant and very helpful. And they smiled! I had a problem with my room which was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. The food was excellent. Especially breakfasts and the Friday buffet. Arriving as I did on Friday and never having been to Israel before it would have been helpful to have received more information about hotel services available eg food Attention to small details eg The hotel was good enough to pack a breakfast for me as I left on a day trip to Jerusalem. However no knife/fork/spoon was included. A drawback of this hotel is that it is Gamat Ran (city) rather than in the real Tel Aviv.

Within 5 minutes we recieved a call the the items were found, and other item in addition. Thank you for the service wich made our stay/ experience very pleasant. Defintly exceeded our expectation. We liked it all, no complains.

Good location if you have work around Ramat-gan. Automatic minibar. That is useless and absurd.......the moment you touch anything from minibar (even to check) you are automatically charged. Worse no space in it for even a small bottle of water....worst: they charge 10$ for using minibar for your own contents(water, softdrinks etc.)

It is right next to the central train station so we could walk over and take the train to the airport, which was great. We did walk to the beach and even to Old Jaffa from the hotel, but they were far. Also for $235 a night no food/bf was included so what you get is great wifi, cable tv on a big flatscreen with 5 or more American channels, comfortable beds, big windows with views and a big bathroom (thought the plug wouldn't work for a bath). Our other hotel overbooked and cancelled our reservation so we were desperate and splurged on the Leonardo; I think it is overpriced, but it was definitely comfortable. Overpriced; didn't include food; far from everything.

Likes: - Pool, a bit old but very warm. - Super fast and free internet. - Staff at reception, quite friendly. - Security: one neighbor had just arrived at 2 am, and decide to talk very loudly on the phone and to his wife. As soon as I called reception, security came and made him stop. - Breakfast: gargantuan. - Good spinach pizza at lobby. - Smooth airco. This is an old hotel, and they have not renovated it for some time. So room and furniture are dated. But everything works well, and it is good value. - Room doors are not soundproof. This is a bit of problem as hotel guests to love giving a loud farewell to each other when they are back to their room at midnight. - Location is excellent for transportation, but there is nothing to do around. - Coffee-shop (independent of hotel) next door is a total trap: ILS 50 for a small sandwich!!! - Restaurant gives good pizzas, but has very limited offering. - Families mix with business guests, so there are big groups with running children... a bit noisy, but life is not only made of businessmen, right?

The staff on arrival were very accommodating and helpful. Our room was meant to be non smoking but was not . They attended to the problem instantly. The bed was very comfortable. Very easy access to transport for beach and airport. Lovely welcome red wine. Room shelf very dusty. Room smelt of smoke.

Very friendly staff at the front desk as well as the woman cleaning my room. Really beautiful super clean room with warm colors, comfortable bed, luxurious towels, and I loved the view. Everything was perfect. Most importantly, I was able to set the thermostat to heat (and the heat worked) during the summer so that I did not freeze from the Air Conditioning!
