Warm welcome, helpful staff, even for early birds like us.. Lots of nice gestures and extras. Clean. Situated in the diamond district, so far from sea. But very close from train & bus station, so somehoe practical for travel even if it is more a business hotel.
A bit of waiting at check -in, only one person, (low season) bur very friendly.Wi-fi not very practical / stable
Staff not familiar with area from the point of view of a tourist. Delayed maintenance in room
The staff provide the service level, which give you to feel that you are at home.
The kitchen level is lower since my last visit.
Make-up of the room was poor, breakfast was good but tea / coffee service was poor. The hotel does not show as a 4 star hotel. No value for the money you have to pay
convenient location,lovely room.food good.
front desk staff very busy and therefore very brief, hurried, but not rude.sorted out our problems
We left really early and there were breakfast bags waiting for us
We booked a triple room and instead of having a proper bed for the 3rd person (e.g. a queen size) all we had was sofa-bed (pull-out) which was extremely uncomfortable. And according to the hotel all rooms were the same (we were in the executive suite). Also, for a business hotel I found it wrong not having a business Center where you could print, for instance.
the room is OK. The minibar is fine and the bathroom is good
The personal is not friendly. The waiting time at reception to register and check-out is excessive the personal is not willing to give information about events occuring in the hotel
The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, during a seminar we enjoyed lunch in the restaurant which was of high quality
General the hotel looked a little dirty, in my room the bedlinnen was not fitting the bed,
Friendly front desk staff with knowledge about local restaurants and convience store.
Cannot think of anything.
Its a great Hotel located in the outskirts of Tel-Aviv and has a beautiful view of the external city around. good location for someone who wants to do business. Good meeting location
Everyone was helpful. Breakfast was a fantastic deal. Bed was the most comfortable I ever had.
When we entered the room for the first time there were no blankets on the bed, and only two hangers for two women! I called the desk and when we returned later in the evening we had more hangers and one winter and one summer quilt!
Staff not very helpful. Definitely not in lobby bar
The morning orange juice & coffe can improve
The best of this hotel it its staff, helpful and friendly. When I stay in this hotel, they are like a family. Meytal, Israel, Robert and Elena- thank you very much!
Location Breakfast Room size
The furnishings are old and shabby. The rooms need renovations
Poor to be classified a 5 star hotel, quite dirty and no maintanance
Large pool, convenient location for Ramat Gan. Prices are moderate
On Sabbath and holidays the hotel is packed with families, unable to even sit at the pool. The hotel is in need of update
The location was very good. About 35 minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable.
The staff at the front desk was not very friendly. The free wifi you get when you order with Booking.com, took some work to get. Neither mine, nor my husband's
Apparently this was the best hotel in town but doesn't deserve a five star rating
The hotel prices were too expensive, mini bar water small bottle around €4..night receptionist was unhelpful
Free WiFi Location Great breakfast Great staff Access to major highways Access to train
rooms, view, bed firm, clean , friendly helpful staff
not connected directly to train station
The way they make the bed one sheet it was disgusting the end of the night you sleep on the mattress if this is a five-star hotel I think you should give it -5
It was horrible. Ruined our vacation. Two separate beds. Bathroom was so small although it says otherwise in the website. The bedroom is very small and the beds are sliding freely because of their wheels that cannot be locked. Dust under the beds, dust where the windows are behind the curtains. The reception told us the shift manager will get back to us right away - no one called!! We gave up, tried to enjoy... It's probably good only for business.
