The location was very well situated. Walking distance to many things. Very close to the light rail train. Right across the road to the wonderful Ben Yehuda shopping area and close to the Old City and the Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great having free wifi in the lobby.
The rooms could've been serviced better. It is a hotel (self catering) but they did not wash dishes, make beds or clean the floors properly.
Very good hotel in the center of Jerusalem. The staff is friendly and helpful
My husband and I liked the location of the hotel and that is the only reason I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The reception staff was very accommodating as well as those who cleaned our room. However..............
The entire room and I suspect rooms should be renovated. The floor in our room was disgusting. The cleanliness of the bathroom particularly the floor behind the toilet was filthy. The cleaners clean and wash wheverever it is noticable and not in corners and sides. I also feel that shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were missing and should be made available. Although this hotel caters to a religious segment of the population, perhaps some consideration should be given to those who would rather sleep in a double or king size bed in lieu of twin beds. There is no point in paying for a kitchen that does not provide utensils and the necessary items for a kitchen to function. A coffee maker was non existent as well. For many of us who travel from abroad, having a cup of brewed coffee would have been apppreciated. I had to do laundry while in Israel and when I went down to the laundry room, I felt as if I was ready to run away. The machines were filthy and probably never cleaned from the day they were installed. The room was filthy as well. The floor has not seen a mop in a very long time along with the walls. This area needs a complete renovation as well. It was disgusting to have to use those machines and paying the outrageous eqivalent of $8.00 for the privilege in a disgusting environment. Walls, machines, floor, everything should be replaced and cleaned up. There is more I can say but this will suffice for the time being. Irene Freedman Room ll3
Staff were very helpful Breakfasts were good Beds were comfortable Central location was excellent
Great place to stay while you're in Yerushalayim on a budget. Centrally located . Not fancy, but clean and convenient.
Available television programming a bit limited.
The matress was full of blood .
Very good location. Clean and nice hotel, clean and big room.
Maybe a little bit more of service mindedness for the (desk) personnell would not hurt. Not a big problem.
Good location. If you just need a bed to sleep it's worth.
Bathroom was old and not clean. Very small shower. Nobody to help with the luggage. And the check-out, they wanted to charge me more that what was agreed on booking.com
Comfortable large sofa bed Good self contained unit One of the staff were particularly helpful and knowledgable about the areas history
One particular staff seemed slightly rude in her manner.
Location small kitchen available
kitchen should have plates glasses ustensiles...

Very uneven housekeeping and Front Desk staff. Charge for internet.

The location was ideal, the staff helpful.
The room was a bit run down.
The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was a problem I had a room change and it was done in ten minutes The location was fantastic so central and the the rooms had all the little extras ..great place great price !
Very comfortable room. Location was excellent in the center of Jerusalem.
The hotel was very generous in letting us change a last minute reservation that was supposed to be unchangeable. Two bedroom apartment was a nice size. Location is great for Old City touring. Breakfast good value for the money.
Where do I start... Cable was out in the hotel (didn't mention this and didn't apologize), Room was dirty - bathroom glasses, although in their nice looking plastic bags had toothpaste stains and were obviously not washed. Found someone's dirty underwear under the desk. Mildew and dirt in every corner. Really needs serious sanitizing
Amazing location. Could not be better. Nice and helpful staff. Very low prices
Breakfast was a little bit high priced, but since it was optional, i passed it
kosher facility and for shabbat; spacious apartment; good location for markets and old city
run down building and interior; dinner expensive but par for the course in the kosher world...; one reception staff member rude to our daughter
Large rooms. Convenient location.
Added guests in the room was more expensive at check- in than advertised at Booking.com
Great location. 20 minute walk to the Wall and Mamilla shopping, 5 minute walk to Machaneh Yehudah, 5 minute walk to Ben Yehudah. Good public transportation available nearby (light train and buses). Great restaurants all around. Would definitely return.
Too many steps (difficult for folks with knee problems) to get to King George St. Would have liked some utensils in the kitchenette area.
