La posizione molto vicina al centro città

Le stanze non sono molto ben arredate e la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Sono fatte molto bene le fotografie che presentano l'albergo.

Everything was neat, clean and functional. Service was good. Location was great.

My room was not clean. There was no staff to attend to the rooms and provide any sort of such service. The staff at the reception was always extremely busy. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

No easily accessible parking public parking was very expensive and prices that were given (50 shekel per day) was only if you never took the car out of the lot. Rooms were very small and bathroom ,though nice size and good storage, was moldy

The friendly staff and hotel location

I liked the size of the suite and location. The breakfast was fresh, hearty and delicious which it should be for the price of 15$ a day.

I thought the cleaning of the rooms was haphazard. On one occasion after cleaning my room they actually left my door open and unlocked. They did construction projects in the dininng room in wee hours of morning. I resent the fact fact that the charge for wi fi was extroadinary. The use of computers was closed down on Saturday. I have stayed in other hotels in nicer areas in Jerusalem which provide internet services for free.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly Nadia at reception. The rooms were more spacious than a hotel, which helped me and my two sons.

Nothing really, will be staying there on my return with my wife and other children in May 2013.

Was very convenient for central Jerusalem. Had a very functional kitchenette area which was ideal. Comfortable bed, Good shower.

I would like to have had free Internet service. Would be better for the hotel to add a couple of pounds onto everyones bill so that free wifi is available.

Everything! I loved this hotel so much, all the staff was extemely helpful and friendly. The view from my room was absolutely gorgeous. If I return to Israel I'd only want to stay at the Lev. :)

I liked the fact that there was a kitchen and two separate bedrooms with doors. That apartment style felt like a perfect rental for us since it was for less than a week so an apartment rental was not possible. The breakfast was good, though it cost extra. The shower head did not work and the staff was attentive to fixing it. The cost was reasonable. Once the back access to Lev Yerushalayim was discovered, the location was very good and accessible.

I thought that the fact there were not plastic plates and cutlery was unnecessary. One should not have to rent that. I thought the fact that internet cost money was unnecessary. One should not have to pay for wireless access. I wish it was explained to us how to double park in the back and take baggage up that way. We had not idea that that back was actually the best entrance to the hotel because it did not involve stairs. The street address in the back of the hotel is actually the best one to use and not King George. The access through that alley off King George is disgusting, smells and is dark. There are standing puddles of sewage that need to be cleaned.

Moderate balance in Jerusalem of location, comfort, and budget. Excellent front desk staff.

Extra charges for WiFi, for 1 hour, 24 hours, and per device.

Price. Inexpensive considering the location and close proximity to the Old City. It is within walking distance but for people who have young children or older people a taxi to the Old City may still be preferable. We had to give our kids ice cream as a treat to keep walking. The location and price were the best thing about this hotel. There was a kitchenette but did not want to cook while on vacation.

They charge for WIFI. I overheard a hotel staff telling another guest to get free WIFI at a local cafe if all they want is to check email. They charge for parking - we only wanted to park our rental for 4 minutes to load suitcases with our children and they wanted us to pay for a full day of parking!. The rooms are very old. We had a suite, one bedroom did not get cool from the single air conditioner. It reminded me of a hostel but not as clean or as cheap. But you are paying for location. There was a nightclub downstairs across the street and one evening people were there until 5 a.m. and kept us awake. One staff member was very friendly but another was not nice or polite. Breakfast is extra. Save your money and go to one of many cafes within walking distance.

I loved the location and the simplicity of the accommodation being all I needed for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. I was lucky to get a half price promotion on internet booing so was happy to pay that price to stay there. The security staff were very friendly and helpful with problems I encountered with my phone so I appreciate their help.

I thought the female reception staff were quite abrupt in their manner. Whenever I asked questions they were answered in an unfriendly and intimidating tone as if my questions were stupid! My baggage was kept in storage for the day, when I checked out, and when picking it up again I had to go myself to the lock up room downstairs and get it myself!

Hotel located in 20 minutes walk to Jaffa Gate and right next to the shopping/dining area. It doesn't have its own parking, but they have arrangement with a paid closeby underground parking where you can leave your car for the time of your stay. And you really don't need a car to see the old town and points of interest around it staying at Lev Yerushalayim. Rooms are very big and comfortable and includes practically all the traveller might need. номера огромные, с миникухней, диваном и кучей столов стульев и шкафов. отель очень удобно расположен для осмотра старого города и его непосредственных окрестностей. до яффских ворот 20 минут пешком через торговый район, где вы можете купить массу сувениров и поесть. нам из еды больше всего понравились пита с фалафелями и выпечка. своей парковки у них нет, но можно оставить машину на платной подземной парковке рядом.

You have to pay for the parking and the internet. Internet in the rooms didn't work on our Galaxy Tab (but worked for the laptop). The toilet seat in one of our 2 rooms was broken and not very clean. парковка чужая платная и нет лифта от нее, так что приходится нести вещи через улицу, хотя и не очень далеко. интернет платный ($15 за сутки), причем на планшетнике он не работает, только на ноутбуках. в одном из номеров (мы снимали 2) было поломано сиденье унитаза, которое было еще и не очень чистое.

El hotel esta bastante deteriorado.......en el baño había un par de hormigas...... La ducha estaba un poco estropeada
