THe Help was excellent. The location was great The bed was comfortable and the room was acceptable in size
WiFi service was poor. Sometimes it didn't work at all. It took a week to make repairs to a door that should have been made in an hour. The bathroom toilet needed repair and was really never properly repaired
the staff- the maid whom I talked to often was very helpful, always with a smile, ready to help. The bed and the kitchen facilities were good, saved money on restaurants. I liked the market, and the location, being very close to Jaffa Gate.
Cleanliness!! Much to be desired, as I stayed 11 nights, and not a single time was my garbage emptied, my towels changed or my floor cleaned. I did all the cleaning, and the towels were really dirty by the end of my stay.
Early check in, good wi-fi, very clean, cute staff :)
For the price & location this is the place to stay. Nice friendly staff. Good access to shuk for shopping. Light rail outside your door.
When we got there to check in late the afternoon our room was not ready we had to wait and because they were in a rush to give us our room they gave us a room we did not book. We booked a room with a sofa as the room is bigger than the others and it also cost more for this room we were given a smaller room without the sofa and were not refunded the difference which was unacceptable. The cleaning staff is friendly but the reception staff should be trained in customer services
Location is pretty convenient, close to most of the places of interest. The room was comfortable and spacious, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need
Several things, that make staying not so comfortable (of some I was aware from previous comments): The cleaning and towel change are not done during your stay, only on request No toiletries provided, toilet paper is provided on minimal scale The socket near the bed was blocked by the closet, that was not movable No night lamp When the internet disappeared on Friday evening, the staff could not contact the provider. They provided the password for another network, though. Important!: the locks are extremely bad, and I had to ask several times the staff to fix it, because it was impossible to close it from the outside The walls and especially windows are very thin, so the noise at Jaffo street is always with you. The tram starts running (and ringing) at around 5.30
Heidi was easy to find, and eagerly helped solve any problem we had with our room. She let us compare a "quiet" small studio with our executive studio as long as we needed to decide which we'd prefer. Both were well-cleaned (not counting the outside window surfaces). We found the Rechov Yafo fronting room to be not so noisy when we closed the windows, and the light rail didn't operate between 12:00 midnight and 5:30 a.m., so it was relatively quiet then. The elevator worked well. Tea, coffee, sugar and hot water, a refrigerator and microwave provided in the room were welcome. As other reviews mentioned, the bed was comfortable.
They claim to require advance warning of when you'll arrive, so I was anxious when no one answered the phone shortly before my arrival. As other reviews alerted us to, we had to check whether towels were provided initially, and they weren't, so we had to explicitly ask Heidi for towels, as well as toilet paper. Also, the outside of the windows were in great need of cleaning. Although we had requested a quiet room when booking, there was no executive-size studio apartment available that didn't front Rechov Yafo. The curtains weren't thick enough to completely darken the room at night, given the bright lights of Rechov Yafo.
the location was ok
big disappointment..it was basically not possible to sleep because of the noise from the street, the room was so small that it was difficult to move, the bathroom was tiny and not very clean... we won't stay there again.
private and cute
the curtains didnt cover the windows well so the room was lit up.
staff was not friendly. we came at Shabat but we had to go to Tel Aviv on Sunday morning. Girl at the reception promised to call Nesher taxi. But next day she said it is still Shabat, they dont work. She did not tell us any information about buses. She did not call to regular taxi, too. Just said go to the street and find taxi there. We did not have local sim card to call somewhere, we went 2 km to the bus station, to check buses. People in Israel are not friendly at all. After all our facebook friend called to nesher taxi to book a car for us. The reception girl just lied to us about Shabat. that was absolutely inappropriate. i never met so unfriendly staff all over the world.
Location especially for yom Kippur
Parking was a problem but solveable. Didn't expect the elevator to be broken for two days when we were five floors up with walking was an issue
The management has only 1 homekeeper, she serves as a homekeeper and a receptionist which maker her job very tiring/stressful.Reason the room was not managed wellas it should be.But all good.I will still recommend this place to anyone.
Nice and clean apartment! Good location. Close to the market and old citiy! Szép és tiszta lakás! Jó helyen van, közel a piac és az ó-város!
Sometimes no reception / Néha nincs recepció!
convenient to city center
Kitchen facilities could be improved
Friendly staff, very good location, close to all attractions. A quiet place, parking close to Davidka carpark, a place where you not have to spend it a lot of money, but you should not have high demands. I recommend.
Wi-fi works with syncope. Room in lower than the a presentation on the Internet.
Location, location, location. Price is good too
The bathroom is tiny
FILTHY HALLWAY, POOR OFFICE, NEEDS DAILY CLLEANING
Staff was friendly. Room was okay, nothing special. Very appropriate for a citytrip.
Wifi didn't work on third floor, no breakfast and the air conditioning was leaking.
Liked everything, especially the price. Excellent value. Great privacy as they are studio apartments, could use a little color on the walls.
Need more kitchen equipment
It was really clean. And not to expensive. Right by the shuk and ben yehuda. 30 min walkt o the kotel.
Good equipment, place and price.
Noise; Reception is often closed so you have to wake up the staff should you need something. Poor indeed. Far from what is advertised
Clean and comfortable rooms
Great localisation, easy to find.
View to a construction - it's noisy during the day. The room wasn't clear (all the dirt was under the bed, kitchen equipment was dirty also). The bathroom was very small.
