It is not a hotel, it is only two - room place without reception...
Location. Location. Location. Whimsical decor. Very good washroom facilities.
Very difficult to find as no accurate street address provided and little help from the owner to locate. Internet did not work and owner made no attempt to fix. Promoted as parking available but few options provided.
Very nice room. Quiet at night.
We could not find the place and after asking some people we rang the office. The woman was very unpleasant and rude. When she arrived she again spoke to us in condesending manner. After she left I walked into the bathroom to see ants swarming up the wall of the jacuzzi. Again the woman was not helpful. No apology written or spoken about this. What was supposed to be a romantic last night in Israel turned out to be an unpleasant one.
I tried cancelling litterally five min after booking and was told by the owner that i cannot as i was already charged. When i said ok so cancell it she said i cant. When i asked her why she wants to give her hotel a bad name she laughed at me and said she had to go and hung up. I have never had such a horrable experience this made me not want to get near this establishment. To make things worse she charged me a hundred nis. More than she was supposed to... Luckly i noticed before the credit card bill went through... Be ware of this place... Any place that trests potential customers in this fashion should be avoided!
-It is not an hotel, the room is on the road, no reception, no staff available. -WIFI and TV didn't work (the owner refused to come and fix it). -Mud in the bathtube. -Room dirty as we haven't ever seen, smelly. -Extracharged (Booking.com price not respected and any invoice given). -Staff very unfriendly
1. Best location - It's located in the heart of a beutiful Neve-Tzedek neighborhood 5 minutes from beach & Ha-Tachana area and surrounded by good restaurants, ice-creams & coffee houses. 2. Bed was comfortable.
1. The name is: LIART. Not Charm. 2. This is not a hotel. No reception (You need to call the owner and she sends you to find the key in a hiden place), no breakfast or any other meal, room service or any other service. 3. Could be cleaner and better maintained.
I never got to the hotel as the political situation in Tel Aviv worsened and I didn't want to running for shelter from missiles every day. instead of offering to giver a credit note or a cancellation due to a very unusual situation the hotel said No! That was it No! So I say no I would not recommend this hotel as of easyjet could giver a credit to use within the next 6 months I think they could have !
Inflexible no customer service
Room is nice as well as bathroom. Can't say anything else because there was not anything else.
Hard to for find if you are unprepared, better contact staff before. There was no internet connection. WiFi connecting, but no link after the router.
This is a room that converted to a ''hotel''. There is no reception and all communication is done by phone with not a unfriendly person. There is no clear address and probably not even a permit for this place to be a hotel. Be aware of extra charges and the deception in the process of payment. The bed and sheets are not clean, the bathroom floor is filthy and overall it is a bad experience.
Really good sized room, cheapest hotel in the area (although still not cheap).
This hotel was bizarre - no lobby, just an entrance straight off the street into my room. I did not see a single other person, including staff, for the whole day i was there...maybe that's because i stayed on a Friday night, I'm not sure. Also, the website said breakfast was available for $8...i searched but saw no such thing. The name of the hotel on booking.com was different from the actual hotel name, leading to confusion in the taxi. Overall it was just a weird experience.
Location. Concept. At first staff helpful and friendly.
Hard to locate, say they are available 24/7 but rarely answer phone and once they do I got yelled at. Bathroom floor, tub and toilet not too clean, I actually wiped some stuff down myself and showered with flip flops. Need new towels or bleach them since they're clean but grayish.
Great location, close to beach and quiet. Good breakfast places around. Nice room with a tub. Sunroof in the washroom. Comfortable pillows.
We wouldn't be able to find it without calling manager. No internet. And I can't stress how important this is, when you are traveling. You need to leave your room and go to the nearest restaurant to use internet.
The reviews of this place are not so good, but actually this room (it's not a hotel, but a room on the street) is ideal if you want to stay in one of the best neighbourhoods in Tel Aviv for relatively little money.
The bathroom smelled like mold. There's no wifi.
Great location close to the beach and to the lively area.
It's not a hotel but rather an apartment. It's fine but we were not warned on how to get the keys: as it's not a hotel, no one was there to welcome us.
great location, very safe area, but noisy at the same time, especially when windows are open.
never met the owner, the key was left in the flower pot, everything inside is old, exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, towels stunk, bugs in the bathroom, jacussi was not in working order, sprayed water all over the bathroon and filled tub with nasty dirty black water, drain on the floor did not work, half of the bulbs in fixtures were not there, and the most important, there was no internet in the room.
Excellent location. Could not be better actually.
No front desk. Mold on the walls. the apartment is clean, but falling apart and there is mold on the walls all over the bathroom. It\s not really worth the price and does not looka as nice as on the pictures.
Perfect location! Excellent service. New property and kept extremely clean. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Warmly recommended!!
very clean, great location.the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Accommodation was not in such a good state as pictured Quite "tatty" and in need of Repairs and decorating before I can recommend to others.
It is a room with a door on the street. Noisy Not clean There is no reception or service attached No wifi in the room
i would call it studio
room fine if overpriced. attitude not fine at all. this is not a hotel but rooms off a street. you have to call to get them to let you in. The owner claimed it said that on the booking email. It didn't. She complained about the time of my arrival, 6pm on a Friday, on the grounds it was the Jewish sabbath. But the booking email says check in 2pm to midnight. No mention of shabbat as an issue. She was generally rude. Finally the advert claims wifi in rooms. Not true. The wifi belongs to a bakery up the street. The owner's advice if there is no signal (which there wasn't) is to go sit at some outside tables a block up the street.
