Dirty rooms with dead cockroaches, terrible smell in a bathroom, broken shower cabin so the water flows straight to the kitchen floor. You can really hear every noise outside the corridor and lobby. Old pillows and duvets. We paid a good money but totally didn't worth it, please choose a better alternative, like chains hotels or your friend recommendation. Do not live in Liber unless you don't care for any comfort at all!
1 min to the sea! Very nice staff.
Location and room size
We arrived late at night, there wasn't any parking so the receptionist gave us another hotel nexto a parking and he gave us a beautiful room. Very helpful!
We didn't like the fact that we didn't have time to use the jacuzzi
Excellent location close to the beach Friendly staff Spacious and well-equipped room

The staff was exceptional. I was upgraded to a fabulous room. First Class place. Organized, professional, and kind.
Location, and friendly!
Great location if you are visiting Tel Aviv to spend some time on the beach. There is a bike rental station a few meters away from the entrance (and my recommendation for everyone is to use it as the boardwalk is quite long). Towels were changed every day.
The quadruple room seemed a bit small for the three of us. No single beds, just a queen bed and a sofa. No breakfast, no balcony or sea view from the room.
Across the road from the beach
Room has no resemblence with pictures provided at reservation
Location was great the hotel was quiet nice
The hotel cleaners were quiet lazy while cleaning our room.
the hotel was in very bad condition, the door handle was very loose. the wall paper was handing off the wall. the pictures looked much better that the actual hotel.
the location was very good, and the Internet was very fast.
Close to the beach. Nice staff. We enjoyed sitting outside,10 people, for breakfast. close to bus and train to airport, nice big beds, lots of cabinets
Screaming people outside at nights, some rooms and cabinets smelt mucus, muggy, not good. Give more info about bus and train schedules,
Over all we like it. Location is great. Our room was too small and dated. Not bad if you are not picky.
Close to the beach
Very small room and bathroom. Noisy.
+ Service + Staff + Silence + Near the sea + Near the market Carmel + Near the bus stop (toward a train station) + Fast Wi-Fi
- quite far to the Jaffo old city
The location was good. The TV selection was excellent.
The room was not very clean and the staff not very friendly.
very friendly staff
Excellent location, helpful staff and sufficient equipement of an Appart Hotel that is very convenient for a family with small kids.
Some suites are on main street and may be a bit noisy. We changed for a smaller suite.
the staff were very helpful, we had wifi throughout the visits, the location was perfect. they cleaned every day including Saturday. there was always someone at reception.
Very nice receptionist
Room uncomfortable. Mattress so bad it is hard to describe. Even free not go back there
clean room kind personnel helpful personnel
wall falling apart, and heavy bad smell in room despite airing out the room with opened window no elavator
dirty, small, badly furnished, all stuff old and without any taste
Nice enough staff.
Next to Hostel, hard to get a good night sleep with the noise. Had water problems both times we were there, first time room flooded and the second time the water was cut off for 3 hours due to a line break.
(1) The room was as described, clean and fairly spaced (2) The location can not be any better. (3) I loved the architecture of the old building, not a modern monster facing the sea with disregards with the environment, but rather an old bauhaus building, with a balanced "conversation" with the near by sea shore, fountain and street. (4) Bottom line, the price was OK for the level of the hotel. But they could do much better for no real extra effort
In this category I have to divide things into two sub-categories, those that are internal and depends on the hotel and those that the municipal better start looking for. Hotel part: (1) The kitchenware missed a proper knife, that could be changed for a 100 NIS! (2) The shower spray handle base was broken, it needed replacement and proper inspection before we entered the room. (3) Cleaners could have done a far better job in the public area, like the half drunk bottle of wine that was left in the corridor for 2 days. (4) One evening I had no hot water... It did not make me all that happy after a long day. Topping the fact that there are no phones in the rooms, I could not call the front desk from the room on the spot, so I took a cold shower... (5) The bathroom fan was ultra noisy (6) People from other rooms smoked so heavily it entered my room! (7) No elevator, 3rd floor on the stair case with your gear is not for everyone (lucky me, I can easily handle it) (8) Last, but not least, I did not like the surprise of add VAT (18%) to the advertised price. I have rented rooms via Booking.com many times in the past, Israel included and never before had this surprise. I am used to see the bottom line on the ad. Municipal (1) When I approached the hotel I was shocked with the dirt around and the thousands of cards on the pavements suggesting sex services. The municipal is turning its best location into something that looks like a brothel! Mind you Tel Aviv municipal! Once you cross the hotel door, all is well and normal, so...
