- your staff - kind, polite, friendly - your location: close to the Old and New city as well - price - very reasonable food for breakfast - to explain it - when I have booked then I was asked about special request in connection with food. I don't eat any prodact obtained from animals. During my stay at the hotel there are 10% such kind of food, so I was forved to have breakfast outside of the hotel (I pay for almost nothing). So, I don't understand why I am asked at all about food.

The friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff (especially the lady), the cozyness of the room and that everything worked! The only little thing was some hair in some spots int he bathroom, which was clearly there before me...

Location in perhaps the city's hippest neighborhood, Very friendly and helpful staff, tasty breakfasts Although the "policy" of the hotel was environmentally friendly, despite signs to the contrary, all towels were needlessly replaced every day.

The location and price We had a room near the main entrance and in the middle of the night, we could hear a lady being quite noisy, who was apparently waiting for a cab

Centrally located and very friendly helpful staff I wish there was a flat fee year round and not seasonally adjusted. Xmas was expensive but then again there is no other choice except renting an apt. They rent for $100.a day which is a better option when not travelling alone or give discounts to returning clients.Room was dusty when moving furniture to find plugs

Very friendly place in a wonderful neighbourhood--retains and conveys the unique feel of the neighbourhood from way back when it was established and way back when I lived there some decades ago. Terrific attic room with 4 beds. Very quiet. Would certainly stay again whenever in Jerusalem and strongly recommend to friends.

Staff was friendly, breakfasts were very good, good location. Bed, although very low, was very comfortable. If you are on a very limited budget it is an excellent value. Bathrooms were ridiculously uncomfortable. So tight that the toilet was up against the cabinet under sink so you could not open one of the doors. Tub is poorly designed so when you shower the water runs along the side of the tub and onto the floor. There was also a mildewy smell in the bathroom of room #14. Room #13 did not have that odor.

Everything. Really good value. the staff were excellent, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. the location is superb, in the German Colony. I could walk to the Old city in 15 minutes, or by bus 5 minutes. The German colony is a safe, lively and interesting area. Will be recommending this hotel to everyone and I will be returning. a fantastic base to tour Jerusalem

The location is very good, the staff is friendly, a good breakfast, nice room (taking into account it is an old building near the ciry center). The "reading light" near bad makes it impossible to read - all light is shaded...

Location was good..about 15 minutes to old city and about 5 minutes to many restaurants and shops. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were helpful. Be aware that there is not a lift and reception is on the 1st floor and your room may be above the cinema. Would stay there again
