The location is wonderful concerning cafes,sights

The room is small even for 1 person,the breakfast is bread and water,there is self-service there,you have to wash the dishes yourself

Location. Price-quality relation. Democratism. Cosiness. Not importunate service. No attempts of deposit. Silence. Kitchen at the last floor.

Location right by the jaffa gate, the atmosphere it was quaint and good value for money. Would not hesitate in recomending.

Shower room door did not shut but otherwise supurb would defo use again

Friendly staf, food bed, bathroom and toilet not clean doesn't food woeling. Breakfast and the roof very good

Perfect location, dining tables on the roof. Staircase is intrestingly decorated. Free coffee, tea.

Room is tiny, accomodates a bed only. Cooling fan and ceiling light have common switch, so you can't turn the light on, the fan being off. The heating system is rudimentary: open-air infrared heating spiral. For the sake of fairness, the drawbacks aren't critical. !!!Near the hotel a great construction work continues, the noise is very loud during working day (since early morning hours).

Comfortable warm bed

It says breakfast is included but you have to walk up to the top floor and there is a kitchen with tea, coffee, jam bread etc but you just go in and make it yourself. There is no lift and I was up 7 flights of stairs.

Nice place to stay nearly with old town

There is no wifi in rooms

Location. Price. An excellent option for 1-2 days.

Staff were friendly and helpful; rooftop terrace; kitchen facilities available all day; room was clean and comfortable with both a fan and heater to suit weather conditions

There were no evacuation procedures displayed in the rooms, or anywhere in the hotel. During our stay the fire alarm went off at 3am and no-one knew what to do or where to go.

Good location. Simple rooms.

The hotel overbooked for the night of my stay. I had booked a double room but the hotel put me in a single book with a twin-sized bed for almost the same rate as the double room. The first floor is noisey. &Quot;Breakfast" means toast and butter.

A kind of do-it-yourself hotel, but in a pleasant way. Considering the location a good price-quality

&Quot;the breakfast" is sliced white bread, and jelly...oh, and coffee. Not at all what you expect form an Israeli breakfast, dont bother hiking the stairs for it. Even on a low budget they can pull together something better than that.

Low price for fantastic location. Short distance to the Old City.

If you want to eat anything for breakfast you have to come to the dinning room punctually at 8 o'clock am otherwise you will find nothing

We do loved everything there. A super hostel. We appreciated a kitchen, a terrace, a battery heating air, a bathroom personally for a room and also a location of the hostel

The location is great! In the very center, and ten minutes walking from the Yaffo gate and Mahane yehuda market. Intimate hotel, clean room, and lovely balcony.

No hot water! That was awful to take a freezing shower in the middle of december

very kind staff, excellent location in the liveliest area of the city. If one doesnt mind noise of nightlife (at least on saturday night) its really great place. The roof top terrace is very sweet bonus.

Great location in the center of Jerusalem, minutes by walk to Jaffa Gates of the Old city. Day-opened rooftop kitchen with free bread, butter, jams and spreads is nice to have early breakfast on the open air.

Damned noisy scenery: the facade looks straight to the very busy Jaffa street with its rapid transit and crowds of locals and tourists (especially, in the night). Moreover, there is a construction site behind the next-door building with all respective buzz in daytime. Rooms are mysteriously free of cupboards (at least we have checked three rooms on the 2nd floor) and travellers have to spread their dress and belongings either on suitcases or right on the floor. Bathroom has a size of a built-in closet: use of ashower ends up with flood as it has no protection (glass or curtain). It is motherly equipped with a long- arm squeegee: once you finish your lavation you are free to pull water away. No ac, only fan. WiFi is quite poor. Hotel is located in the old building: absense of elevator and steep staircase could make delivery of suitcases to upper floors painful for old people.

Good location, clean room

I specially wanted to have a room from back of the building (Im very sensitive about noise) and I emailed the hotel several times if its possible. I confirmed it will not be on the busy street, front side of the hotel. So i kept the reservation, I did not cancel it. But they gave me the room on the front side still and there was also a construction just on accross building (its like a joke they still gave us that side eventhough we informed them). They would able to tell me its not possible by email and i just would change my reservation. I couldnt sleep much, it was very difficult trip for me

The lady at the reception was very kind and willing to help. The location is really good, in the main street.

I made a reservation for Jerusalem Little Hotel, but when I arrived there I figure out that it was changed for a dorm reservation in Jerusalem Hostel (which I think is the same building). The hostel is, by far, one of the worst I have ever been. Rooms are dirty and really old. Some bathrooms are out of order, and the ones that work are inside other bedrooms, so if for instance you want to take a shower in the morning you must go to someones else's room to take it. Not only that, bathrooms are very dirty and disgusting. I felt like being in a hostel from 2000 year ago.
