A large rooftop terrace you can sunbathe and cool appearance. Very comfortable hotel, nice decorated. The room is big and cleaned every day. There are many furniture in the room. A market with fruits is close. Staff is nice and helpful.Wifi in the room is Ok
there was not soap and shampoo in the bathroom
The Hotel is downtown Haifa, but nevertheless the rooms are quiet. The Metronit and busses are very close. Room Nr.16 was nice and clean. The shower was clean, enough towels.
The room(Nr.16) had many windows to the yard. To keep our privacy, we had to have the curtains closed all the time. There were no rugs, so the floor was quite cold. The hand-basin in the shower was too small - even difficult to brush teeth without splashing water on the floor. The dishes of the kitchen were stored under the sink.
we were very happy with the staffs friendliness and helpfulness. More space than a standard hotel room with a more homey feel. Larger bathroom and fridge with kitchenette, none of which is found in a standard hotel. We would stay again.
Shower was not draining properly but we didn't ask for a fix so I'm sure they would have addressed it and the shower was clean. We told them when we left.
Three adults, stayed at Loui M. Apartments, Unit #9, 12 nights. This is a 3 storey apartment building (not Hotel) with a small office for registration. Office is open most of the time (till late at nights but not early mornings). We liked the friendly & helpful staff. Good Wifi. Daily fresh towels (missed 3 days) & instant coffee/tea supplies. Minimal daily floor & bathroom clean up. Very nice air conditioning unit. Fresh bedding sheets every 3 days. Very nice rooftop area with comfy chairs to relax. Good area for reasonable price food and shopping. Very close bus & mini-bus (sherut) and taxi routes. The manager is reasonable to talk to.
We did not like: - very small one bedroom studio, not adequate for 3 people. - No kitchen counter, one small fridge and microware and kettle plus plats and utensils for two persons. - Very small private bathroom, shower only, no shampoo supplies. - Noisy area. - Will stay there in future only if we can't find better spots. - Not fancy area of the town. - When eating at small places with no menu ask how much first, some tend to over charge the tourists, like the one at the corner of Bialik & He-Haluts street (adjacent to small corner store), the old man charged us 250 Shekels, breakfast for 3 people !!!!
*Good location in the centre of the city * the owner of the hotel gave us good tips where to go and what to see.
*Across the street there is money exchange place. Do not go there they tried to cheat us
Large rooms, good bathroom, location is near a local market, roof terras is very nice
Cooking facilities are very basic, only 1 electric plate to cook with.
- nice furniture - full kitchen - amazing view from roof terrace - friendly staff
- there was slight problem with bathroom, but this didn't spoil our stay
the room we stayed was much more comfortable and clean than we expected..Good value for accomodation.
Hotel surronding was a bit neglected..
Well equipped room with numerous, useful facilities.
Central and cheap and nice and clean owners made us feel comfortable and they even moved beds between rooms to accommodate our needs
Its in an area of town that seems a bit run down. One street up is fancy shopping so it didn't really affect us and we had no issues with it
The extra bed was useful for storage. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The location was inconvenient.
near german quarter new furniture
dirty and dark street neighbourhood does not seem safe dirty water dripping on the balcony balcony small and dirty bathroom small and flooded if you shower
Unique rooms, friendly staff, beautiful facilities! Felt really safe and away from the world when we were in the room!
Parking was hard to figure out!
The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful.
Everything was excellent! We changed our plans and they easy changed our arrival date with no additional charge, although the order has been prior undated exchange and without money back! Clean, cozy and tidy hotel!!!
roof terrace clean rooms
weak wifi in the rooms
Helpful and v.v.friendly staff ,high ceiling rooms, sufficient breakfast to start the day.Very clean linen and room.We will come again.Joe&Judy Australia.
Very good hotel with nice owner! We were provided with a map and received good advice on the best routes to walk and see the city. The hotel has nice place on the roof with view on the Haifa port!
it is a well-equipped room. And the staff is very nice.
a little far from the beach, the wifi is not very stable.
Once I found the place, the staff helped me take my bags to my room and gave me ideas for things to do - like the Bahia Gardens English tour at noon. Close to the German Colony, which has many places to eat.
Not easy to find, especially without a GPS.
Very clean and well equipped.
Noisy - from neighboring rooms and corridor, and from the street. WC - uncomfortable, too small space in the shower room.
Very clean and renovated recently. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location and public transport
An amazing rooftop!!
The unhesitating, constant friendliness and helpfulness of everyone! My room was big enough and has all that anyone could need; if anything, too much stuff - equipment for activities for which no room is supplied! Sack the wardrobe and supply a folding 'stool' for one's case? A native of a very dry country, (Australia, Sydney), the lack of sink/basin plugs is a worry. How about a simple pay phone, call time-limit 3 minutes, token operated - from the desk? Neither cheap nor nasty, the hotel is some relief from Israel's propensity for overall, a far-too-expensive supply of rooms. Like everyone else my concerns are mostly with issues that affect me. I should like to stay at your house again, and am happy to point fellow-travellers at you!
No brickbats from me, a suggestion or two amongst the bouquets is all.
The rooms are small but well thought out with a fridge, microwave and full kitchen utensils. Bahi'a gardens is a must see and you can easily walk there if you can handle the hill which is quite steep.
No negatives for me at all. Very reasonably priced and excellent value.
