Location, if you are doing tourism, the location might not be too attractive. Anyways, if you like to go up and down a steep then it is the place for you.
From my point of view, there are two aspects that can be improved: 1) not all staff in the reception desk speaks English, however they manage via using Google Translator; and 2) the cleaning service sometimes should be more careful.
You cannot take long showers as you ran out of hot water. Take this into consideration if you are travelling in a big group of people.
Also, the black out ccurtains should be improved as the light in the garden penetrates to the room in the night.
However, all these things are very small details. I just post them so they can be improved, for example, by using some phrasebook.
I think everything is okay. If I go back to Haifa, it is highly probale I will stay in the same place.
The bed is good, the fridge, the air conditioned, the bathroom, WC and all the stuff in the restroom worked perfectly.
Actually, I am a well-travelled person, being around all the world, and I have to say this is one of the most convinient places to stay. It is an excellent trade-off betweem cost and confort.
The staff is very kind and they always help you. The room are okay in terms of space.
There is a loundry service close to the hotel.
It is a safe place to stay, close to the Carmelit and in a shopping area. 20 mins-walk to the Bahai Gardens and central railway station.
